The Tangled Threads of Love

Prince Hendrix was watching the clouds in the sky. 

"The weather is not good." The butler went beside him and he added, "It is not good for us to investigate this evening. 

It was cloudy and the dark clouds slowly moved up in the sky. The rain started to pour and the people who gathered around were running. The maids were busy getting the linens outside and the men ran to have the shade over them.

"I think this is the right time to investigate."

"We need to secure your safety, Your Highness." The butler was protective of him, but he didn't bother. He wanted to be safe in the weather where nobody could see him. 

"This time, we should be extra careful. Maybe, Prince Garry already knows about this."

"I know he would do something crazy again for his popularity." Prince Hendrix went to his study table and planned the map he drew. 

"This is precisely good. It will be good for us to follow directions now." 

Prince Hendrix nodded as he crossed his arms. He wanted to make a copy which was why he made three copies. One for him, for his butler, and Prime. He wanted to make sure that they were all safe and could hide easily.

After making copies the whole day, he went to take a bath in the hot spring. He was there alone and he noticed something noise on the other side of his place. 

"This is so good." He was relaxing as he bathed in the hot spring. The rain stopped for a while and it began to rain again. He was sure that it was making him hot. He couldn't take the coldness around him that was why whenever he was cold, he would go to places like this. 

He went out of the hot spring and enjoyed in the sauna. He wanted to feel the heat since his body was cold. 

Princess Zakia went out of the bedroom hall and disguised herself as Prime. He went to Prince Hendrix's bedroom hall secretly with her hiding skills. She made herself comfortable about not being caught by the guards while walking in the corridor and after a few minutes, she went safe to the bedroom hall. She was sitting on the corner of the bedroom hall while waiting for Prince Hendrix's arrival. 

As the time went by, she was sleepy. She was controlling her eyes not to shut and her body became weak until she couldn't control her own body. It was nine in the evening when she fell asleep. Her body leaned on the wall and she was exhausted. She crossed her arms and made herself uncontrollable. 

Prince Hendrix arrived in the bedroom hall when it was eleven in the evening. He went for a tour of the garden first after he went to the sauna. He was satisfied after he went into the hot spring. 

He opened the door and checked outside. He was starting to think about what would be the solution to the poison. 

"This is not right. I think I need to gather information tonight but the weather is not good." 

After relaxing, he paced to the bedroom hall and there he went to change clothes. He put off his garments, but on the other corner, Princess Zakia saw his back and she closed her eyes, in fear of him seeing her as a pervert. 

When Prince Hendrix was done, he roamed his eyes, looking for something. He knew he was not the only one in the bedroom hall. 

When he turned his back, Princess Zakia shut her eyes and acted like sleeping. As he approached her, she froze. She was worried that he could catch her. 

"Prime..." He carried her to the small bed beside his bed. 

Prime was pretending to sleep until the lights were off. He made sure of his safety as his body began to become weak. His eyes were droopy and her body was shaking.

As the time went by, the night turned to a day full of hope. The cock crowed and people were all busy again. The sky began to dim and the clouds were thick and gray. 

Prime went to the prince's bed last night as he was sleepwalking. That time, it was uncomfortable for his back to sleep well. 

Prince Hendrix was uncomfortable too that was why he was pushing Prime to the edge but when he was dropped on the floor, he came back to the bed. "Please stop this." 

The two were awakened by the bell. They were shocked when they realized that their bodies were close to each other, almost hugging and their eyes accidentally met. 

Prime moved out of the bed and asked, "What happened?"

"Nothing." Prince Hendrix went near him and smirked. "That was an amazing night with you."

Prime hugged himself as he knew that she was a girl, worrying that the prince would find out after a night. He was blaming herself for being not careful of hiding his identity. "Fine. Let me go." 

Prince Hendrix went in front of him and his eyes met hers. His brows met, making it clear that he wanted to scare Prime. "It was an amazing night." 

"What? What are you talking about?" Prime was hiding her facial expressions because he was afraid of something terrible.

"I think I knew something about you last night." 

"Are you a gay?" Prime quickly covered his mouth and turned his back to the prince. 

"What did you say?" The prince grabbed his shoulder and Prime met his eyes when he was turned back in front of him. 

"Nothing. I deserve to die." He was begging for his life, making it look like he was a poor guy. 

Prince Hendrix let loose of his laugh. "What made you think of something? You were just a kid who was messy in bed." 

Prime's face turned into a tinge of red and found it difficult to deny that he was like that when he slept. He was embarrassed as the prince was teasing him.

There was thunder and a flash of lightning when he rushed to the prince's chest. 

The prince could not stop laughing because Prime was afraid of the thunder and lightning. "Poor guy, make yourself strong."

Prime was trembling. His body turned cold, his lips turned pale and everything went black for her.

"Prime? Prime?" 

The prince carried him to the bed and checked his body temperature. "You're cold." He was thinking about making his body normal that was why he got the quilt to cover his body. He was getting nervous because it was his first time to take care of a person. He put his hands on his and breathe on it, rubbing his hands to assure Prime's condition.
