Eons later, the once great races grew complacent and soon a far worse threat emerged. Empires fell, fleets burned and all hope was lost.
But there was a prophecy that one day the forgotten immortals would return to the universe, not for revenge, but to forge a new golden era of cooperation and help the mortal races in their darkest hour.

Mellon Encounters is the clash of two completely different genres: Sci-fi and Xianxia.
Despite the dark themes and tags (please take those into account, they are there for a reason) the story will be mainly light-hearted, centered more on the sci-fi part of things, with my bad attempts at comedy mixed in.
Cultivation is more of a footnote, hidden in plain sight and mentioned but rarely properly explored in the traditional sense. Instead, the story will focus on space exploration, ship building, trading, and attempting to science the hell out of all xianxia aspects.
There won't be a schedule for this one. I like to write 3-5k word chapters, although sometimes I go overboard explaining stuff and reach the 10k mark. For now, I'll try to aim for 2 chapters/week, but that's not a promise.
