"Ararara~, Sakazuki, calm down. Your chair is melting." Kuzan spoke as he saw Sakazuki chair had been melted by the latter ability.

"It's good to talk about this in cool head, ne~, I'm sure Sengoku have his own reason, yo~." Borsalino also tried to calm Sakazuki down.

Sakazuki was fuming mad, in literal meaning! There was a smoke coming out of his head which covered by a Marine hat.

"Sakazuki, please sit down, ah, lets get another chair first." Kimimaro couldn't stay seated himself while the other Vice Admirals had stood up.

He walked behind Sakazuki as he pulled another intact chair. 

Zephyr grunted seeing Sakazuki was still kept his anger unchecked, "Sakazuki! Patience is one virtue that i taught you in class, have you forgotten about it, as you have some power now?" 

Hearing his former mentor Zephyr had already spoken, Sakazuki were visibly shaken, however, he soon reign his anger before he took another chair which Kimimaro offered.

a few moments later, feeling the tension had reduced, Kong spoke once again, "Okay, lets finish what Sengoku wanted to say. I believe there's some merit on it." 

Kimimaro forehead twitched slightly once again, he was feeling helpless as he felt that Kong favored Sengoku more.

Well, he couldn't blamed Kong about it, before he raise to power, Sengoku was one of Marine strategist. The latter gained Kong's favor long before he came to Marine.

Sengoku cleared his throat and continuing his explanation, "Indeed, I intend to let the Pirates to join the Shichibukai..."
