" As most of you know, we are possibly at war with the grounders." Was my first sentence to the court of people that were in the war room as I dubbed it.

Everyone from Monty and Jasper to Octavia, Bellamy, Clarke, Miller, Harper and Munroe along with Charllote nodded in understanding.

I mean the fact that grounders were currently marching towards us couldn't be kept a secret and I didn't even try, with people going around the dropship and coming out fully armored and armed it wouldn't make sense to hide it.

At first, I thought that people would actually panic and even try running away or have ideas of running away but for the most part that hadn't happened, everyone kept their cool and became productive and awaiting further orders.

" What do they want exactly?" Asked Monty as they stared at a makeshift map illustration I had drawn using hide and charcoal.

This map was accurate enough in description showing where the army was last seen, strategic points that could be useful in winning this war and more.

" The Radiux fruit." I told them straightforwardly, that I was willing to share the news of the fruits with the others and didn't care if the news got out of this room as it had already gotten out of these walls anyway.

" Radiux what?" Parroted Jasper with a raised brow.

So taking that moment I went into my pocket and discreetly opened my inventory and took out a single Apple and showed them.

" This is a radiux fruit." I told them but even then some of them didn't understand.

" And why would they wage war over a fruit?" Asked Jasper with a frown on her face.

" Because of what the fruit is capable of doing when one eats it." I told them and those not in the know gave me an inquisitive look to continue.

I was sure that some of them had already suspected news of the fruit as some were there with me on the bridge when I met Anya but didn't know more details about them except maybe Harper and Munroe.

" This fruit in what I've studied and understood of it, can induce genetic evolution in anyone that eats it." I told them making some widen their eyes." And in simpler words, this fruit can strengthen and improve anyone who eats it to an astronomical level bordering super steroids."

" And they want it?" Asked Monty.

" Yes, as this batch that I managed to find is of extreme quality which was matched by its quantity." I told them.

" Wait a minute, I can understand why they would want that and I at least have enough brain cells to understand that this fruit is also probably why we have been growing stronger than humanly possible in the past days but..." Jasper said his eyes gaining a sudden understanding before continuing." How the fuck did the grounders know about the fruits when most of us didn't?"

And to that the newcomers to these meetings looked at me also wanting an answer. Clarke shifted uncomfortably, Octavia rolled her eyes whilst Bellamy sighed deeply.

" At the time only raven and the court which is composed of Bellamy, O and Clarke knew of the fruits." I began by saying.

" As all of you know, Raven gets a bit insane and stupid every time Finn is involved so she told him maybe thinking he'd give a fuck about her again after his fall from the ark." I told them with some of my frustrations leaking out.

" But of course just as I feared, Finn got captured and gave out not only the information about the fruit but an actual Radiux fruit that Raven had given him alongside other information about the camp I don't know about." I said finishing my rant.

" Wait wait wait, Finn gave out the information on the fruit and about us and wasn't punished why?" Miller spoke up with a frown on his face.

" Today was supposed to be that, a punishment not only to Finn but Raven." I told him but his frown didn't recede.

" Why didn't we just kill him?" Miller asked staring at me, sighing at that question I shook my head.

" I wanted to but that would have caused more problems down the line." I said lying, it would have caused immediate problems with Raven having probably gone for my head as soon as I killed Finn. I don't know what Clarke would do and also I didn't want the 100 to think that I would kill them at the smallest offense.

What Finn did was, of course, no small offense but at the moment it wasn't time to be giving out death penalties, I had to play my cards and gain most of the 100's trust and affection to a point where I can do no wrong in their eyes.

When the Ark falls I would need most of them to stay along with me after all, then I'd make my clan or a kingdom depending on how this war fares out.

" What problems?" Miller asked" He is a traitor and traitors and anything close to it in the ark would get floated."

" We are not in the ark Nate." Spoke out Clarke for the first time as she stared at Miller." We can't just kill because it's convenient for us."

" I'm not saying that we should start killing everyone at every turn but you have to understand that this war might just get tipped in their favor depending on what information they managed to pilfer out of Finn." Miller stated and for the most part, I agreed with him.

" We can't just kill our people." Clarke argued her voice heated.

" Was he one of us though Clarke?" Miller asked his voice mocking." He refuses to train so he can protect his home, he drinks his days away and when he is not then he is nowhere to be seen. Finn is many things but he is not one of us, not anymore."

To that I had to look at Miller and pause, I had never had someone make so much sense since I got down here.

He unlike me didn't have to mince or hide his words, he said it just like it was and looking around I found that it worked, everyone understood and got where he was coming from.

' Well, I think I just found my newest court member...' I thought hiding the smile that graced my lips as I watched the back and forth between Clarke and Nate.
