Justice against the Golden Heir
I stood in front of the cryostasis chambers, containing the six Gem Holders who were in the middle of being taken over by their Devils.
There is something I can do about this... the whole Project Belial thing... to reach the void by feeding one's interest. They either grow to desire more or their mind become numb. That was the conclusion for the seven before me.
Me? I am different because I have the Akashic Records. I am the Void that is humanity's potential and power, containing infinite possibilities for growth. An Infinity is the Void, per se.
"Perhaps there is a way for you all to live.", I made my promise to them, the very first promise I am willing to keep.
Oh. I can feel them resonating with me, all six of them. Mixed emotions, some of agony, despair, and anger, some showed sadness, hope, and happiness.
I cannot understand those emotions, but I can tell they all wanted to be free.
Hm? Oh, Erin is here.
I walked out of the chamber, escaping the chilling air. The sigils etched everywhere are... creepy, but also beautiful and enchanting in their own horrible ways.
I took a left turn— and dodged an incoming grab. It was Erin, she tried to hold me.
"What is the meaning of this, Erin?", I tilted my head, and my voice became cold as Survive partially took over my body.
"I... it's just that I was testing you.", her eyes flickered to red.
"Testing me?"
"To see if what you said was true or not... Ur-Nungal was nagging me, more than usual. She wanted to see if you are really him."
Him? Remus?
I frowned, "Who did she think I was?"
With a sharp breath, her eyes turned to their golden hue, "Her father, King Gilgamesh, the First Hero"
"And the first owner of the Akashic Records"
"Gilgamesh?", Reverie, information.
Yessir~ Gilgamesh is the first ever recorded hero of humanity, born one-third human and two-third god, in the first half of his life he was a tyrant who ruled over his people of Uruk. But things changed when he met Enkidu, the Beast of the Gods—
No, I want to know if I am his reincarnation.
All this talk about reincarnation, it's one mind passing the will to the next one. You are you, my dearest owner~ you may be the same soul, but everything else is different~!
But about my hatred for Romulus...
Because he's keeping a part of the Records of Humanity, a part of us, my Lady. Killing him is essential for us.
Hmm, I'll think about it.
I turned my eyes to Erin, "So, what about that?"
"Um... Ur-Nungal wants to fight you.", she said awkwardly.
I rolled my eyes. Does everyone around me have to be a battle maniac?
You are one too, my dear.
"Okay.", I nodded and seamlessly brought out my knife. I get close to Erin in an instant, with my knife already touching her side, my eyes never break contact with hers.
!
She drew back instantly as if something just dragged her back. Hm? Why is there water on the ground?
"I didn't mean to do it here!", Erin shouted with her scarlet eyes.
"No? Then where?", I asked her in wonder.
"We have a whole area for fighting!", she shouted again, this time with an exasperated look.
"Oh.", right, we have that.
"Dammit, this is why Athen is always so tired of you.", Erin walked passed me with a sigh, "I can already see that I cannot keep up with your antics."
"I know, and this fight will be... Justified.", with that comment, I followed her.

In my silver jacket and pants, I stared down at the Terra Smith, which is Erin's Ephitet. For what reason was she called that, I will find out soon.
She was in her normal outfit, crop top, jacket, jeans, and heels, very hard to move in compared to my outfit. She was crossing her arms, staring me down with her red eyes.
"Shall we begin?", she smirked.
I whispered so that only I could hear myself, "I am Charlotte Silvi... Owner of the Akashic Records"
I feel my emotions become colder and colder... but not as cold as when I used Survive. Because I am not using the Anima Pactum of Survive.
"Devils of the Void, They who embodied Infinity."
My Reverie goo evaporated, turning into a blue hue that everyone could see. And my hair fell to a dark shade of blue...
"The Flag all stood under, the Righteous Reason for all."
Erin came for me, gliding on the ground. I spun to dodge one of her tackles. Circuit veins in that very same deep blue ran down my entire body.
"The Greatest Killer of Humanity"
I swiped Erin's legs with mine, only for her to glide away. A tattoo in the form of a whisp formed right under my left eye...
"The Illusions of a Hypocrisy"
The blue mist around me clumped together, forming weapons...
"Anima Pactum - Justice."
The weapons fully realized, guns, a lot of guns. If my father can wield six guns at the same time, as the one who carries the same blood as him... shouldn't I be able to do better?
I pointed my index finger at Erin, who was awed at the wall of guns behind me, "Bang."
And the guns all fired, with the accurate aim at Erin... but I was still missing, it was because she is another absurd person, to dodge a rain of bullets is simply nothing I can do about.
"Forge of Abzu!!!", she screamed.
A water bubble formed around her, blocking my bullets.
"Justice.", I commanded.
Some guns turned back into mist, then reformed into RPGs and Mortars.
"Boom."
The rockets all shot at the same time, crashing into Erin's ever-expanding dome. I can see the dome is cracking, but Erin is heading straight for me with her crumbling defense.
She was about to grab me—
But my wide grin seemed to notify her of my schemes. She reeled back to avoid a bouquet of stakes coming from the ground.
I snapped my finger, "Justice."
Some guns reformed into a pair of gauntlets on my arms. She tried to tackle me once again, but this time I grabbed her hands in a lock.
Heha...
"Got you.", I spoke with a smile.
"Fuck...", she realized her mistake... no, my mistake, "You fucked up. Forge of Abzu."
The water beneath her feet wrapped around mine, slowly consuming me. I tried to move my legs, but the water grabbed me tightly.
...I see. Forge of Abzu. Abzu... fresh water. The Enuma Elish, the Mesopotamia creation myth. When the two Primordial Gods of salt water, Tiamat, and freshwater, Abzu, felled, their corpses merged together to create land, Tiamat became soil, and Abzu became the water that flows under the soil.
How the hell did I know this...?
Teehee~
Right, Reverie.
They became the foundation of the world through their death. And so, Abzu became the veins of the world, through it, civilizations are forged...
Forge of Abzu, the ability to manipulate fresh water to replicate creations of mankind.
Then... I will simply burn it all...
"Malice."
Yes, My Lady.
Black flames erupted around me, creating wisps that consumed even the freshwater of Abzu.
"Justice - Sin Counter."
Sensing something wrong, Erin kicked me away. That was a good call, but once I activated Sin Counter, it was already over...
"Judgement"
The guns turned into mist once again, this time... they reformed into crosses. Let's see how you deal with certain death.
But Erin was not scared, she seemed to be... more determined than ever, "Forge of Abzu - Recreation."
The water around her morphed into crosses, the same as mine.
"Let's see if the replica can compete with the original.", Erin said with a confident smile. She created more crosses, twice my amount.
...
I dispelled my Anima Pactum, the blue crosses turned black and dropped down onto the ground as the abyssal sludge.
"I surrender.", I raised my hands.
There is no point in fighting someone who could copy my abilities and create more. I simply don't have enough Reverie to convert into Justice to match her power... Let's visit a junkyard someday.
"Ur-Nungal is not happy with this conclusion, you know.", Erin smiled, ending her Forge of Abzu.
"I know.", I just simply know...
"Heh.", she scoffed, "You are not to your full power, correct?"
"...Yes", I nodded denying anything.
She went ahead and placed a hand on my shoulder, "It's not that you are lacking in anything, it's because the ones in this Organization are too strong. Athen could come back to life infinitely, Silla can ignore anything, Sun can predict the future, Miles can control destiny itself... and I can replicate anything thrown at me to the smallest details."
I noticed.
"The Gem Holders in this Organization are the best of the best, you can stand against even one of us means that you are better than most.", she slapped my back, "But you are one of us anyway, so just think of this as friendly competition."
"Of course.", I nodded, "It seems like I was outmatched."
"Don't dwell on it too much, I was just your counter."

After Charlotte left, Erin collapsed with a heavy breath, she was too much for the Terra Smith to handle.
"Glad that she bought in the lie...", Erin closed her eyes.
Yes, Erin was lying. She can only replicate the details but not the power of the things she replicates. She knew Charlotte had the ability to detect lies, so she worded it in a way that ability would detect it as a truth.
And she was glad that Charlotte did not go any further, as dealing with Sin Counter would prove fatal.
"Sin Counter (Judgement) is something my body could not handle with you around, Ur-Nungal.", Erin giggles to herself, her eyes glowing golden light, "The sins you committed in your lifetime would instantly kill me, even without the absurdity she possessed."
Judgment, the ability possessed by the Juries, more commonly known as Angels, to manifest a single sin as a punishment depending on how severe the sin is, in the view of the user.
So Charlotte set the punishment for any sins as DEATH.
"I think I will leave it as it is... can't reveal too much to that little ball of danger.", Erin laughed and started to walk away.
