Vanessa decided to listen to Yanna and continue learning with Mirayuki. She focused on the already established entertainment she had built before but neglected for a while due to being too busy and focused on her career and Yanna's affair. Thankfully, Maya and her team are part of her company, which keeps the company running in a stable state. However, there hasn't been much progress.

 

Vanessa knew she owed Maya and her team, so she gave them a short vacation and a bonus.

 

"Vacation?" Maya asked.

 

"Yes," Vanessa replied.

 

Maya frowned, not understanding what was going on. Suddenly, Vanessa came to the company, which was good news for them and the employees who were having a hard time getting more projects for their trainees who would debut soon as actors and actresses. She didn't expect Vanessa to give them a vacation and bonus at this time.

 

Vanessa tapped her table twice to get Maya's attention. "I know what you're worried about based on your reports. I know you've been doing a great job, and I want to reward you. But don't get me wrong, this vacation is not just a simple vacation; it's more like a team-building activity. We will bring all the employees and our trainees together. This way, our cooperation and trust will build up, and it will help refresh everyone from the stress and anxiety of the past few months. As for future projects or how they will start, I already have something prepared for them, but I want them to be in their best condition."

 

Maya blinked twice at what Vanessa said, then smiled widely, showing her teeth. Her twinkling eyes said everything. 'As expected of the person who managed to pull us together with only a plan before the company was even built.'

 

"That's great! I'll tell everyone!" Maya excitedly shouted without asking further.

 

Vanessa chuckled and nodded.

 

Maya froze when she saw Vanessa laugh. In her eyes, there seemed to be a flower surrounding Vanessa that complemented her sweet smile and smiling blue eyes. It was rare for her to see Vanessa smile; it was her first time seeing Vanessa smile in person.

 

Vanessa noticed Maya's red face and asked in concern, "Are you not feeling well?"

 

Maya got flustered after being asked, as if she was caught stealing candy. She shook her head repeatedly and said goodbye quickly, "I'm fine. I'll tell everyone the good news. Thank you!"

 

Vanessa felt amused as she watched Maya leave. 'She's like a child.'

 

While Vanessa was busy with her own matters, Yanna also focused on her job as Mirayuki said that they would be staying and could continue to teach Vanessa there. Mirayuki also informed her that Oliver was doing better now and seemed to have changed.

 

Yanna contemplated with a smile as everything seemed to be going fine now, but then she remembered Melody and Fiona. Yanna sat up straight when she remembered them. The last news she received was already a month ago, saying Melody was brought to the hospital, but she had no news after that. Fiona only said that Melody was doing fine and there was nothing to worry about.

 

"Suki, when will Melody and Fiona finish their show?"

 

"In two weeks, they will be sent back here," Suki replied.

 

"Did any trouble happen?"

 

"There was, but it was solved immediately by Ms. Fiona," Suki explained.

 

"That's good. I hope their relationship gets better," Yanna said.

 

Suki looked at the time. "We should head back to the set."

 

Yanna nodded and followed Fiona.

 

"Fiona, the food is ready," Melody called out.

 

"Okay," Fiona replied, following Melody inside the house.

 

She took the initiative to set the food on the table. The cameras were still on at this time, and there was one more hour before they could call it a day.

 

"The director seems too nice today. They didn't give us an unreasonable task," Fiona said playfully, as they were not used to staying at home the whole day doing nothing.

 

Melody started eating and nodded. "Be careful. Maybe tomorrow he will ask us to go out and fight a bear."

 

Fiona laughed. "Then I will drag the director to fight the bear himself."

 

Melody looked at Fiona laughing, she smiled, then she put a carrot on Fiona's plate.

 

Fiona froze when she saw the carrot. "I don't like it."

 

"I don't like it either."

 

"It's not good to waste food," Melody reminded her.

 

Fiona was defeated by Melody's eyes and succumbed to her fate. She watched Fiona eat the carrot and noticed a few grains of rice beside Fiona's lips, so she took it and ate it.

 

Everything happened so fast. Fiona blushed and unconsciously ate the carrots one by one. Melody tilted her head a little, wondering why Fiona suddenly blushed and was now eating the carrots so quickly.
