Chapter 16: Intimacy At The Bottom Of The Sea
The author has something to say:
Please don’t take it seriously, water pressure or whatever, just think of it as different from Earth’s water characteristics ba.
Shu Jintian was suddenly pulled under and hadn’t held much of his breath, and was already suffocating after a while. Seeing Shu Hanyu continue downwards with no intention of going up, Shu Jintian became genuinely panic-stricken.
“Mm~” No, he’ll die! Shu Jintian began to struggle, trying to break away from Shu Hanyu’s suppression. However, his resistance was undoubtedly akin to a mayfly shaking a large tree to Shu Hanyu, and was absolutely useless. He only provoked Shu Hanyu further, who imprisoned him with even more strength, and dove downwards quicker.
“Wu!” Shu Jintian’s chest felt as if it was about to burst open, and he used the last of his strength to push Shu Hanyu in resistance. To speed up, Shu Hanyu changed to wrap his legs around Shu Jintian’s waist, his entire body turned upside down as he dove down.
Even though the big snake was just using his legs to clasp him, Shu Jintian still was unable to pull away from his legs that were like iron pincers, and could only watch wide-eyed as he was pulled down into the bottomless abyss.
Perhaps Shu Hanyu had done it unintentionally, and thought that everyone could breathe in the water like him. But this was a fatal crisis to him, and Shu Jintian was very regretful. The safe and sound interactions between them for the past few days had lulled his nerves, making him forget that this was an unconditionally ruthless and forceful big snake.
Shu Jintian’s struggling was getting weaker and weaker, until he no longer had the energy to struggle. His full focus was gathered on his lungs, which were extremely painful from the suffocation. He really wanted to open his mouth and take a deep breath.
No, he’ll choke on water!
Shu Jintian already had no more strength to struggle, and feebly used a hand to pat Shu Hanyu’s naked legs, trying to make him notice himself.
However, even if Shu Hanyu turned around now, he felt that he could no longer persevere until they reached the surface.
Shu Jintian’s pat was nothing more than an indistinct caress to Shu Hanyu. He could barely feel it with water swiftly rushing past his body.
However, Shu Hanyu keenly sensed the female’s movements. When the female started to cease his struggles, he had assumed that the female had surrendered, but what about now? His strength seemed somewhat wrong…
Shu Hanyu turned his head back to look at the female, and saw the female’s reddened face, which was painfully twisted, and his eyes were even bloodshot.
Shu Hanyu was stunned. The female’s eyes had already dulled and were half-lidded. Instantly, he seemed to understand something. Before he inhaled the ocean water, Shu Hanyu used his mouth to cover his lips, giving him a breath of air.
“Nn~” His lungs eased a little, but it still wasn’t enough, the smothering feeling was stifling him. Shu Jintian subconsciously pressed close to the source of oxygen, and instinctively inhaled.
Shu Hanyu was stupefied, his eyes widening as he stared blankly at the female. The female’s eyes were closed, his tightly knit brows smoothing over, pleasurably sticking against him and weakly sucking on his lips.
The strange feeling evoked a throbbing in his heart. Shu Hanyu closed his eyes and enjoyed the female’s rare proactiveness, more than happy to share his oxygen with the female.
It was a good while before Shu Jintian gradually came to. His lips were still slightly pouted, breathing in the oxygen in Shu Hanyu’s mouth.
Shu Jintian opened his eyes and saw a stretch of white nearby with two dark green traces, something like a brush grazing his eyes. Shu Jintian blinked uncomprehendingly, a little unable to react.
Seeing the female wake up, a happy feeling arose in Shu Hanyu’s heart as he finally extended his forked tongue, ensnaring the female’s warm and soft tongue.
“Wu?” There was suddenly an additional thing in his mouth. Shu Jintian drew it in and swallowed, and a slender and long thing slid into his throat from his mouth, producing a cool and smooth sensation.
After swallowing his saliva, just when he wanted to swallow it entirely, the slender thing seemed to have subjective consciousness and unexpectedly moved in his throat, arousing an itch there, then slowly shifted outwards.
His throat shifted slightly, instinctively wanting to pull back his food. However, that thing was slippery and withdrew from his throat with a slick sound. His throat was stimulated by a nauseous feeling, but the thing wasn’t too sticky and was surprisingly not too unbearable.
The salty sea water immediately entered his mouth when he opened his mouth and smacked his lips.
Huh? Sea water? He was in the sea? …That’s right! He was about to die! About to drown! He was pulled down into the water by Shu Hanyu.
Shu Jintian suddenly opened his eyes wide and forcefully struggled before he noticed that his entire body was restrained. The thing that was too close and couldn’t be clearly seen turned out to be Shu Hanyu’s eyes, and what brushed against his eyes were Shu Hanyu’s long and curly eyelashes.
His entire body was tightly stuck to him, his lips against his own! …Then just now, what he swallowed was…
“Wu!” Shu Jintian forcefully pushed and created a small gap between himself and Shu Hanyu.
Shu Hanyu released Shu Jintian’s grasp and smacked his lips in satisfaction, pondering over the interaction he just had with the female.
Without even thinking, Shu Jintian aimed a slap at Shu Hanyu’s face. He only thought of the consequences of it after his action, and became fearful. Fortunately, he had just been oxygen-deprived and was still considerably weak. On top of that, with the ocean water’s resistance, this slap’s strength wasn’t great, and thus he simply followed along Shu Hanyu’s face and slowly caressed downwards.
Shu Hanyu happily caught the female’s tiny hand and pressed it against his face, softly rubbing against it.
Shu Jintian secretly heaved a sigh of relief and at the same time, his lungs that had just relaxed were a little lacking in oxygen, and he hesitated for a second. Shu Jintian looked at Shu Hanyu’s smiling lips, gritted his teeth and bit down on them.
Shu Hanyu was even happier and accommodatingly extended his forked tongue wanting to thread his way in. Just when he entered the opening, he received a warm welcome as a soft tongue pressed against his, smoothly entangling with him and brought it into his own mouth.
Shu Jintian’s eyes widened and he strongly drew away his tongue, but unexpectedly couldn’t take it out. Forcefully pulling once more, he finally withdrew his tongue.
But because of his breathing habit, just as he left Shu Hanyu’s lips, he drank a large gulp of seawater. He started choking on it, leading him to cough without taking in any air.
When he was done coughing, he was about to suffocate again. Shu Hanyu was looking at him in concern, his dark green irises clear and limpid like the clean ocean water around them, sparkling and translucent, while he had an innocent expression.
Shu Jintian felt indescribably stifled, and his hands hugging Shu Hanyu’s body formed into claws and resentfully clawed at his body.
For a lack of a better option, as the familiar suffocating feeling grew, Shu Jintian leaned towards Shu Hanyu’s lips again and quickly inhaled a mouthful of oxygen. Before Shu Hanyu could do any other actions, he retreated efficiently.
Shu Hanyu was a little dissatisfied but didn’t say anything about this, smacking his lips and reflecting on the delicious flavour from a moment ago.
“Mmm!”
Shu Jintian pointed over the top of his head, indicating for Shu Hanyu to bring him up.
Shu Hanyu smiled gently and touched Shu Jintian’s short hair that was drifting in the water, then nodded.
Shu Jintian was surprised. That was too easy to deal with ba, it’s completely unlike Shu Hanyu’s consistent style ah!
With Shu Hanyu so cooperative, Shu Jintian was instead a little unaccustomed to it and even a little uneasy. However, it was fine as long as he could go up. Who cares about him ne?
In a very good mood, Shu Hanyu continued plunging downwards while carrying the female. Feeling that his human form’s speed was too slow, he turned into a Spiritual Snake.
The female was, as expected, even more obedient after receiving a lesson. How nice!
Shu Hanyu’s snake form speed couldn’t be compared to his human form, the water rushing past so quickly that Shu Jintian couldn’t quite open his eyes.
Shu Jintian felt the warm seawater gradually becoming slightly cooler, and his body’s buoyancy seemed to not decrease, instead increasing. Even though Shu Hanyu would occasionally give him air, he still felt his chest becoming stifled. Also, this journey was taking too long. Did he really hold his breath for this long when he was arriving?
That’s not right! It felt like they were getting deeper. Shu Jintian lowered his head to look at the ‘seabed’. It was dark blue. Then he looked back at the ‘sea surface’ above. Also the same dark blue. Shu Jintian suddenly couldn’t distinguish which side was up or down.
“Mmm!” Shu Jintian smacked the big snake that was wrapped around himself. Shu Hanyu nudged him with his tucked tail, then continued swimming.
The heck, you’re continuing diving downwards ba!
Shu Hanyu knew that the female was a little fearful of the unfamiliar sea, and the snake body wrapped around him tightened a smidgen, hoping to bring him a sense of security.
Don’t be scared. We’re almost there. He could already see the golden seabed.
Shu Jintian thought, in any case, he couldn’t escape, so he might as well let Shu Hanyu bring him along.
Shu Jintian rested for a while, feeling slightly dispirited. The sea seemed to brighten a lot, the deep, dark blue turning into a clear, light blue colour, becoming a layer of serene and mystical hue.
Shu Jintian’s eyes widened in curiosity as he lifted his head from the back of the snake.
