Professor Austin~1!
Its been a week since the meeting between Austin and Headmaster concluded with certain requests being accepted by both parties.
Sicily also recovered from her injuries with the top-notch healer providing their services in the school infirmary.
Luna could have healed Sicily within minutes, but why she didn't even spare a glance at the olive-haired mage supporter was only known by Austin.
From her testimony, it seemed that she found a letter stating that the headmaster had summoned her.
Since the notice was to report within an hour, Sicily didn't inform others and went there alone, only to get pushed into a hole in the end.
As one could guess, Sicily didn't see the person face who nearly took her life by throwing her into the labyrinth. Even the Cerebral Interference spell wasn't able to dig out any valuable clue from her.
Saya was extremely delighted these days since she got permission from her Onii-sama that she could wander in the school without restraint now.
Some students tried to talk to her, and some even dared to take her as her fiancee only after seeing her for once. Given how peculiarly beautiful Saya is, the teenager's reaction was justifiable to some extent.
Well, only until they didn't cross the line and tried to get physical.
"Suddenly, why the infirmary looks so populated more than the classroom."
That was one of the nurses who spoke as she saw the number of injured students being dragged after getting knocked out by the Raven-haired beauty.
Some had the intent to take revenge, some still hadn't given up on the woman, and for some reason, a lot of boys had ecstatic smiles on their faces.
Slowly but surely, every student had returned to Eden's Academy after a short break to avoid the war and the repercussions of its aftermath.
Parents of various have asked for assurance from the school about their children's safety which the school didn't even try to bother.
Eden Academy never invites students to study here, nor do they ask for any basic tuition fee. The Academy is solely based on the motto to develop the youths into such fine young warriors that they never have to seek anyone's protection in the future.
On the path to becoming an entity worthy of being known across lands, one has to take some pains and risks so, in the future, they could shine the brightest.
-----------------------
Inside a wide auditorium could be seen hundreds of students crowding near the stage as they chatted leisurely while waiting for the event to start for which they got summoned.
All three years were called into the hall, where they stood in groups.
The first-year uniform consists of a dark blue and white combination. The male had a white blazer with blue stripes along with, the same shade of formal trousers, and a necktie. Females were given a one-piece uniform with a white top attached to the blue skirt, along with a thin belt on the waist and a red bowtie.
The second year's had a combination of Amber and Raven shades. And third, years wore similar texture clothing with black and white coloring.
Third-year uniforms looked a little adult-like since they depicted formal suits and gave a majestic feeling to the wearer.
Among the first years stood the hero's party, too, with Sicily, Kyouki, and Lilia being the only ones left. Luna was also nearby, standing alone, but her aura was so dense that no one dared to approach her.
It was a rare occasion for each year to gather in one place. Although not certain, students got a gist that this was about the war which occurred some days ago and also might be the appearance of the new woman who was suspected to be a professor.
After half an hour or so, a man in his late twenties stepped forward with a stern expression on his face.
This person was a renowned professor of Eden Academy and also in charge of the homeroom of all the elite batches in the academy.
Professor S. Leone.
Walking to the podium, he tapped his wand twice on the wood, which made a low yet heavy voice across the hall and brought everyone's attention to the stage.
"Good evening, class. I know you all must have plans for the weekend, but this matter needs your immediate concern, so here we are."
His voice, despite being slightly shrill, gave an authoritative vibe as every eye got fixated on the lean man, who continued after a slight pause.
"I know you all are aware of the war which took place on the outlines of Eden's Academy. Some of you witnessed the catastrophe, and some of you only heard about it. But what makes all of you a single unit, is the powerlessness you carry. And it's not limited to only students. The guards, the professors, including me, and even the Grand Master Merlin isn't capable of dealing with that amount which we faced some days ago."
The faces of most students leaned down in shame, and some were plainly astonished since the speaker casually degraded the headmaster. But little did they know that Leone spoke only after what he had seen on the battlefield.
The professors standing in the aisle didn't waver from the bold statement since they also accepted their weakness against the hordes of demons.
The hall suddenly went dead silent before ever. Only after a couple of seconds, the ice was broken by Leone as he continued with his speech.
"This time, the Eden Academy became the battlefield. What about next time? Maybe the whole nation could become a division of red alert? Where will the students hide then?"
The slightly aggrieved tone made those who ran away from the fear of war, shiver in a fret as they didn't dare to lift their gaze.
But even with the shame, they knew what Leone was saying held credibility. If a horde of demons was able to shake one of the most strongest forts in the whole Gram nation, then what about an army of demons?
Students were unable to even imagine about it, and the same was for Hero's party. They were getting stronger, but with this development speed, they might not be able to withstand another war.
"So what are we supposed to do, professor? We are learning what we have been taught in the Academy. More than this, what can we do?"
One of the third year, who happened to be a student union member, spoke in an audible tone across the auditorium.
"You are correct, student Lewis. You all are doing what you can, but that wouldn't be enough from now. We all have to do something more to become a better version of ourselves. And for that, we need support which can uplift not only the students but us, professors too."
The noise of little chattering erupted from the groups as they heard Leone's words.
The assistance he spoke of wasn't just for Academy students but for the professors too. That meant teachers would also be learning along with the students!
After a small pause, Leone finally brought the topic for which this whole event was organized.
"Please welcome the newly appointed professor of Eden Academy who will be teaching us various arts from now on. Sir Austin!"

A/N: - This is going to be a little awkward. Should I write chapters of Austin tutoring students or just explain it briefly along the lines?
Lemme know in the comments~
