Seeing most of the Marines had gathered, Enel booming voice coming out once more, 

"I'M ENEL, MARINE HQ CAPTAIN UNDER VICE ADMIRAL KIMIMARO, WHERE'S YOUR COMMANDER! GET HIM OUT NOW!" 

Rome was feeling headache as he was the closest to Enel, hearing his booming voice twice made him dizzy.

"HAHAHAHA, MARINE CAPTAIN HE SAID?" 

"OI! KNEEL DOWN BEFORE ME! IF YOU'RE A CAPTAIN, THEN I'M ADMIRAL!" 

"ADMIRAL YOU SAID? THEN, I'M FLEET ADMIRAL!" 

"GYAHAHAHHAHAHAA!"

Instead of aknowledging Enel's identity, the Marine mock him instead. Enel's contenance turned colder and colder seeing bunch of an ingrates identifying themselves as Marine soldiers.

Seeing no one steps out to claim as commander of the base, Enel just stretch his hand downwards. in an instant, lightning sparks appeared on his hands. 

"Sango..." Enel spoke, 

*Cracklee....

*Booom! 

Enel unleashes a massive charge of electricity from his hand that forms a wide blast used to devastate large areas underneath, he controlled his power only to affect most of the marines which concentrated at the center! 

The poor Marines has no time to scream as their body getting burned by the massive lightning current. 

Soon the scene turned quiet, the Marines face were pale when they saw a hole had appeared at their center, obliterating their rank in instant!

*Gulp...

They immediately sobber up as it seems that Enel's lightning had pulled them from heaven down towards abyss! 

"Waaaa!" 

"Mo, monster!" 

"ENEMY ATTACK!" 

"RUN!" 

In panic, the Marine soldiers run without thinking any further, they even trampled their fellow soldiers to the ground thinking that Enel had no way to attack them simultanously. 

However, Seeing their panicking behavior, Enel just closed his eyes seemingly attempting on something. 

His Kenbunshoku(Color of Observation) Haki were being unleashed at maximun intensity, covering the whole island! 

within his mind there were heat signatures appeared one by one as he projecting Rakesh island completely.

Enel had indeed gained new ability after he awakened Lunarian bloodline, the ability granted Enel on something similar to 'heat seeking'! Coupled with his broken Kenbunshoku(Color of Observation), Enel was able to differentiate between individuals heat mark and locked them one by one within his mind! 

Soon, Enel opened his eyes as there were sparks of electricity coupled with flame dancing within. 

He stretch his five fingers downward and murmured, 

"Gungnir..."

From each of his fingers, Enel unleashed streams of lightning which he accurately controlled towards the locked individual inside his mind earlier, his eyes flashed with electricty and flame! He looks like a God punishing those foolish mortals in his pressence!

Five streaks of lightning were instantly covered most part of the Rakesh island, jumping from one target to another forming a massive chain! 

The slaves eyes were wide awake when they saw 50th Branch Marine soldiers were getting obliterated no matter where they are, the only thing they could think of was to kneel and pray for god's mercy.

On Enel's other hand, Rome who was still being carried like a sack of potato could only squinted his eyes when he saw brightness coming from the massive interconnecting lightning chain below. 

He also notice that Enel seems deliberately choose to ignore the top most building of the Marine base as no lightning went toward it.

it took Enel only an instant to incapacitate the Marine soldiers thanks to his new ability, Sensing that most of the soldiers along with some Germa had been dealt with, Enel looked toward the top of building and flew over. 

The slaves who felt freightened due to the scene finally took a deep breath after Enel had stop, they could only see the once boisterous Rakesh island had been devastated with Marine and Germa soldiers body strewn around. Silence pervade the lawless island, seemingly mocking the party mongering Marines just a few minutes ago.

While the Slaves were confused on what should they do next, Enel stopped right in front of the Marine base main entrance, A huge wooden gate stood proudly if only there wasn't any charred body who once guarding the gate besides it.

Enel hadn't forgotten about Rome in his hand, he put down the nervous teenager and ordered, "Do what you must do, go find anything regarding this rotten branch activities..."

Rome was dumbfounded for a moment, then he gritted his teeth and run toward somewhere. 

On the topmost room at the building, there was a base commander personal chamber. inside, the man who was called Captain Mukade Choro of the 50th branch was currently stood rooted in front of large french window looking over his devastated domain. 

He was an old man, looking thin with long beard cascaded downward, his eyes wide open while his face pale. When Enel arrived, he was busy engaging in debauchery act on his bed with several beautiful slaves he had. 

Actually, right after Enel booming voice came, the old man was fuming as someone interrupts his act, just when he wanted to cursed out toward the floating man, Enel struck first! 

Seeing how powerful his enemy was, Captain Mukade could only stood rooted on the ground, his heart almost stop as he felt he was going into a deep icy cavern.

The room's door suddenly blasted open as Enel towering figure stood over there, Enel witness something out of the horror movie, the captain personal chamber were look more like a torture chamber!

several lifeless bodies of young woman could be seen on its wall, floor even at the corner. Their faces have no emotion as if their life has no meaning anymore before they died. 

Enel also saw the other surviving naked women on bed or sitting besides it seemingly under the effect of some sort of drugs. Enel closed his eyes for a moments after he witnessed heartbreaking scene. 

Enel didn't realize that he let some tears out running on his cheek, however, he immediately open his blazing eyes and locked his sight at the naked man who stood rooted in front of the window.

"You're not fit to be called human..." Enel rough voice coming out of his mouth as he stretch his finger forwards. 

Despite Enel's forceful entry, Captain Mukade seems turned into statue as if he was falling asleep while standing. 

"Die...!"

Enel couldn't help but widen his eyes when he saw a swathe of bones coming from the outside of french window and covered Mukade from his lightning seemingly protecting the scumbag! 

Enel's expression immediately turned into disbelief and anger, he shouted, 

"KIMIMARO!!!"
