The Main Character Killed The Villain

Handsome Guy Subscription @BL_lover

[I was enjoying “S-Class Love” and thought about making a reading log, but the recent developments are a bit… Why make the main bottom character a loser?

I was going to recommend it in the fandom room, but I’ll have to wait and see]

This person looks like they’ll soon comment “I’m dropping this.”

Showing a reader’s Tweedy instead of a comment might be trying to tell me that there are quite a few dissatisfied readers.

[Dear readers, I’m not feeling well ㅠㅠ

“S-Class Love” will be on hiatus for 2 weeks…

I’ll come back after recovering!]

[I’m really pissed off

I already said I have fragile mental health, do they have to tell me that the readership is declining when I could just refine the plot a bit?!

I can’t even say I’m taking a break because of the publisher, this is really f**king annoying

I want to kill everyone and end this, seriously]

I thought the probability of seeing comments had decreased a bit, but it seems the number of readers has decreased.

For now, the author’s easily broken mental state didn’t seem bad for me. If the author was the type to ignore reader reactions and stubbornly stick to their planned plot, I wouldn’t have much room to move.

[No choice but to shake things up, make the incident even bigger, and somehow resolve it after creating a crisis]

The last message that appeared as the blue bird flickered was very significant.

Danger is approaching in the dungeon!

Looking at what appeared in the quest window, it seems there was originally a dangerous event planned in the plot. But it looks like the mentally unstable author is thinking of making the event even bigger.

‘Hasn’t it become extremely dangerous?’

For a moment, my heart raced with anxiety, but soon I calmed down, thinking it probably wouldn’t go as far as death.

I’m not sure how many chapters the novel has reached. I don’t know if it’s reached chapter 68 yet… but all Jaeha has done since appearing is cause a bit of jealousy as Kim Sehyun’s friend. It’s too early to eliminate him.

However, it seems the author, who has lost their plot, is planning to create some chaos, and since they never cared about plausibility from the start, I should expect that unreasonable things might happen this time too.

‘With plausibility gone to hell, the story is going off the rails.’

It’s annoying that I ended up in such a crappy story, but there’s nothing I can do about it now that I’m here. Honestly, at this point, I almost feel sorry for Kim Sehyun and Shin Haejun who’ve been made to act so unreasonably. It was understandable that all the characters’ actions were flat and one-dimensional if I considered it as due to the author’s lack of skill.

Although the personality changed when I entered, it gave me goosebumps to think that Jaeha might have tried to jealously undermine Kim Sehyun in a very one-dimensional, cliché way.

‘My real enemy is the author.’

An existence that might try to kill me at any time!

If it weren’t for Nine, I might have died long ago. Although I was inwardly dissatisfied with being forced to proceed with quests without a quit button, at this point, I should be infinitely grateful.

“Hey-.”

While I was hurriedly checking Tweedy and momentarily staring into the distance, Shin Haejun had approached me.

‘Be careful… the author wants to kill you too…’

I remembered what the mentally broken author had written earlier. This time they chose to take a break, but rather than discontinuing the series, they might decide to kill everyone off and end it with a sad ending.

Just as I, who used to be bright and cheerful, started thinking about ending my life due to severe depression after starting work, humans can change drastically.

‘When it’s not a major crisis for me, should I follow the main flow moderately?’

But the direction Nine presented to me was clear. First, steadily breaking the frame set by the author.

‘If it’s not about breaking the story in an extreme way by doing unreasonable things, it would be better to gradually change the direction of the story within reasonable limits.’

While thinking about how to respond in the future, I missed Shin Haejun’s words again. When I suddenly came to my senses and looked ahead, I gaped at what was happening beyond Shin Haejun.

“Kyaaa!”

“Guide Sehyun! Esper Shin Haejun, the guide is being taken away!”

I had just cursed about the lack of plausibility, and the author really forcibly created an incident.

Kim Sehyun was being dragged away, caught in the grasp of a boss monster that had appeared from somewhere!

“Ha, Haejun!”

Kim Sehyun called out to Shin Haejun in a feeble voice. The voice coming from afar sounded very pitiful.

“The monster has gone berserk!”

A sudden monster rampage. Of all the many people, it had to be S-class guide Kim Sehyun who was captured.

Shin Haejun was looking at me, so that’s understandable, but what about the numerous A-class people nearby? The plausibility was utterly ruined!

But it seemed none of the readers noticed.

Fo****: Our baby Sehyun is getting hurt!! If they can’t save him, both the main and sub characters will die

Cn****: Where’s Haewoon while Sehyun is being taken away

└ LOL Are you asking if Haejun and Dowoon have merged?

Dl****: I said it was a boring section for a while, but suddenly the kid is being taken away; Thinking about how they’ll soon rescue him and do guiding while being lovey-dovey is thrilling

Along with the sudden explosion in the number of comments, all the readers were in an uproar about Kim Sehyun being taken away. There were even people who felt excited about the events unfolding dramatically, just as the author had intended.

Maybe what’s visible from inside the story isn’t visible from outside since the author is writing as they please.

“F**k…”

Shin Haejun, who was about to say something to me, turned around sharply at the news of his guide being captured.

Espers’ attacks poured out to catch Kim Sehyun. Espers with special skills to defend against the poison fog, along with the rest, struggled to catch the boss mob.

‘The attacks aren’t working at all?’

Perhaps because the boss monster was in a berserk state, the A-class Espers were completely ineffective. Unlike the cube-shaped monster we first encountered, the boss monster was a perfect sphere. Although it didn’t look particularly scary with its round shape, neither physical nor magical attacks worked at all due to the bluish barrier surrounding it.

At best, Shin Haejun was trying to nullify the barrier with matter manipulation, but it seemed difficult to remove both the surrounding poison and the boss mob’s barrier.

“What’s going on?”

Having heard the commotion outside, Hyun Dowoon had suddenly jumped down from the UFO and approached my side.

“Sehyun… was captured by the boss monster. The boss mob is currently in a berserk state.”

I’m not sure how far the author wants to take this. I watched the situation with concern.

: *Let’s save a friend*

Quest Grade: B

A crisis has befallen your friend! If this continues, the keyword 〈Sickly Bottom〉 will be added. Let’s roughly save the friend from danger! And steal the spotlight that the main characters should receive!

Reward: ???

…What?

‘Nine’s power really has grown.’

Seeing phrases like ‘roughly save’ the friend and ‘steal the spotlight that the main characters should receive’, it was clear that this was definitely not what the author wanted.

If it were following the original work, hmm…

[A crisis has befallen your friend! Let’s pretend to try to save the friend from danger. Because you’re the villain!]

Something like that should have been the explanation, right?

Judging by the ‘main characters’ part, it seemed that in this episode, the author wanted the main characters to cooperate and save Kim Sehyun. If I were the author, I probably would have written it as a reinforcement section where the main characters become jealous of each other after the rescue, and their affection for Kim Sehyun deepens.

But if I steal all of that role…

‘It means the opportunity for the two to become closer to Kim Sehyun disappears.’

Seeing this quest, I was certain.

Nine clearly didn’t want Shin Haejun, Hyun Dowoon, and Kim Sehyun to become closer.

Even if the author’s mental state deteriorates a bit, it seemed to be warning not to attach the keyword ‘Sickly Bottom’ to Kim Sehyun. For now, I observed the situation to proceed with the quest.

“Aren’t you going to save Sehyun?”

When I asked Hyun Dowoon, he shook his head.

“Esper Shin Haejun might have a difficult personality… but as an S-class, he should be able to protect his own guide. I need to protect the guides here.”

He said he would protect all the guides here, but as he spoke while brushing my hair behind my ear, I had the mistaken impression that he meant he would protect me.

‘Come to think of it, wait. Can Kim Sehyun endure this situation?’

Thinking about it, Kim Sehyun has been constantly exposed to the poison fog. He must be in a poisoned state. And the only things that could cure the poisoning were my elixir or Hyun Dowoon’s healing skill.

‘Strange… I don’t want to see Hyun Dowoon step up even if it’s not for the quest.’

Feeling my insides twisting, I held out my hand to Hyun Dowoon.

“My constellation has given me another revelation.”

“It must be a revelation that can solve this situation. Your constellation seems to intervene quite often.”

Hyun Dowoon whispered to me, “You must be loved.”

I nodded. Although it was fake, my ‘Inventory Constellation’ was a perfect being that did everything for me. The one I could trust the most in this world.

“Anyway… could you teleport me over there?”

I was thinking of getting close to Kim Sehyun and throwing him the elixir. It would literally be roughly saving him. I would just throw the elixir from the side to prevent him from dying from the poison.

Hyun Dowoon looked at me for a moment at my request.

“I don’t want to send my guide into that chaos.”

“But if we leave him like that, Sehyun will surely die. He’s bound to be poisoned.”

I didn’t want Kim Sehyun to die. Of course, the main character probably wouldn’t suddenly die, but still, it didn’t feel right to calmly watch someone collapse from poisoning right before my eyes.

I didn’t know what the ‘Sickly Bottom’ keyword meant, but I felt it was a revelation that Kim Sehyun would become sickly. It bothered me to leave him alone knowing that.

“Then I guess I have no choice but to go with you.”

Hyun Dowoon lifted me up. I reflexively wrapped my arms around his neck and let out a small scream.

“What?”

Didn’t you say you’d protect the guides here?

“I have to hold you like this to move you.”

Liar. He moved Kim Sehyun alone just fine earlier.

But it seemed like he wanted to protect me, and I didn’t dislike that feeling, so I quietly closed my mouth and leaned against Hyun Dowoon’s chest.
