Grindelwald looked at Andy in the Two-way mirror with a strange look in his eyes.

He had to admit that although Andy's idea sounded a little whimsical, it was possible.

Andy suddenly asked, "Mr. Grindelwald, if the choice were yours, what would you choose?"

"Me?"

Grindelwald smiled faintly and said, "I would of course choose the greater power."

Andy: "…"

Bullshit!

You'd risk your life for power?

Andy doesn't think Grindelwald would do that. "Really? But I'm different. I'm more afraid of death, so I'd rather go for the latter." Andy spreads his hands out in a helpless gesture.

Grindelwald doesn't seem to be bothered by this. "You can try it out."

Andy: "…"

Fuck!

Grindelwald makes it sound so easy, but Andy is the one who is gambling with his life.

Moreover, Andy has discovered it.

By choosing to be an Obscurial, he is gambling with his life.

Since they are parasitic beings, they must be different from full-fledged beings.

However, Andy already understood what Grindelwald was trying to say.

Different mental powers will lead to different kinds of spells.

If you use other emotions to create an 'Obscurus', you might be able to create a new magical parasitic existence. Although it might not have the destructive power of the Obscurus, it will definitely have other abilities.

And Grindelwald also revealed a piece of information.

The magical power of the Obscurus is related to the host. Once it is separated from the host, the Obscurus cannot even maintain the most basic form of life.

This is basically consistent with Andy's judgement of the Fat Cat Patronus.
