"What happened? How do things end up like this?"

Standing in front of the crowd authoritatively, Sam asked the many hunters that gathered in an open area somewhere in the village.

Heavy pressure engulfed the area as silence followed, for there was no one dared to speak recklessly in front of their village Chief.

"It's like this Chief," Breaking the silence in nervousness, Anna, the S-rank hunter who had a wood ability, spoke. "Jino recklessly rushed to the Demon Captains by himself and got beaten up in the end instead.

"So we help him up but who would have thought that as the battle went on, he would use his trump card and gone into insanity..."

A while ago when Jino was almost beaten to death by a certain Demon Captain who gave him a surprise attack...

"Lak, don't kill him yet. He will only revive in the village if you do so!" Semi-Demon C warned Lak who was now going crazy on giving the human a barrage of kick.

After which, Semi-Demon C revealed a mischievous smile as she snapped her finger and a coffin appeared beside her. "I wanna put him in my collection."

Then the coffin that just appeared from nowhere opened itself, intending to devour the body of Jino that was now lying weakly on the ground.

"What are you trying to do?!" Just as the coffin was about to devour Jino, a voice of a woman echoed, followed by a huge root that popped up from the ground.

It was from Anna! The concern in her eyes towards Jino could easily be noticed. Her voice was filled with wrath seeing that the Semi-Demons was planning to do something vicious to Jino.

The root then struck the coffin but to her disbelief, the coffin didn't even budge a little and continued floating its way to the body of Jino!

Seeing that it was useless, Anna could only take the chance to grab Jino with her root.

As she willed for it, the roots then entangled Jino's body and lifted him high. But barely after she got the body of Jino, Lak who was just beside Jino, slammed his hand towards the roots and it got immediately cut off from Jino's body. Jino then fell and rolled to the ground with a heavy thud!

"Don't interfere human!" Lak's eyes were blazing with a cold glint as he spoke.

"You!" Anna was really angered this time. "Everyone let's save Jino from them!"

"Fine then." The other four S-rank behind Anna responded. Even though they want Jino to be punished for his recklessness, they still couldn't stand watching one of their teammates being played with by a demon. Especially upon knowing that the other party was doing something evil.

Without further ado, Meelo, the S-rank who used rock as his ability immediately made a move!

"Rise! My Golems!" Meelo raised his hand as he spoke!

After which, the ground vibrated wildly as three golems popped out just in front of Meelo. Their body was made of stone and they were five meters high! Then they let out a roar as if ready for the order at any moment!

"Go!" Meelo commanded! But barely after the golems made strides, the ground started to shake again and something was popping out from the ground! It obstructed the golems and they couldn't help but halt their movements.

"Rise! My Skeletons!" Janus, the Demon Captain who use skeleton spoke in coldness!

After which, three humanoid huge skeletons that didn't pale in comparison to the golems in terms of size, popped out from the ground. The skeletons roared as well as they didn't wait for the order and rushed to the golem agitatedly.

Sapak! Sapak! Sapak!

The golems and skeletons then clashed with each other and tried to destroy each other's bodies but to no avail. Heavy thuds and thumps echoed, and it seemed that no one wanted to give up and fail their Masters.

Seeing this, Meelo could only narrow his eyes against the other party who was commanding the skeletons as he muttered, "It seems like I will be busy..."

"Don't worry leave it to me!" Derik, the one who was using an invisible barrier as his ability spoke with a smile.

But he was just about to make a move to trap the skeletons when he found that there was an arrow piercing through his chest! "This..."

Derik was yet to react properly but just a moment later, without having a chance of gaping his mouth and eyes, he vanished out of thin air!

The S-ranks beside him widened their eyes in disbelief from the sudden occurrence.

"I'm sorry human, your opponent is waiting for you somewhere else." Lelith, the bow user chuckled softly. After which, she pointed her bow towards the other direction and fired an arrow right away!

The arrow pierced through the wind and rushed to a certain place far away from them. As the arrow landed on the ground, the arrow vanished and Derik reappeared.

"What the hell just happened?... ...And where the hell am I?!" Derik was completely bewildered this time as he frenziedly looked around and found himself in the middle of the woods, alone. He could feel no presence of anyone at all, only himself was in there.

He was still bewildered when he felt a chilling sensation running through his back. Out of instinct, he immediately used skill and covered himself in a cube of something like glass to protect himself!

Clang!

A sound of metals hitting each other echoed!

"Oh? I didn't expect that you can react this fast." Beels, who just attacked the other party from behind with his dagger, sneered coldly.

"You!" Derik was immediately angered! But he was surprised as well that there was actually someone hiding in that place. He gazed to the other party in great wary as he asked "How come you're here?"

"Isn't it only natural for me to chase my prey?" Beels let out a grin as he slowly vanished with the dark. Even his presence was completely erased!

"This is troublesome!" Derik gritted his teeth as he prepared himself for a tough fight!

He knew full well that his shield had a time limit. And that was what made him apprehensive.

As Lelith managed to transport Derik and Beels to the other place, she also managed to transport Meelo and his golems together with Janus and his skeletons to the other place. They were all so busy fighting each other that they didn't even notice the approach of the arrows towards them.

Not just them, through her rapid arrow and sharpshooting skill, she also managed to transport the other S-rank and Semi-Demon 3 to the other place as well.

It seemed like Lelith was planning to have a 1v1 battle instead of a team fight!

Right now, the only humans left in the area were the fire boy who was now lying weakly on the ground, the wood girl, Anna, and the fire girl, Nene!

Seeing this, Lelith could only smile mischievously as she gazed towards the other party.

Right now, there were three Demon Captains who were left in the area. That was Lak who was guarding the body of Jino, Semi-Demon C who was planning to put Jino into her 'collections', and she herself, Lelith, who teleported some of her teammates and enemies.

The coffin was now standing with its mouth opened widely in front of Jino and it was releasing an evil aura that could make one feel a chilling sensation.

Despite the continuous attack of Anna, she was still unable to stop the coffin and get the body of Jino since a certain Semi-Demon (Lak) was guarding in there. His physical strength seemed overwhelming for he was just waving his hand to repel all the woods she cast against the other party.

"Its useless human." Lak sneered coldly as he continued waving his hand here and there to repel the woods that were popping out from everywhere.

Of course, Anna also knew this as well. But of course, she was not doing this for without a reason. She gazed at Nene beside her as she asked in a low voice, "Are you not ready yet?"

Nene smiled slightly as she replied, "It's all ready."

Afterward, an incredible amount of World Energy suddenly leaked out from Nene's body. Then a rapid-fire encircled her as scorching heat enveloped the surroundings.

Seeing this, Anna smiled as well as she lifted her right hand and said, "Fiery Tree!"

A towering tree immediately popped out from the ground just above Jino and the other party was helplessly hung up above the tree! Seeing this, Lak immediately tried to get the human but a tough branch of the tree obstructed and struck him heavily. Lak was then crashed down to the ground as he tried to block the branch.

"Wake up, Jino!" Nene spoke with a smile. After which, she sucked an amount of air and the rapid-fire that were encircling her was sucked as well, leaving without a trace. After which, she gazed towards Jino and finally breathed a bloody colored fire!

"Salamander's Breath Of Life!"

The fire that came out from her mouth was resembling like a pillar, and it rushed towards the tree! The tree was then immediately burned up and Lak and Semi-Demon C nearby could only back away from the intense heat.

Kutob!

However, despite the scorching heat, Jino on the top of the burning tree seemed to be not hurt at all. His heart was even beating loudly as if excited from the fire that was engulfing his body.

The fire continued to grow as well as its heat that it gave off. The tree completely turned into a fire as there were no traces left even its ashes.

Only a huge blood-colored fire floating in the midair was left as it cloaked the body of Jino inside of it. Slowly, the fire was compressing itself and formed into a spherical shape. An indomitable aura was released from the spherical fire as it rotated wildly and threatening to burn down everything around.

Slowly, the spherical fire changed its form and it didn't take long for the burning body of Jino to surface in front of everyone. His eyes were tightly closed but it was eventually opened accompanied by a smile.

"Prepare yourselves for round two, Demons!"
