Soon, the duo left the engine deck upwards. 

"This is Gun deck, as you can see Doctor. We don't have any crew here as everything is automaton." Explained Kimimaro. 

Vegapunk could see that the place was neatly arranged with rows of cannon with peculiar shape, those weren't looked like anything he had seen before. 

Different than gunpowder cannon which consisted of huge barrel and ignition chamber used worldwide, The gun on the deck doesn't conform to any regular shape, it has two long parallel shafts pointing outside, an armature connected to huge cylindrical pivot which installed on the deck's floor.

on top each armature there was a magazine chamber with thick, disk-shapped metal stacked on top each other. and at the bottom of the gun, there was a power line connected toward huge power supply right in the middle of the deck.

"What's this?" Vegapunk couldn't help but ask. despite his lack of knowledge regarding this new stuff, he could still tell that this was a weapon.

"I called this Railgun, Doctor. It use electromagnetic field to launch its projectile." Explained Kimimaro.

"This is a gun?" Vegapunk couldn't help but widen his eyes, soon enough, the man approached one of the Railgun and began to observe it. 

Kimimaro doesn't give any further explanation when he saw Vegapunk was engrossed in his own observation seeing the new invention.

In between, Vegapunk turned as mad scientist once more as he mumbled nonstop.

"I see, i see! Two railings on this thing is probably the source of its name, Using Electromagnetic field? Oh! I see, so this Railgun launch the projectiles by accumulating magnetic power on its rail, and it seems the armature he mentioned before is like ignition chamber on regular cannon, and it seems this thing uses a very conductive metal as amunition, silver? nah, its too expensive...." 

Seeing the Doctor was too engrossed in his observation, Kimimaro left him alone and began to inspect other Railguns, the ship has 2 gun decks and 30 Railguns on each deck, 15 on each side replacing gunpowder cannon. 

Kimimaro was so thankful toward Enel, because without his help, he wouldn't dream of making something like this.

Suddenly, 

"Kimimaro, we've got companies" Enel's voice could be heard on Kimimaro's ear.

"What?" Kimimaro mumbled as he knew Enel could hear his voice due to his power.

"I'm not sure, but it looks like Maelstorm Spider and A O Pirates" Replied Enel. 

"Squard and AO? Can you see it clearly?" 

"I don't see them, but their Jolly Rogger says so." 

"How far are they?" 

"Wait..." Enel voice suddenly gone as he tried to calculate the distance. 

Waiting for Enel, Kimimaro turned around only to see Sentomaru looked at him with weird expression, he chuckled slightly, Of course Sentomaru couldn't hear Enel's voice as it only targeted at him, in Sentomaru's eyes, he looks like talking alone towards the air.

Kimimaro's personal Den-Den Mushi(snail phone) rang, he immediately took his phone out and answered it, 

"Kimimaro speaking." He said.

A rough voice of a man coming from the snail phone, "This is Momonga sir, there is a sighting of 2 Pirate ships coming toward us from south direction, Is there anything we have to do?" 

"Hold your position, tell the other Rear Admirals behind to stay on the course, i'll handle this." Told Kimimaro. 

"Understood sir, Momonga out."
