Chapter 129: Fugaku Death
He opened the seventh gate, known as the Gate of Wonder, positioned beneath the stomach, triggering his body to exude a distinctive blue sweat. Almost instantly, the perspiration evaporated, enveloping him in an aura that could easily be mistaken for chakra.
With the Gate of Wonder open, he could execute the Daytime Tiger—a formidable technique involving a single punch capable of forming a pocket of compressed air.
The intensity of the moment was palpable for Miyamoto, as time seemed to slow down. The pressure in the air built, and at night, the colossal attack became increasingly visible.
Miyamoto's pupils widened in anticipation as the looming strike drew closer.
“No…”
The unleashed attack mercilessly reduced Miyamoto to a bloody pulp, shattering his organs and sealing his fate.
The devastating blast not only wreaked havoc on the entire square but also left its mark on nearby walls, echoing with the roaring wind. Fugaku, utilizing the recoil of the blast, gracefully touched down on the ground.
As the lingering blue steam faded away, Fugaku revealed. He gasped, surveying the ruined square before him, a deep frown etched on his face.
"Still did not work?"

Flung into action by Gamabunta's powerful toss, Fugaku had a strategic plan in mind—catching Satori off guard with his Day Tiger technique. However, in a twist of fate, his attempt failed to make an impact.
Satori emerged unscathed, gracefully taking to the skies while keeping a wary eye on Fugaku.
Meanwhile, Fugaku grappled with the side effects of opening the Seven Gates, his Sharingan observing Satori with a mix of awe and curiosity.
Similar to Fugaku, Satori possessed exceptional speed, foresight, and, crucially, the ability to fly. Confronted by an adversary capable of swift and unpredictable aerial maneuvers, Fugaku pondered the challenges that lay ahead.
Even if he were to use the Eighth Gate again, a question lingered in his mind—how could he land a decisive blow on an adversary who can fly?
"It takes a lot of effort to use that move!" Fugaku smirked and taunted, "If it weren't for that annoying box, I would really want to make you my summoning beast!"
"I also want to put you in the box, so... let’s see who can get what they want!"
With a powerful flap of his huge black wings, Satori conjured a massive dark red fireball in its forelegs. The eerie resemblance to a tailed beast bomb caught Fugaku's attention.
Undeterred, Fugaku swiftly formed hand signs, "Fire Style. Fire annihilation."
A colossal blast of scorching flames erupted towards the sky, colliding with the huge, dark red fireball and enveloping Satori in a searing inferno.
Fugaku remained alert, expecting his chakra shield to withstand the assault. However, to his shock, the dark red fireball broke through his attack.
Barely escaping the explosion, Fugaku stared in disbelief at the burnt wounds on his body, realizing that his chakra cloak couldn’t defend against the attack.
Though not as mighty as a tailed beast bomb, it possessed the advantage of quicker charging.
As Fugaku grappled with the aftermath, his regeneration kicked in, healing the burn wounds.
"Is this a weapon from the Sage of Six Paths era, its strength nearly on par with the Tailed Beasts?" Fugaku pondered aloud.
In some aspects, dealing with it proved to be even more challenging than confronting a two-tailed beast. This adversary possessed the ability not only to fly but also to deftly dodge attacks. With the exception of the seven-tailed Chomei, most tailed beasts lacked the capability to take to the skies.
Contemplating his options, Fugaku considered utilizing wood style. However, Satori displayed an uncanny ability to anticipate his intentions, rendering Fugaku's known Wood Style techniques ineffective against the aerial foe.
Despite having Wood Style, Fugaku acknowledged that he lacked the proficiency of Hashirama, limiting the viability of this approach.
As Fugaku strategized, another massive, dark-red fireball hurtled toward him. He skillfully evaded the imminent blast.
"Damn you, you're so annoying!" Satori screamed.
As he observed Satori, did it seem to slow down a bit? Unexpectedly, a colossal toad materialized from the side, leaping high and slashing with its sword. The blade swept over the monster's wing.
"Almost got him?" Fugaku muttered.
"Finally, I got what I wanted." Satori
“What?” As soon as he uttered those words, Fugaku's gaze locked onto the nearby box, and his face dropped. Damn, he forgot about the box. Could the box still exert a pull?
In a moment of hesitation, Fugaku attempted to employ the same method as before to keep his footing. However, he was swiftly pulled into the box.
“Bunta, save him!” Jiraiya shouted from the back of the toad.
“Damn, it’s too late!” Gamabunta expressed his anxiety, attempting to extend his tongue toward Fugaku.
Mid-pull, Fugaku swiftly performed hand seals, and two vines sprouted from the ground, wrapping around his right leg. A sense of relief washed over him, but it was short-lived as Satori attacked a dark red fireball toward Fugaku.
fireball, burning the vines and blocking Gamabunta’s tongue, ultimately pulling Fugaku into the box. As the box closed, Gamabunta reached Satori and swung his sword, but Satori skillfully dodged the attack.
Jiraiya's face darkened, realizing he hadn't had the time to activate his Sage Mode. Despite being surprised by Fugaku's use of wood, the urgency of the situation took precedence.
The leader of the Uchiha clan, who hadn't met his end in battle, was now confined within the mysterious box. Jiraiya couldn't accept it.
Damn… Bunta, is there no way to get out of the box?" He asked incredulously.
Gamabunta looked serious. "No one has ever come out of it."
"Hahaha, since you know that this is a weapon from the Sage of Six Paths Era, can you imagine what’s inside the box?" Satori's ominous question hung in the air, leaving an air of uncertainty.
