048: Karma
As I tackle my Adonis… I really should get his name at some point, so I know who the father of my baby will be… I rip off my clothes. There's also some annoying voice that keeps interrupting my train of thought.
Familiar and calming, but… "OK, so… you're pretty out of it at this point…" that has nothing to do with what's important, having his babies!
And my Adonis didn't come back to life with clothes; saves me a step as I start sucking on his massive and meaty two inch rod to get it going, so it can do the job. And those enormous balls, maybe half an inch in diameter each… full of batter for mommy…
Oh, that voice in my head, why won't it shut up? "If it's any consolation, this isn't what he meant when he made the deal. He wanted to be attractive and get all the girls, yes, but he wanted to be a masculine ideal so it'd be their idea. Not… well…"
Ugh. Talking… his rod is delicious. So salty and bitter…. the perfect taste! And he's already moaning and grunting! I can't have him going off in my mouth, though… no babies that way!
The voice just keeps going, "And after this, he's not going to affect a woman again. Resonance can be tricky, you see…"
I push my man down and jump on him, lining my slippery hole up with his rock of a mammoth rod.
The voice continues, "When he goes off and his contract forces your pregnancy, it will react with Life’s blessing…"
Ugh, so annoying, can't he see I'm busy! Making babies is important work! I slam myself down on him… and I hear a little crack as my man screams. Oops, too hard! Oh well, he still is…. hard, that is… I can fix his hips later… babies!
The boring voice keeps trying to distract me. It's not going to work! "... and he’s going to get infected much like when you Reincarnate someone. Which is going to have some effects too…"
I rock my hips back and forth as I bounce up and down on my man, grabbing his arms and shoving them onto my baby feeders. I want him to know his baby will be very well fed, after all!
The completely unimportant deity keeps droning on, "I'm not fully certain, but I think this may be the dawn of a new strain of lycanthropy… although can it really be properly called lycanthropy if there's no wolf?"
I can feel him tensing. Won't be long now until I have his seed in my baby factory. Wonderful! I can't wait!
Ugh, the voice isn't done yet? "So while I'm sorry I can't fix this for you, this is actually quite interesting. I can hardly wait to see how it goes… and I think he's just about done…"
My lover grunts and screams as he thrusts his broken hips into me, I scream out my joy as he paints my innards, I shudder around him, knowing there's… a… baby… what!
I start to panic as I feel Life’s son sliding out of me. Wait… how's he doing that? I've got him pinned to the floor….
I glance down… oh. That's what Death was talking about. I… kind of remember what he was saying. Something about lycanthropy… but he's not turning into an animal. His waist is narrowing, his chest is getting very puffy, his hair is growing out… and his hips are widening… as I roll off him… oops, her, now, he just inverted, I ask about it, "Hey Comforter? Why's he turning into… well, me, basically?"
Death chuckles, "You weren’t in your right mind… well, short answer: He's now a progenitor kind of werewolf. But instead of an animal? He's a woman. It's really quite fascinating, tracing this tangle. He is good and stuck with that curse and contract. Dad could fix him, but… well, short of that, he's going to need to go through a full soul scrubbing, and he's still under contract so that's not happening any time soon."
I watch … OK, not me, just my proportions. He's still a half-elf, his face is a little different, he has his own hair color and skin tone… but it's perfectly clear, and he has no body hair… basically my curse. "How does that work? Can't life just fix her son?"
I get a laugh back, "Not this time. All variants of Lycanthropy are self-powered… the curse eats… well, the same stuff we do… directly off the infected soul. This strain has the effects of his contract and your curse buried in there. And as the progenitor, he's a natural: No cure is possible. Ripping up his contract wouldn't even help at this point."
I lean down and pop a Heal on the poor girl to fix the broken bones from my being too rough while mind controlled, "Ah. So if the contract is still valid, why am I unaffected? Is it because of the baby?"
Death seems to find this exceptionally amusing, and can't stop laughing, "Oh, no, that aspect won't kick in until you are visibly pregnant… although you'll find you're still under some influence, and won't be able to bring yourself to hurt the child…no, it’s because HER contract affects the opposite sex. She's now irresistible to men… and the way it's worded… heh. She'll find men - all of them, if they're old enough - completely irresistible. And she'll get pregnant each time, regardless of precautions."
That sucks… "Well… at least natural lycanthropes can turn back, right?"
Death keeps chuckling, "That's due to growing up with it. Like how you can control your arms… well, you specifically have implanted knowledge for that… and he doesn't have that advantage. He'll turn when excited, stressed, or during the full moon… and won't be able to turn back while pregnant. Which will happen basically every time she encounters a male humanoid while female."
I consider, "Is it infectious?"
That causes The Comforter of Souls to turn serious, "... yes. Anyone she bites or scratches while female, and any male she mates with, will have a chance of become infected weres, unable to transmit the curse but turning under stress or the full moon. All her children, and any children born from infected people, will be 'natural' weres, fully capable of spreading the curse. That could be a problem… they’re harder to identify, and this curse will spread much faster than any of the others. Well, unless you kill him, and your child, before it can spread any further."
… I think I'm going to be sick… "And that would send him back to the lower planes?"
At this point, the woman at my feet interrupts, "Ah… I take it you're a Prophet, then?"
"Yes, and my curse from your mother interacted with your contract to strange effect. I'm still getting the low-down on what happened, so shush," Kids….
The demonic-looking being continues, not that I can see him right now, "Yes, he would. Your child, not so much. No contract there, and there’s a special place for the kids who don't get to grow up."
Ugh. And how bad is it… "Will this curse force anyone to kill anyone else?"
Death seems… resigned? "No. Lots of unplanned children, and a rapid spread of the new disease, but the only deaths will be from the normal risks of childbirth and the usual werewolf purges."
Ah. I think he's figured me out… "And… did he intend the very rape-like mind control that he got from the contract?"
Death sighs, "Right, you were pretty out of it when I went over that… no, he was expecting it to change him, not everyone else."
Great… "And what happens when he changes back?"
Death hums, "Then his contract is still valid, so he'll be irresistible to women again."
Lovely. I look down at my near-mirror, sigh, and offer my hand, "Come on, let's get you cleaned up and dressed. I'm not going to kill you over this… I may have to quarantine you, though," and I still need to get her name… "By the way, you can call me Sunflower; what should I call you? I understand you're the child of the First Mother, aka The Blessed Mother?"
"Oscar," she grabs my hand, and I pull her up, "And yes. How do you know?"
"It's why I had you resurrected. I got the needed information from her brother, her compliment in the pantheon, because I'm hoping a little bribery will smooth the wheels for peace talks. And… well, you and your father are to be the bribe." OK, so I just told him he's a political pawn. Still….
"Ugh… I hate politics. Have you fetched Dad yet?" He seems concerned….
"Not yet, and given how it went when you came back, I suspect it would behoove me to get a little more information on your father before I do." I probably should have asked about the contracts specifically before calling you, Oscar, but
… well, live and learn.
Oscar pauses, "And you swear you're not going to kill me?"
I am stuck with my oaths… mostly… so I have to be careful here, "I'm not going to kill you for events that happened before I raised you, nor for your words, nor even for that bloody contract of yours and what happened and is happening to me because of it. But you do need to behave well in the future."
Oscar considers that for a bit, "Fair enough. About my dad…."
