"Gentlemen, Our agenda today is for our future action regarding 'The Great Pirates Age' which had been upon us." 

At Kong's spacious office, Vice Admiral Tsuru was given a report while standing beside Kong who seated on the head chair at a long table.

Tsuru locked her gaze towards a man who seated right on the opposite side of Kimimaro, the man was seen frowned as his hands folded in front of his chest with a lit cigar rested in his mouth.

"The files in front of you has a report consisting how the world is in turmoil as a sudden surge in number of Pirates appeared all around the world, especially at the four seas." 

"...The civilian also began to question our Marines, as of now, our units in four seas had already overwhelmed by the sudden influx of new pirates sprouting like mushrooms after the rain." 

Tsuru paused when she saw Kong raised his hand, 

"Sakazuki, how was your mission regarding Roger' Pirate remnants?"

The frowned man sat opposite of Kimimaro spoke in stern tone, "I killed Millet Pine as i was tracking them, as for the rest. They were all gone into hiding, we need to increase our surveillance especially at Underworld!" 

Kong looked at Tsuru and she nodded indicating her understanding, "It could be done, our source in Underworld had already cooperate with us, it only need some time." 

Sakazuki nod even though he scoffed at Tsuru.

Kimimaro interupted, "Gentlemen, i think we should keep Roger Pirate remnants as low priority for now."

"What do you mean by that?! They are called the Roger Pirates! The crew of the Pirate King!" Sakazuki seem irked hearing Kimimaro.

Kimimaro kept his calm as he gently smiled toward his fellow Vice Admiral, "Sakazuki, we knew already that Roger Pirates had been disbanded 2 years even before their captain got executed." 

"So what?! They are our greatest enemies! We have to arrest them all or even better, kill them!" Sakazuki sneered as his body tilted forwards while his burning eyes locked at Kimimaro's.

Kimimaro shook his head as he explained, "They're indeed, however as far as i know, no case in the world involved the remnants of those Pirate group until a month ago, please correct me if i was wrong."

"Hmpph!" 

"Gentlemen, we need to renew our priority seeing how the world's condition right now, Roger Pirates wasn't a real threat." 

Sakazuki seems wanted to barked at Kimimaro before Kong raised his hand, everyone in the room immediately focused on him,

"So, Kimimaro. What do you think our greatest enemy right now?" Kong asked.

"Public opinion, and the rise of new Pirates group all around the world, New World could've been our second priority as i heard Whitebeard, Big Mom, and the newly arised Beast Pirates with Kaido of Rocks as their Captain, began coveting each other teritories." 

"Why? We need to exterminate those Pirates! Especially those in New World!" 

"Calm down Sakazuki, I know very well your desire. But, now we need to set our priorities straight. Tsuru-san had already tell us that the current 4 seas were in quite predicament. Our bases on those seas were overwhelmed by the newly arised Pirate Groups." 

Kimimaro paused as he glanced at Tsuru who nodded at him. 

"My suggestions are, 1st. Rather than attacking the New World Pirates which we obviously couldn't due to our lack of manpower..." 

*Bam!

"HOW DARE YOU, HOW COULD YOU SAY THAT WE LACK POWER?!!!" Sakazuki was fuming mad as he stood up and slammed his palm to the table.

Kimimaro ask instead of answering Sakazuki calmly, "Then how could you explain our failed attempt at capturing Roger and Shiki while they were fighting each other at Historic Edd War sea?" 

"That was because of nature!"
