Genshin impact : Heaven's Will, Let Teyvat Become The Supreme World

Chapter 7: Chapter 7

"The wear and tear imposed on all life in the world of Teyvat will be revoked first. After all, if we want the world to be upgraded to a stronger level, the stronger the life within it, the greater the benefits," Takumi solemnly announced.

"Remove wear and tear!"

Morax, Barbatos, and Raiden Ei were instantly shocked. For them, wear and tear was their biggest enemy. Over time, they all suffered from its effects.

"Wear and tear was originally a rule set by Phanes to balance the world of Teyvat," Takumi continued. "The world of Teyvat is only so big, and it cannot support the constant growth of demon gods. Moreover, the longer a demon god exists, the more resources they consume. That's why Phanes created this rule."

"Now that I have become the Law of Heaven, this rule is harmful to Teyvat, so it must be abolished."

Takumi explained that wear and tear was essentially a way to increase revenue and reduce expenditure when the world couldn't sustain itself. With no room for expansion, the only option was to cut back.

After he spoke, the Original Dharma Ring behind him glowed brightly, and the wear and tear rules were revoked from Teyvat.

"This is wonderful!" Barbatos was so excited that he felt like singing. The wear and tear had tortured him for so long that, without this change, his soul might not have lasted another five hundred years.

As the oldest of the Seven Archons, Morax had suffered even more than Barbatos. Though Barbatos had little interest in growing stronger, he still didn't want to lose his memories and sanity.

As soon as the wear and tear disappeared, Morax felt a lightness throughout his body. While his strength didn't recover immediately, it was only a matter of time before he regained his full power. Without wear and tear, Azhdaha and the Yakshas could also return to their original state. He couldn't help but feel grateful to the new Heavenly Principle.

"Additionally, you all understand the role of these three worlds for Teyvat. You even know the plan to annex them, so let's discuss the candidates who will implement the plan," Takumi said, resting his chin on his hands, looking like a boss in a meeting.

Of course, he could simply order people to carry out the task, but that would be too dull, and he didn't want to play this as a solo game. Besides, his actual age wasn't even a fraction of Furina's—the youngest person present. While Takumi, who had been bombarded by information on the internet back on Earth, was knowledgeable, he understood that practical experience was just as important.

He still had the strength of the Seven Archons. As their leader, he needed to make plans and allow the most capable individuals to execute them.

"What do you think, old man?" Barbatos looked at Morax, not wanting to be the first to take the lead. Who knew what challenges such an ambitious plan to annex worlds might bring?

Morax gave Barbatos a flat look and said, "I believe we should annex these three worlds in order of their strength, from weakest to strongest. The world of Teyvat is already full of flaws, and attempting to annex a powerful world right away may not be feasible."

"A weaker world can be annexed quickly, providing Teyvat with the time it needs. Although Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba's world is much weaker, annexing it will extend Teyvat's existence by at least several hundred years. A few hundred years are enough to annex the remaining two stronger worlds."

"The old man is right, I agree. Inazuma is more suitable for this plan than our three nations," Barbatos said, looking at Raiden Ei.

"Why?" Raiden Ei asked, puzzled.

Furina looked at Raiden Ei curiously. "Because Inazuma's culture is closer to that world, it can easily replace the gods in that world's mythology in terms of belief."

Raiden Ei nodded. "Is that so? Alright, I'll take care of Demon Slayer's world," she said, though she felt uneasy. Even with a detailed plan, she wasn't confident about playing the role of a god in another world.

"If only my sister were here," she thought. "She would definitely know how to do it. But Yae Miko is clever, so if I leave it to her, she should be able to handle it."

"If you need assistance, don't hesitate to ask. After all, this is our responsibility as well," Morax said when he saw Raiden Ei's frown.

"Yes, this is a major event related to Teyvat's survival," Barbatos agreed. This was a critical step for Teyvat. Even if the executor was Inazuma, none of them dared to take it lightly.

"Now that we have made our decision, this meeting is adjourned. We will discuss the annexation of the remaining two worlds once the first world has been successfully annexed," Takumi concluded.

"Meeting dismissed."

As soon as Barbatos stepped out of Sky Island, he eagerly turned to Morax. "Old man, am I dreaming? This feels unreal."

"Do you want me to wake you up, Barbatos?" Morax raised his hand, amused.

"No, no! My small body can't handle your slaps," Barbatos said, wiping the cold sweat from his forehead.

"This world has completely changed," Morax said, ignoring Barbatos as he looked back at Sky Island with a sigh. It seemed his plan to retire as the Geo Archon and hand power over to Liyue's people wouldn't happen anytime soon. The new Heavenly Principle would never allow it. He now had greater responsibilities to shoulder.

"With the new Heavenly Principle in place, things are different," Barbatos mused. "Well then, old man, I'll return to Mondstadt and take care of things there. See you another day."

Barbatos transformed into a green wind and disappeared. He hadn't done much for the people of Mondstadt in two thousand years, though they still believed in him. Organizing the people of Mondstadt to participate in the Heavenly Principle's plan to annex worlds would be challenging.

It was different for Morax. Liyue's Adeptus Yakshas were quite powerful, and with the annual Rite of Descension and the close relationship between the Geo Archon and the Liyue Qixing, he could rally Liyue to complete the annexation plan for a world as strong as Inuyasha's.

Morax returned to Liyue, settling on Mount Aozang at the stone table in front of Cloud Retainer's cave.

"Rex Lapis, you are here," said Cloud Retainer, sensing his arrival. She walked out of the cave, her eyes sharp and inquisitive.

"Takumi, I have something very important to announce. Gather all the Adepti, Yakshas, and the leaders of the Liyue Qixing for a discussion," Morax said, hands behind his back, his expression serious.

Cloud Retainer looked taken aback. "Huh?"

**Inazuma**

Narukami Island, Tenshukaku.

At that moment, Raiden Ei looked nervously at the young man who had walked into the Tenshukaku. She had just returned from Sky Island and was about to summon Sangonomiya and the head of the Grand Narukami Shrine when Takumi himself arrived in Inazuma.

"Lord Tianli, what brings you here?" Raiden Ei asked nervously.

"Don't be so tense. Although I've become a god, I'm still new to Teyvat. I simply wish to wander around and experience the local customs," Takumi said, amused by her expression.

"Raiden Ei has such an unexpectedly adorable side," he thought to himself, a smile playing on his lips.
