"What is it about the pseudonym Abraham Van Helsing?" Lemiel asked curiously, his gaze sweeping over the gathered group. He could sense there was something significant attached to it, though everyone seemed hesitant to address the question. Their averted eyes and uncomfortable expressions made it clear—this wasn't an easy topic for them to discuss.

Finally, Secre sighed and stepped forward, deciding to take the burden of explanation upon herself. Her normally composed demeanor faltered slightly as she recounted the entire incident to Lemiel. Even she, who had observed Alex from his earliest days, had been left completely dumbfounded by the revelation.

Secre had always watched Alex with a wary, calculating eye. In the beginning, her intent was purely pragmatic—to use him as a means to an end. But over time, she found herself unable to dismiss him so easily. She had witnessed firsthand the transformation of the ash-blond magic knight, from a boy with no magic to his name to a man whose power and intellect rivaled even Lemiel Silvamillion Clover, the legendary First Wizard King.

When her tale ended, Lemiel stared at her, his expression one of sheer astonishment. Then, a hearty laugh burst from his lips. "Hahaha! I never imagined that my simple decision all those years ago would benefit the kingdom to this extent. Truly, fate works in mysterious ways."

Stepping forward, Lemiel clapped Alex on the shoulder, his golden eyes glowing with hope and pride. "For me, the title of Magic Emperor was little more than a dream—a concept I aspired to embody. To see it live on, carried by someone as capable as you… it fills me with immense joy. I hope you will continue to treat this kingdom as your family and protect it with all your heart."

Alex's gaze didn't waver, though he released a soft sigh, confusing the First Wizard King. "You are overestimating me, Lemiel. Yes, there are people I deeply care for, and I would protect them without hesitation. But I'm not some paragon of virtue. I have no desire to safeguard every noble and royal who sees themselves above others. If this kingdom is my 'family,' then I demand the power to punish its corrupt and arrogant members. Your dream of equality is inspiring, but the laws of this kingdom are anything but fair—they favor the privileged while oppressing the commoners."

His words struck the room like a lightning bolt. The gathered nobles exchanged uneasy glances, and Nozel's brow furrowed in displeasure. Yet Lemiel's intrigue only deepened.

"If such power were in your hands," He asked, his voice steady, "how would you reshape this kingdom?"

A smile tugged at Alex's lips as he began to outline his vision. "First, the unchecked authority of the nobles must be curbed. Their stranglehold on this kingdom's progress has gone on long enough. No matter how loudly they protest, absolute strength will silence them. With that strength, I will subdue the power-hungry elites and redistribute their influence." 

Pausing, he glanced meaningfully at the assembled Magic Knights. "The second step is to establish a Third Force—an entity independent of both the nobility and the Magic Knights. Right now, the kingdom's power structure is broken. The nobles dominate, exploiting their status for personal gain. Meanwhile, the Magic Knights are heavily influenced by those same nobles, leaving little room for commoners to rise. Even when they do, they are targeted and crushed—Zara Ideale and Conrad Leto are only two examples among countless others."

Alex's sharp gaze landed on Julius. His voice turned colder, edged with sarcasm. "You've done well to maintain the peace for now, Julius. But this system is rotten, and your efforts only delay the inevitable."

Julius's smile faltered, the sting of Alex's words painfully clear. 

Unbothered, Alex continued, his voice rising with determination. "As Magic Emperor, my first order of business will be to strip the nobles of their undue influence. And the current king—"

He scoffed, turning to Fuegoleon. "Tell me, is it a prerequisite to be a fool to ascend the throne in this kingdom?"

The room stilled, and Nozel bristled. "Mind your tongue! Speaking ill of the king is a capital offense!"

Alex merely smirked, undeterred. "And here we have another fine candidate for the throne," he said mockingly, sending Yami and Mereoleona into fits of laughter.

"Pfft! Hahaha!" Yami slapped his knee, barely able to contain himself. "Oh, man. Nozel as king? Now that's comedy gold!"

Mereoleona wiped a tear from her eye, gasping between bursts of laughter. "I can already see it—King Nozel Silva, the royal buffoon!"

Nozel's face turned beet red, his fists clenched in barely restrained fury as he glared daggers at Alex.

Ignoring the chaos he had incited, Alex pressed on. "In all seriousness, this kingdom needs a ruler who leads by example, not some coward who hides in his castle while others shoulder the burden. For years, I thought the Clover Kingdom didn't even have a king. To most citizens, the Wizard King is the only leader they recognize."

He let his words sink in before delivering his final point. "The Third Force I envision will serve as a balance of power, a neutral entity capable of holding both the king and the Magic Emperor accountable. If either fails their duty or abuses their authority, this force will intervene. It will be a protector of justice, untainted by the corruption that plagues the current system."

The room fell silent as Alex paused, allowing his words to settle in their minds. "There's untapped potential in this kingdom. I saw it firsthand during the last Magic Knight selection exam. Talents that could flourish with proper guidance are ignored. If we recruit them and train them under experienced Magic Knights or veterans, we can build a squad powerful enough to rival any noble's influence."

Lemiel's eyes sparkled with admiration.

"Remarkable!" He declared, his voice brimming with enthusiasm. "While your vision may lack some finer details, its foundation is solid. If executed properly, it could mark a new era of prosperity for this kingdom."

The group exchanged looks, their expressions a mix of awe, apprehension, and begrudging respect. For better or worse, Alex's words had planted a seed—a spark of revolution that could reshape the Clover Kingdom forever.

As Lemiel's soul began to fade, Secre transformed into her human form, her eyes brimming with tears. "You're really going, aren't you? After all this time…"

Lemiel placed a gentle hand on her head. "Secre, you've done more than enough. Thank you… for everything."

Alex watched silently as Lemiel's soul joined Licht's, ascending to the heavens. A heavy silence settled over the battlefield, broken only by Secre's quiet sobs. Alex clenched his fists, silently vowing to uphold the legacy of the ones who had just departed.

'I will make sure your sacrifices were not in vain.'
