Building A Business Empire From Scratch In Another World

Chapter 75: Chapter 75 : Combat Experience_2

Sigurd took a deep breath and smiled warmly at Trinity, " I heard about the two of you and wanted you two to join my Adventure Team ".

"No". Trinity glanced at Sigurd and shook her head.

Sigurd's expression immediately turned sour as he looked at Trinity. He never expected this girl to reject him, as it had never happened to him before.

He always gets what he wants, but this was the first time someone dared to refuse him and in front of his subordinates.

"You, a mere peasant, dare to speak to Young Master Sigurd in such a manner? You should consider yourself lucky that our Young Master is interested in recruiting you," the lackey exclaimed, pointing at Trinity.

Trinity furrowed her eyebrows, a cold glint in her eyes.

"Listen here, you lowly pea-"

BOOM!

Before the lackey could finish his sentence, he was sent flying backwards like a cannonball, landing a few meters away and coughing up a large mouthful of blood.

"Noisy". Trinity said casually as she unclenched her fist.

Sigurd looked at Trinity with a fierce expression, his eyes filled with unmistakable malice.

"Hey, listen up, Young Master Sigurd or whatever you go by. We already told you we're not interested in joining your Adventurer Team. And make sure your lackeys keep in line. Not just anyone can talk to my big sis like that," Brixton chimed in, taking a hearty bite of the massive roasted thigh in his hand.

Sigurd glanced at Brixton for a moment before turning to Trinity with narrowed eyes. "Are you sure you don't want to join my Adventurer Team?" he asked.

"No," Trinity replied with a smile. "Why? Are you going to force us to join or kill us if we don't?"

"No, but you two must be careful because raiding dungeons can be very dangerous," Sigurd said indifferently, shaking his head.

"Are you threatening us?" Trinity narrowed her eyes as her hand slowly reached for her spear.

"Tsk, tsk, tsk, Sigurd, you are truly pathetic," a voice suddenly interrupted them.

Sigurd immediately looked at the source of the voice with cold eyes.

"Gunther, what are you doing here? And what does this have to do with you?" he said coldly.

A few meters away, Gunther was slowly walking towards them, with a few Adventurers following behind him.

"Why can't I be here? It's not like the Adventurer Guild belongs to your Clan," Gunther said expressionlessly.

"And you, Young Master Sigurd, are threatening two Adventurers if they don't join you. How did you fall so low? You are just a disgrace," Gunther added, shaking his head with a mocking smile.

"Shut up, Gunther! This has nothing to do with you," Sigurd shouted.

"Although this has nothing to do with me, I can't just stand by as you bully two lonely Adventurers," Gunther said.

"This guy is good," Brixton whispered to Trinity.

Trinity looked at Gunther with interest in her eyes.

"Oh, you two are here?" Suddenly, another voice sounded. They all turned to look at the source of the voice.

"Big bro, you are here?" Brixton immediately stood up and shouted.

Felix smiled as he slowly walked towards Trinity and Brixton, with Nixie and Gwendolyn behind him. "Do you know how long we've been looking for you two? This place is simply too huge. If we hadn't heard the ruckus coming from here and decided to come, we couldn't have found you two so easily."

Sigurd and Gunther's expressions changed slightly when they saw Felix, especially Sigurd. His expression did not look good at all. How could he not recognize Felix? This guy scammed him out of more than two million gold coins, after all.

"Yo, isn't this Young Master Sigurd? How come you are here? How have you been all this while, huh?" Felix's eyes lit up when he saw Sigurd and greeted him, patting him on the shoulder like meeting an old friend.

"Hello, Mr. Felix," Sigurd awkwardly laughed. Continue reading at m|v-l'e m,p| y- r

"Hey big bro, do you know this arrogant Young Master?" Brixton asked with curiosity.

"Of course I know Young Master Sigurd. He gave me a lot of money when the restaurant opened," Felix replied with a smile.

"Oh, I see," Brixton nodded.

"Yo, Young Master Gunther is here too," Felix said, looking surprised.

"Mr. Felix," Gunther nodded back at Felix.

"So what's happening here? And why is that guy vomiting? Is he experiencing kidney deficiency or something?" Felix asked, looking at the lackey who had been punched away by Trinity.

"Don't worry, Mr. Felix. There's nothing to be concerned about. I was just about to leave. Goodbye," Sigurd said to Felix, waving his hand as he quickly walked away with his Adventurer Team as if he was running away from something.

Before departing, he cast one final glance at Trinity.

"I'll be heading out as well, Mr. Felix. Goodbye," Gunther added, waving his goodbye before walking away with his Adventurer Team.

Felix's smile slowly faded as he watched Sigurd's back disappear into the distance. "This guy has to go," Felix said quietly.

Trinity and the others were taken aback, staring at Felix with shocked expressions.

"Why? Did he do something to you, big bro?" Nixie asked, looking confused.

"No," Felix shook his head, "I just didn't like the way he looked at Trinity."

Nixie and the others were left speechless, as they looked at Felix with strange expressions.

"Is there something on my face?" Felix asked, noticing everyone looking at him strangely.

Nixie shook her head, "Just because you don't like the way he looked at Trinity, you want to kill him."

Felix nodded, "Is there something wrong with that?"

Nixie didn't answer, just shook her head.

Felix rubbed his chin and looked at Trinity, "Okay, enough talking. Let's go raid some dungeons."

Trinity gave Felix a deep look and nodded, "But first, you have to register as Adventurers before you can enter a dungeon."

"Okay, then let's go register," Felix agreed.

A few minutes later, Felix, Nixie, and Gwendolyn had finished registering as Adventurers and purchased dungeon passes.

"Oh yeah, big bro, what about Zephyr? Is he not coming with us?" Nixie asked as they left the Adventurer Guild.

Felix shook his head, "Forget about him. He's busy running the Abyss Gate and destroying rival gangs. He doesn't need to come here."

"Oh".Nixie nodded in understanding.

"So, which dungeon should we raid first?" Trinity looked at Felix and asked.

Felix pondered for a moment before responding, "Since we have all reached Tier 3 Mana Cultivators, except Nixie, and we have purchased Silver Rank Dungeon passes, let's raid a Silver Rank Dungeon."

"Silver Rank Dungeon? Big bro, isn't that dangerous?" Nixie exclaimed.

"It's not that dangerous, and besides, we're not trying to conquer it. We just need to raid the lowest floors to gain some combat experience," Felix explained.

"Ok," Nixie thought for a moment and nodded.

"Good, let's go," Felix waved his hand as they all quickly made their way out of the Adventurer District.

About an hour later, they arrived at a huge dungeon portal with a few soldiers in the surroundings. Adventurers were milling about in front of the dungeon portal, some entering the dungeon, while others were gearing up to explore it.

"This dungeon is called the Dark Vault. It's the only silver-ranked dungeon within a thousand kilometers radius. There are also a lot of bronze-ranked dungeons here, but they're not as challenging," Trinity explained.

Felix and the others listened intently.

"Ok, everyone ready? We're about to raid a dungeon, so you must be prepared. Don't let your guard down," Trinity turned to them and said.

"Of course we're ready," Felix patted his chest confidently.

"Big bro, are you really going to wear that to raid a dungeon?" Nixie asked, eyeing Felix's outfit.

"Yeah, is something wrong?" Felix replied, looking down at his attire.

Felix was currently dressed in a pure white suit, white shoes, and holding a golden cane with a dragon head carved on top of the handle. He looked like he was going to a party instead of raiding a dungeon.

"Big bro, we're raiding a dungeon, not going to a banquet" Nixie said exasperatedly.

"Come on, I love white and besides, this outfit is not ordinary. It can rival 2 Star Armor, and this cane is not just a cane, it's a sword," Felix said while pulling out a pure white sword from the cane. "This sword is a 3 Star Mana Weapon."

"You are truly hopeless," Nixie said, slapping her forehead and shaking her head. Trinity, Gwendolyn, and Brixton were giggling as they looked at Felix and Nixie.

"Ok, let's go," Trinity waved her hand and said. A long bronze spear appeared in her hand, a huge double axe appeared in Brixton's hand, and two long staffs appeared in Nixie and Gwendolyn's hands. Nixie's staff was almost taller than her, with a cyan-colored crystal fixed on top of the staff, flickering with runes. A faint wind started blowing in the surrounding as she held the staff.

Gwendolyn's staff was pure crystal white, with a pure white crystal fixed on top, making the surrounding suddenly feel cold. Both of them were wearing Mage Robes and cloaks flashing with mysterious runes, and the Mana around them seemed to be quite dense as well.

"Ok, since everyone is ready, let's enter," Trinity waved her hand, and with that, all of them turned into beams of light and disappeared into the dungeon.

Inside the Dark Vault Dungeon in the dark forest, five beams of light flickered as five people appeared.

"So, this is how a dungeon looks like, huh?" Felix opened his eyes as he looked around.

"We are currently on the first floor of the Dark Vault Dungeon. The monsters are Dark Spirit Spiders, and they are very poisonous, especially their webs. Don't get entangled by their webs, otherwise, you will die," Trinity looked around and said.

"Got it," Felix gave a thumbs up.

He suddenly felt a tug on his clothes, he looked at Nixie who was hiding behind his back.

"Hmm.... big bro I'm afraid of spiders" Nixie said with an uneasy expression.

Felix was speechless and rolled his eyes at her, " That's your problem".
