Am I… transmigrated?
"T-Teacher?" anxious Nol stood up before realising what happened. Nol instantly turned to dark mode again, "Did none of you tell teacher not to say the taboo words when reading a story's title in the Demon World?"
No one dared to look into Nol's eyes except for Lav who said, "This is very worrying. But the teacher should be fine. Lyna's with him."
Indeed, Lyna's also disappeared.

Eric tried to adjust his eyes to the darkness. One second ago, he was still in the classroom, then mid-sentence he found himself here in this dark hallway.
What was going on? Was this one of his bad student's tricks again? Eric wanted to shout but his instincts told him not to.
This atmosphere was too eerie and horrifying. Prickles of chills slowly drizzled down Eric's spine as the echo of those heavy footsteps made a small dent in Eric's brain to put loud panicked screaming on loop. The closer those footsteps got, the more his heartbeat accelerated and his already sweaty body just produced more salt to suck him dry.
The dry hallway had only one dim light source and it was the green shine of the exit box at the end and beginning. The corridor was at least 3 meters high, the walls were a wet kind of black as if drips of water continuously ran down the stone surface.
To his right, Eric saw a small open space that led to the staircase to the other floors. To his left, there were five doors. Eric guessed that he was currently in an apartment complex. Unclear which floor he was on and unclear how many floors this building had, what Eric knew was that there was a staircase and there should be another staircase at each end of the hallway since there were the exit signs.
Fuck. What the fuck was this? Eric calmed his racing brain down but the growing closer footsteps weighed on his sanity. He wasn't asleep. No. This was too real.
There was no way his students could've played this bad of a joke on him.
This atmosphere, this surrounding, this situation was reminding Eric of a horror and thriller movie. Something like this couldn't exist in the Demon World. No matter how sinister demons were, this type of environment and architecture was definitely not their type.
Then what? Did Eric teleport back to earth? Was this the curse? Was he dead? Underworld? Hell?
Calm down, calm down, Eric took a deep breath. First thing he needed to do was to get a grasp of this situation and get out of here, definitely away from these footsteps that obviously signalled the harbinger of death was going to come to take Eric away, even if he managed to stay alive.
Right now, Eric was sitting on the floor like a lost child. He slowly stood up but realised that his body felt numb and exhausted. After Eric's initial shock and confusion disappeared, Eric noticed a few other things. His view got lower, his hands were smaller and his body was very fragile and light.
Eric had to hold himself against the walls but once his hand touched the smooth surface of the stone wall, he noticed it was covered by either something hard like a crust or a thick liquid. Alarm bells rang off, Eric held his finger covered in the liquid closer to his nose and prayed it wasn't what he thought it was.
But hell favoured him. It was blood. Eric took a closer look of the wall and as expected, drops, splatters of blood sprayed on the wall. Eric looked at the ground, puddles of dried to fresh blood graced the stone floor along with stray garbage-
Eric gulped. This was bad. This was really bad. What was even worse were these little stick legs that replaced Eric's long muscular and slender ones. Eric's dreaded suspicions were once again affirmed. Eric was in the body of a young boy. Wait, so he didn't teleport but transmigrated? What the fuck?
More painful and chaotic realisation hammered against Eric's head and drowned out all noises as suddenly-
CREAK
The footsteps Eric has heard since a minute or two finally picked up their pace! It sounded like they were rushing straight at Eric.
Fear rose in Eric but his tenacity to survive kicked in and slowly Eric turned around and his soul almost lifted his body and transmigrated to a world full of fairies and unicorns. Heck! Even being boned by Del was 1000 times better!
The moment Eric turned around, what he saw was blood freezing. Eric couldn't make out the person that came around the corners but he definitely saw that fucking axe that could split him cleanly in half and have all of his intestines squirm on the ground.
Fuck, Eric didn't want that! It seemed the moment that person saw defenceless little Eric, they started to charge at him like a predator ready to feast on its prey. Before Eric knew it, his little body moved on its own and ran to his right, to the open place. He needed to use the staircase.
Maybe the other end of the hallway had a staircase as Eric assumed but since Eric wasn't sure, he didn't want to ride on that possibility. What if that was a dead-end? Eric would be fucked and turned into mincemeat to be sprinkled all over this nightmare.
So the most logical thing Eric could do was to take the staircase he saw with his own eyes and was sure it existed. Eric didn't care if there was something worse lying in wait because right now he wanted to escape this first problem of a maniac running after him.
Eric wanted to scream for help but for some reason decided not to. This little boy must've already ran for help before Eric took over his body and had to take care of this insane, definitely not suitable for any kind of person situation.
What the hell did this boy do to deserve this? What the hell did Eric do to deserve this? What the fuck was this situation? Eric almost reached the staircase when his body suddenly froze.
No, no, NO! Move! Move! Move!
He was going to die! Die! The axe! The axe!
Eric forced all of his little power to move his frozen body but it was impossible. Eric was doomed and-
But something even worse than the maniac behind Eric appeared.
It was a voice in Eric's head, "Hello, dear victim! I'm your system! At your service!"
Fuck, kill me rather!
