Stussy shook her head and explained, "Our effort to copy their massive library is still underway, i'm afraid we need more than 5 years to finish copying their library." 

Kimimaro coldly grunted, "No! relocate our pixies, fairies, and goddess from nearby Palace islands to come and help. No matter what, i want you to finish copying everything in Ohara library by the latest at end of the next year!" 

Stusy tried to reasoned, "But my lord, if we relocate our members to Ohara Palace, won't it over abundance with girls? What about the nearby island? We can't just send them away like that, right?" 

Kimimaro scoffed, "Ohara importance is our top agenda, no matter what! Find a reason for those Palaces, just tell them we're undergoing maintenance for the next 2 years." 

Stussy sighed, "Those scholars will be filled with nothing but women inside their head at the end of next year..." 

Thinking that Ohara, an island of scholars suddenly had an influx of young girls and hot women from their Palace, Stussy almost couldn't imagine what it would become. 

"Thats it, remember. Ohara is our current priority."

Stussy nodded as she made a mental note, then, Kimimaro open his mouth once again, 

"70 percent? What are your thought about this?" 

Knowing which problem Kimimaro pointed at, Stussy explained,

"I think, i could make him give up some more as he had his eyes locked towards several goddess of mine...." 

Kimimaro grunted, "Not enough, just giving him some women will only make him swell even more, thinking you are afraid of him." 

Stussy kept silence as Kimimaro continued, "For now try to find someone capable enough to handle that scum's massive shipping company, it seems we need to create some 'accident' in future regarding that man." 

Seeing flash of cruel light in Kimimaro's eyes, Stussy gulped slightly as she thought that one of the underworld king numbered days.

"How about 'Heartbeat'?" 

Stussy answered, "i've investigated him quite deeply, but. Jigra seems to have deeper connection with Celestial Dragon. I don't think its wise to have a move on him before our preparation matured." 

Kimimaro squinted his eyes, "Everyone has connection with Celestial Dragon, no hands were clean in underworld. End of the year, I want him gone!" 

"...as for his connection with Celestial Dragon, you don't have to concern yourself, i'll handle it..." 

Stussy nodded. 

"...Also, Keep a track at the man named Paylin. I got news that the mysterious animal trader 'Whistling' is him." 

Stussy squinted her eyes, in her side job as one of the underworld broker. their identities despite their secrecy were always known to everyone and become open secrets, however, only the animal trader goes with the alias "Whistling" the biggest figure who deal with illegal rare and dangerous animal in Underworld had hidden his identity quite meticulously. 

Next, Kimimaro and Stussy continued their talk while the former mostly give instructions while the latter nodded and made a mental note in her mind to execute her master's command.

The relationships between Kimimaro and Stussy actualy goes back 2 years ago right after illegal scientific comunity of MADS disbanded by the World Government's order. 

Raiding the MADS Laboratory which was a huge ship, Marine by Government order confiscated most of their research results. Other than Vegapunk who had been "politely invited" by Government, the rest of the scientists were either arrested or fled. 

After the raid, Vegapunk was escorted somewhere while unknown to the doctor. Kimimaro met with Stussy who was actualy a first clone made by the joint effort of Vegapunk and Vinsmoke Judge using cells extracted from Buckingham Stussy one of their scientific member.

At that time, Vegapunk knew that resistance was futile, so he gave command for Stussy to try to infiltrate the Government rank and become a spy for him as the doctor had some distrust against the government.

Then, Kimimaro struck at Stussy confinement, Stussy was bewildered and horrified after Kimimaro confronted her and used the fact of her identity as clone and spy, he threatened Stussy to become his handymen to create a force for his own use within the Underworld. 

Since ancient times, light and dark had always been two sides of the same coin, His identity as Marine was too eyecatching and didn't fit with the Underworld secrecy, Kimimaro had always planned to expand in Underworld, alas, finding a suitable candidate as his representative was a hassle. Finding Stussy, he caught his chance and using her ever since. 

Of course, Kimimaro doesn't only threathened Stussy, he also gave her some benefit. The reason why Stussy could become a Government agent within only 2 years which was considered lightning fast was one of them, he also promised Vegapunk safety so she could do her job with peace of mind. 

Words wouldn't count, so, Kimimaro infused his bone inside her skull creating an assurance for her loyalty. Since then, Stussy's life and death had always been in Kimimaro's hand, now she had become an agent for the doctor and Kimimaro even though the former not knowing that his loyal clone had become double spy.

With Kimimaro strategies and plan combined with Stussy high intelectual ability. within 2 years she replaced the last "Brothel Queen" and become the new broker goes with "Queen of Pleasure district" as an alias controlling the world's massive red light business.

Since then, massive change happened all around the world as the chain of "Palace" appeared changing the word "Brothel" which has negative conotation and extends its tentacles all around the world.

All thanks to Kimimaro's plan and resource together with Stussy, the former wanted a massive information hub unknown from the surface and have that information for himself. 

The last "Brothel Queen" was an idiot as she doesn't considered the pleasure district for information gathering, she thought was only on money without caring the biggest benefit a brothel can have.

At first, Stussy was always on edge knowing that her fate and the doctor's had been grasped by Kimimaro, however, Kimimaro was still a man with principle, despite his vicious nature against the enemy, The latter had always valued his subordinate especially those who loyal to him. 

Now, depsite still feels uneasy when meeting with him, Stussy was much more relaxed and regards Kimimaro as someone with dignity.

As for the reason of his cold demeanor currently shown, it was simple, to create an image and persona as 'Null'. One of the Underworld broker. No one would associate the warm and gentle Vice Admiral Kimimaro of Marine HQ with a cold and vicious Null of Underworld.

Back to the scene, their meeting was still underway.

"...is that all milord?" Stussy asked after Kimimaro almost finished.

Kimimaro pondered for a while before he asked, "i think so, now, do you have any concerns regarding Underworld?"

Stussy took a moment for while as if she thought whether to tell her master or not, soon she asked anyway,

I'm just confused milord, as you know, underworld brokers usually have only one or at the most two trade in their respective specialty. This Joker had been different since emerging." 

Stussy ended her speech as Kimimaro was seemingly had something on his mind at the moment. 

Kimimaro rose from his seat slowly, and Stussy followed suit, then he said, "Keep an eye on him, if needed send some Valkyrie to infiltrate his rank, i have some idea on what his intentions are..." 

"Milord...?" Stussy tilted her head cutely, 

"...Underworld unification..." Said Kimimaro.
