Sengoku currently had serious face while he hid his lower face with his hands on top of his desk.

"Sengoku sir!" Kimimaro adressed calmly. 

Sengoku was quiet for a while before he took his hands and put it downwards, revealing his bearded mouth. 

"Tell me about the 50th branch." Asked Sengoku directly. 

Kimimaro smiled as he recount on what happened on the 50th Marine branch of North Blue and what he had done towards those scumbags. 

After listening to his narration from start to finish, Sengoku sighed as he shook his head, "Kimimaro, i understand how angry you are at that time, but killing every Marine personnel on that island? That's too far!" 

"I'm aware sir. Even if i were to chose, I'd still do the same thing all over again." 

Kimimaro had indeed told everything to Sengoku, only he modified it a little, rather than telling who was the true culprit of Marine massacre, Kimimaro admitted it was his own doing. 

Sengoku squinted his eyes as he observed Kimimaro seemingly wanting to find some change, seeing none, Sengoku said, 

"At first, you should get commendations regarding Charlotte siblings arrest, but now...." 

Kimimaro doesn't care about Marine commendation, he was already a Vice Admiral, unless his reward was a promotion into Admiral, he won't care too much. 

Exchanging merit and punishment regarding the 50th branch incident was enough as long as he could keep his brother safe. 

Enel had a rather complicated story, and his recent awakening on his Lunarian bloodline was something Kimimaro want to keep from the Marine and especially World Governement. 

If by chance he revealed it was Enel who had done it, there was no doubt that the Marine would conduct a questioning regarding his action and at that point, Kimimaro bet his head that the hyennas from CP agency would find something amiss in regards of his conduct. 

Back to the scene, 

Seeing Sengoku sighed in pity, Kimimaro chuckled,

"Please don't worry about it sir, rather i want to know the decision regarding the 50th branch." 

Sengoku pondered for a while,

"The decision regarding Mukade Choro sent to Impel Down has no objection, that poor excuse of human being! Death is too easy for him!" 

Kimimaro was rather taken aback seeing Sengoku outburst, it seems that while he knew about slavery, he doesn't condone nor agreed to it as Marine Admiral. However, Kimimaro could sense that as human being, Sengoku condemn the act of slavery.

"Sir?" 

"Ah! cough*, forget about it. Anyway, i'll find another candidate from HQ to replace that scum for 50th branch. How about Captain Draw from 7th unit? Do you have some opinion on him?" 

Kimimaro took his time as he recalled a rather amicable Marine officer from "Gambit" incident, A young Captain. His cheerful atittude despite on the losing camp had quite an impact in Kimimaro's mind.

While most of high officers seems had a grudge against Kimimaro, some of them accepted the results quite well. Such as Momonga, Strawberry, Yamakaji and the young Captain with the name Draw.

Kimimaro nodded, "Captain Draw is man with a peculiar hatred against Pirate, I'm sure he will have no problem handling North Blue 50th branch." 

"Good." Sengoku wrote something on the desk. 

After handling the 50th branch affair, both of them had a small talk for a while. 

"Regarding Borsalino appointment to investigate G-2 Base incident, what do you think?" Sengoku probing slightly.

Despite Sengoku scrutiny, Kimimaro show a gentle smile he usualy has. 

"I don't see any problem sir. I hope his successful endeavor." Replied Kimimaro calmly. Sengoku doesn't notice that his words actually contained sarcasm.

The one responsible for G-2 Base incident was "Valkyrie" and by the extension, it was Kimimaro himself who orchestrate it behind the scene! 

As an insider, Kimimaro had already set some contermeasure before "Valkyrie" took action, knowing the habits and behaviors of Marine high officers were only a basic knowledge in "Valkyrie" operation. Making sure that their action were clean and unspoiled.

Meanwhile, seeing Kimimaro had accepted Kong's decision without a fuss, Sengoku felt relieved. 

The later was worried that if Kimimaro knew about Kong suspicion on him, it would be detrimental for Marine and the young Vice Admiral relationship in future. 

Kimimaro had already grown into someone who World Governement and Kong need to keep an eye for, Much to Sengoku distress!

If Kimimaro knew what Sengoku had on mind, he would undoubtedly laughed as he already felt Kong prejudice against him ever since the "Gambit" incident. 

The only reason for Kimimaro current rank was not because of Kong contribution at all! It has something to do with the Age of Pirates, by promoting Kimimaro in advance despite his young age. Marine could give the world their answer that their new generation is not something they should provoke. As for Kimimaro strength? It was only a pleasant bonus along the grand scheme of things.

Even if Kimimaro doesn't exist, Marine could still use Kuzan or Borsalino to promote their reputation, Kimimaro was chosen only just because he was the youngest among them all!

Nevertheless, Kimimaro wouldn't mind too much as he knew that Kong had already garnered a significant amount of doubt and dissatisfaction from among the Marine Higher-ups. The Fleet Admiral days are numbered.

in future, If Sengoku played his cards right, along with a little tweak from Kimimaro. Even 5 elders couldn't refuse if Kong was to step down from his position.

When their meeting was about to end, Sengoku left with some peculiar sentence, 

"Kimimaro." 

"Sir?" 

"Flevance, restrain yourself a little there, if something happened to you in future, even i will be helpless..." 

Kimimaro just put a smile, when the connection with Sengoku finally closed. The former countenance turned solemn. 

Kimimaro was too smart for his own good, Sengoku had no doubt that the former has already discovered something in Flevance. 

If Kimimaro were to do something that touch the interest of world Nobles, Even if Sengoku and Zephyr were to offer their heads, Kimimaro could only suffer under Government pursuit in future! 

"Bunch of narrow minded people." Kimimaro scoffed as he left the room.
