"What do you want to do now? your crew had left and you already know you can't do anything to me." in a stalemate, Jozu opened his mouth and asked. 

Kimimaro gently tilted his head and answered, "Yes, i can't do anything to you for now, however. Who knows what the future holds?" 

"Hmph!" Jozu snorted as he folded his arms on the chest seemingly waiting on what Kimimaro wanted to do, he was confident that Kimimaro couldn't do anything to his diamond ability. 

Kimimaro chuckled when he saw Jozu stood nonchalantly, "Oh dear, Jozu. Do you think i couldn't really do anything to you?" 

Jozu kept his silent as he squinted his eyes.

"Dead or Alive, you must've known about this sentence right? its true that i can't do anything to your body directly, but...." 

Before he finished his sentence, Kimimaro used Geppo to propel him upwards leaving Jozu bewildered. 

"It's good that i met you here as i know what i must do in future, my Haki albeit stronger still couldn't do much impact against you now, Thank you..." 

Hearing his enemy speaking overhead, Jozu wondered what all of this about. Then he saw Kimimaro stretch both of his hand downwards seemingly attempting something. 

"It's useless, I will just stand here and let you attack me and you can't do anything to me!" Jozu scowled. 

Kimimaro laughed, "Who said i will attack you?" 

Jozu widened his eyes when he saw Kimimaro transform his hands into numerous bone spears with varying size and sharpened tip againt the ship itself! 

"YOU!" Without thinking any further, Jozu dashed toward the unconscious Vista and tried to protect him before something untowards happened! 

"Sawarabi no Mai: Seichoo (Bracken Dance: Expansion)" Kimimaro muttered. 

Kimimaro doesn't gave a damn about leaving his ship, however there were many technologies on board that he doesn't want his enemies to know. So he simply thought of destroying his own battle ship. as for Vista and Jozu who still on board he thought them as a bonus. 

Kimimaro's technique had destroyed Big Mom's ship before and now he simply use it once again towards his own ship! 

Massive amount of tendril like bones shooting out of his hands and destroying anything on its path! 

*CRACKLE! 

*BOOOM! *BOOOM! 

Amidst the bone spears assault, Jozu held onto Vista and covered him from the incoming bones. 

Just right before Kimimaro stop, he sensed something flew towards him at incredible speed! 

Kimimaro who still occupied with the bones below simply covered his body with haki as a man with wings covered in blue flame rammed at him! 

*BOOM! 

*CRACK! 

Due to the impact, Kimimaro hands which connected toward the bone forest below snapped forcefully as his body flung into the distance. 

in no time, Kimimaro stabilizing his body with Geppo(moonwalk) in midair. Then he saw clearly on who had attacked him earlier. 

He smiled gently when he saw a man with wing covered with blue flame cast a cold glare towards him, for a brief moment the newly arrived man exchanged glances with Kimimaro and soon after, he dove towards the ship below which had begun to drown. 

Kimimaro simply waited and amidst the wait he saw several fast ship bore a Whitebeard Pirates mark appeared down below. Before he dealt with them he made sure his crews had already sailed far away from the battlefield, then he cast his gaze toward another distance sky which by now was still colored with lightning and fire, the heat of battle between King and Enel could be felt even from here. 

Kimimaro could only clicked his tongue in amazement for those two endurance, after he saw Enel awakening his Lunarian bloodline which was unexpected surprise despite he had already a hunch of it before. He believed now that his brother could handle King by his own. 

it didn't take Kimimaro a long time before he saw the blue fire winged man brought Jozu and Vista towards his ships. 

Kimimaro still didn't move from his spot as his leg kicking rhythmicaly against the air to let his body float. He simply waited there as he knew the man would come after him after he settled Vista and Jozu. 

Sure enough, the winged man came before him in instant. 

for a while the two only exchanging glances without speaking amidst the storm. 

Kimimaro smiled playfully in patient waiting the man to talk first, finally he saw the man sigh heavily and spoke, 

"I believe our confrontation could end here, we lost." 

A lost is a lost, he admitted it rather bluntly. Marco didn't bring many of his subordiante with him, seeing Jozu and Vista had failed he could only put on hold their plan to capture Vegapunk.

Kimimaro smiled as he nodded, "Marco oh Marco, Whitebeard attempts to take Vegapunk away from us is serious crime, on top of other heinous crime you pirates had committed, do you think it could end easily?" 

Marco squinted his eyes as he replied, "We're pirates..." 

"Hahaha, 'We are pirates', as if those sentence could become your reason for it." Kimimaro cracked his neck loudly as if he was attempting to subdue them right then and there.

Seeing the young Marine seemIngly doesn't have any intention to let them go, Marco raised his hands to prepare for battle. 

"You should consider about the consequences if you wanted to take all of us down right now." Hissed Marco laced with threats. 

"HAHAHAHHAHA!"
