Some time passed since breaking the siege of the three villages allied with the Mainlanders. The dead had been mourned and buried, the three villages had begun repairs, and the raided tribes now had new occupants moving in.
But the rebuilding of their homes was not the only thing that was going on, everyone was preparing for what was to come next.
The four big villages were pushed back, and the Blazebringer lost many warriors from their younger generation, while the Swiftwind, Stoneclad, and Greatlake had some losses but not as severe as the Blazebringer, and this was not a good look for them.
The news of what many call the “Battle of Three Villages” had spread, making many villages question the strength of the four big villages being defeated by a numerically inferior force, and the four big villages knew they could not have that thought going around and needed to prove themselves strong. So even though nobody declared it, all the tribes and villages throughout the Newlands knew, war was coming.

Elsewhere, in a mid-sized village near the center of the land controlled by the villages, an old woman snapped out of a trance in a cold sweat, she gathered the bones of a small bird in a cup, shook it around, and poured the bones out before herself. “Mmmm… An uncertain ill omen, most worrying.”
After easing herself, she called her apprentice into her tent, and a young girl answered, “Yes Master, what do you require of me?”
The old woman looked up to her apprentice and said, “Send word to the other Elder Witch Doctors, tell them we have an omen to discuss.”
As the apprentice bowed and turned to leave, the old woman, who was an Elder Witch Doctor herself, called out, “Discreetly, mind you. We are excluding the Swiftwind, Blazebringer, Stoneclad, and Greatlake for now.”
The apprentice nodded again and left to fulfill her master’s will.
The old woman once again collected the scattered bones and cast them again to similar results as the first time, and read them with worry on her face, “Ill omen indeed…”

Back at the Riversong village, the day just got started as Grud pulled his dick out of Kaya’s ass, leaving a gaping, cum leaking, anus.
He then gently flipped her unconscious body into a proper sleeping position and did the same for Tala who was next to Kaya in a similar state.
For the past few days after breaking the siege on the three villages, Grud had been rather busy. The moment he was notified that he was not needed for the next few days while they sorted out the repairs and rebuilding, Grud asked around for Tala and Kaya’s location.
When he was notified they went back to the Riversong village, he quite literally ran there at full superhuman speed. When he reached the Riversong village, he picked Tala and Kaya up in his arms, asked them where they were currently living, and ran there.
Turns out they were using their previous home before they moved in with Grud. He sprinted to their house, into the main bedroom and gently put them on the bed as they had an aggressive three-way kiss.
From the look on Grud’s face and the huge bulge at his groin area, his wives who had been with him for a few years already knew what their man wanted, no, needed.
The moment they touched down on the bed, Tala and Kaya, threw off their one-piece dress in no time flat with practiced ease and proceeded to assist Grud with undressing.
The moment Grud’s dick was released, almost dickslapping Kaya in the face, they proceeded to service him despite the pungent smell generated by almost a full day of running, no, in fact, they breathed in deep his scent and and got wetter than they already were.
From there, Tala and Kaya furiously sucked, licked, squeezed, and stroked Grud’s dick and balls in an effort to get the first taste of cum they had in days since Grud left to go fight.
It did not take long before they felt the first rope of cum traveling up his shaft and Tala was the first to put her lips to Grud’s tip and receive the first load. Upon Grud’s jelly-like baby batter hitting Tala’s tongue, she came on reflex as she guzzled down his cum.
When Tala pulled back to catch her breath, Kaya took her turn at cum guzzling, and went through much the same reaction as her sister.
With their bellies satisfyingly full of cum, they turned and presented their ass to their husband for his use, and with his dick sufficiently lubricated with saliva and leftover cum, Grud grabbed Tala, hips and rammed his full length into her well-trained asshole, making her scream in pleasure as her rectum and sphincter got to work milking Grud's length.
For two whole days, Tala and Kaya subsisted on and had their ass pumped with cum, with Grud only making his presence known to the rest of the village to quickly grab food and water before rushing back to the house.
After the two-day session of Grud stretching their assholes, Tala and Kaya took a few days of rest while reminding Grud to take it easy on their ass before they were able to walk properly enough to resume their duties as medicine women.
When Grud went to find someone in charge to catch him up to speed on the current plans, he found Jorah Riversong, village chief of the Riversong village.
“Now? Now we are gearing up for war, we have bloodied the noses of the four big villages and made them look weak, and they will not let that stand, they are coming to buy back their reputation in blood, especially the Blazebringer village, we just killed a large number of their young warriors.” Jorah explained.
Grud sighed, he knew war was the most likely outcome and many more of his people would die, but he also knew if they did not fight to avenge their raided tribes and sieged villages, they as a people would be seen as weak and taken advantage of.
As Grud tried to look on the bright side of things to distract him from the coming conflict, he found one, although he was a chieftain, he was currently relieved of his duties as one, and was free of the everyday management and politics of his usual life.
‘While waiting and preparing for things to kick off, while in this village, I am just an everyday villager.’ Grud thought to himself and asked, “While we are preparing, is there anything that needs doing?”
Jorah thought about it for a moment before smiling, “With your strength, always.”. That was how Grud started picking up blacksmithing.
During the siege, the head blacksmith’s dormant arm got injured in defense of the village and one of his apprentices got killed, which left two apprentice blacksmiths to pick up the slack.
On the first day of the job, the head blacksmith, Zadan, gave Grud an introduction to the job, explained the tools and their uses, and then got Grud to start with something simple, arrowheads.
Usually, an apprentice would start off with more basic tasks, but Zadan had need of a strong arm and sharp mind to quickly pick up the trade, no matter how basic the level, to meet the demands of the tribes/villages going on the warpath, and nobody could deny that Grud had the strongest arms around, and as for a sharp mind, the fact that he was known as a shaman/witch doctor answered that question well enough.
Zadan instructed one of his apprentices to demonstrate the process of hammering out an arrowhead, then after the demonstration, told Grud to try to make one of his own.
As Grud attempted the process, he found the hammering on its own to be a leisurely process, the only downside was being nagged at by a grumpy Zadan, and with good reason.
What took one of the apprentices 3-5 strikes to flatten a certain face of the arrowhead, Grud would do in one, technically this was a good thing, the faster he shaped the metal the faster he was done and did not need to reheat the metal.
The problem was his one strike was too strong, flattening the hot piece of metal into an oval sheet. Grud was currently on his third piece of copper and trying to control the strength of his swing. Eventually, it took five failed arrowheads before he got a barely acceptable arrowhead.
After making a few more arrowheads, some of them failing, Grud managed to nail down the strength, angle, and rhythm of his hammer blows to constantly produce arrowheads.
By the second day of pumping out arrowheads, he was outpacing the two apprentices in arrowhead production. Zadan decided to push all the production of arrowheads onto Grud while his apprentices were freed up for more complex work like spears, blades, and armor.
Grud had no issue with this as he hammered away, getting more accurate as the hours went by. By the end of the week, Grud got so good that he was producing one every five minutes or so.
When the fletchers said they had more than enough arrowheads at the moment, Zadan decided to move Grud on to spearhead, which was similar enough, all Grud had to do was think of it as a bigger, longer, sharper arrowhead.
It took a few tries but Grud eventually made an acceptable product, and now there was one less item the apprentices had to make now that Grud was on it.

Three months later, much has changed, especially with the three villages allied with the tribes.
After a meeting among the chieftains and the three village chiefs, it was decided that the Riversong, Wisperwind, and Fangfall villages would become the staging ground for the forces that were still streaming in from Newland and Mainland tribes.
That meant hosting thousands of tribesmen, and that meant a big drain on resources. So, for compensation, the tribes were willing to meet some demands, which mainly came down to new infrastructure.
It was agreed that all three villages would have their walls expanded enough to house the thousands of tribesmen coming to use their villages as staging grounds and that after the war was over, families would be allowed to move into the empty space in the villages.
As more tribesmen poured into the three villages, more hands were available to be put to use in fulfilling their promise.
Naturally, this project was too big to hide, and the patrols started reporting coming into contact with warriors from other villages coming to spy on what was going on, but at this point, it was not really a secret and all they could do was chase them off when they found them.
Eventually, when the construction was complete, each of the three villages was the size of a big village and had enough tribesmen in them to more than make up the population of one.
As for Grud, the three months had been enjoyable for him, he had no worries at all, and his daily routine consisted of waking up, plowing his wives’ asses, blacksmithing the rest of the day away, pick his wives up from their work, have dinner together with everybody else, go home to screw his wives’ asses again, rinse and repeat.
In those three months, Grud had learned how to make everyday items, to all weapons known to Zadan, until he “graduated” from his “apprenticeship” by making his own set of blacksmithing tools.
But all good things had to end, today was the day that they marched, they had a list of village names that they had a score to settle with and much blood to spill.
Grud fucked his very pregnant wives one last time and kissed them before putting on his armor and walking out to join the rest.
