"Hody Jones was defeated in just one move by Admiral Roja!"
"This strength is unimaginable! Is this the true power of an Admiral?"
"Can humans even achieve such incredible might?"
"If only I could reach this level someday!"
...
The onlookers whispered among themselves, their astonishment palpable.
Standing behind Roja, Ain and Stella gazed at him with admiration.
In their hearts, both women thought the same thing: As expected of Admiral Roja. He's incredible. We must train harder to match his strength!
They vowed not to let themselves fall behind and bring embarrassment to Roja.
Meanwhile, the scene before them unfolded further.
Unlike the surrounding fishmen, who were slowly regaining consciousness and recovering from their initial shock, King Neptune found himself grappling with disbelief.
He understood the potency of the poison Hody Jones had consumed.
For an ordinary fishman, just one pill could transform them into an unstoppable soldier. Yet Hody Jones had ingested hundreds, and still, he fell in a single strike.
This realization only deepened Neptune's astonishment.
Looking at Roja, who stood completely unscathed, as if what had just happened was a trivial exercise, Neptune couldn't help but marvel. He had always known Admiral "White Pigeon" Roja was strong, but this... this was something else entirely.
Roja's commanding voice interrupted Neptune's thoughts.
"Neptune, free all the slaves and arrange for them to be transported to the nearest Marine base. Is that clear?"
"Understood, Admiral Roja. I swear as King of the Ryugu Kingdom that it will be done," Neptune replied firmly.
Roja gave a curt nod and then asked, "How are Fisher Tiger and Jinbe? Has the rescue started?"
"It has," Neptune replied. "But Fisher Tiger's condition… it's critical."
"I'll take a look. I'm confident in my medical skills," Roja said, striding toward the injured Tiger.
When Roja reached Fisher Tiger, a crowd of fishmen and slaves had already gathered. Many were still reeling from their dizziness, though gradually regaining their senses.
Roja knelt beside Fisher Tiger and examined him closely, his expression growing serious.
Neptune, watching from behind, asked anxiously, "Admiral Roja, is there any hope?"
"He can be saved," Roja said. "But he'll need a blood transfusion."
"Blood transfusion? No problem," Neptune replied quickly. "I'll call for volunteers right away."
Roja shook his head. "No, the blood types of fishmen and humans are different. In his condition, using fishman blood will only accelerate his decline. He needs human blood."
The fishmen around them began murmuring in discontent.
"Using human blood to save a fishman? That's absurd!"
"He's trying to harm our hero, Fisher Tiger!"
"How can we trust him?"
Despite their murmurs, Neptune remained calm.
"Admiral Roja, are you absolutely certain?" Neptune asked solemnly.
"Absolutely," Roja replied without hesitation.
He then turned toward the freed human slaves.
"Do any of you volunteer to donate your blood to save this fishman?" Roja asked.
The island fell silent.
The humans, who had endured endless suffering as slaves, hesitated. Why should they help those who had once oppressed them?
Neptune's heart sank.
But then, a voice broke through the silence.
"I'll do it," a young man said. "I believe in peace. If this can help bridge the gap between humans and fishmen, I'm willing."
All eyes turned to the speaker—a dark-skinned young man whose eyes radiated with an unexplainable brilliance, as if he carried a light within him.
His words stirred the hearts of others.
One by one, more humans raised their hands.
"I'll do it too."
"If it's for peace, I'm willing."
"My dream is for humans and fishmen to coexist."
The fishmen watched in stunned silence as the humans came forward, setting aside their grievances to offer their help.
Even Neptune was moved by their actions.
Roja, observing the scene, allowed a small smile to cross his face. "One person won't be enough. Thankfully, Fisher Tiger can accept any blood type without complications."
Under Roja's direction, the humans formed a line, prepared to give their blood.
The young man who spoke first smiled warmly but vanished into a faint phantom when no one was watching—a creation of Roja's own ability.
Time passed, and after an hour of transfusions, Fisher Tiger finally stabilized, though his condition remained critical.
The massive wound on his chest needed to be sealed, or his life would still hang by a thread.
While Roja had the skills to heal him completely, the process would take too much time—time Roja couldn't spare.
With that thought, Roja made a decision.
"System, bring out the restorative medicine without side effects," Roja commanded internally.
A flash of pale blue light materialized in Roja's hand. Taking advantage of the crowd's distraction, Roja discreetly administered the medicine to Fisher Tiger.
Moments after Fisher Tiger swallowed the medicine, his condition began to improve dramatically.
Flesh began to regrow over his gaping wound. Slowly but surely, the hole in his chest closed, leaving everyone around in awe.
"This is unbelievable!"
"Is this a miracle?"
"Maybe humans, fishmen, and merfolk can truly live in harmony!"
"Could this really be the power of human blood?"
Roja chuckled at their words and spoke with a knowing smile.
"This miracle is possible only because the blood was given voluntarily by humans."
His words left Neptune stunned. In that moment, something clicked in Neptune's mind...
