Transformers Prime: I am Allspark

Chapter 1: Allspark

"The Decepticons are coming!" Said an Autobot missing his right arm as he tried to use his weapon with his remaining arm.

"Hold your ground! We must protect the Allspark!" shouted another Autobot, until he was shot in the head and fell to the ground like the others of his kind.

A fleet of fighter jets swooped down from the sky, firing missiles at various positions along the front line, the Autobots being torn apart with every second of the battle against the massive Decepticon army.

"Lord Megatron." Starscream said, kneeling before his master as he watched the battle from his ship. "The temple that houses the Allspark is completely surrounded, the Autobots can offer no real resistance to your army."

Megatron stood with his hands behind his back, watching the massacre unfold. The once beautiful view had been transformed into a hellish landscape. His trusted lieutenant, Soundwave, stood silently by his side, maintaining his enigmatic composure, ready to lend his leader any support he might need.

Megatron turned to see his loyal soldiers, who followed him with great faith. "When we obtain the Allspark, we can finally end the caste system and make Cybertron an equal society for all! Join me and you will see the world we have always dreamed of!"

"LONG LIVE MEGATRON! LONG LIVE MEGATRON!" The excited Decepticons chanted in unison, hopeful that the unjust government of Cybertron would come to an end.

Megatron raised his arm in a gesture of war. "DECEPTICONS, TRANSFORM AND RISE UP!" With his words of war, all the Decepticons transformed into their aerial combat modes and rained fire from the sky, massacring any Autobot resistance.

While the outside of the Temple was the scene of a great one-sided massacre, the Autobots inside were nervous and fearful for their lives, but they all knew that if it was for the good of the Allspark, their lives would be used as a wall to protect it.

The Autobot resistance was weak, but that didn't mean they were ready to surrender, not as long as the newly appointed Optimus Prime, Cybertron's new Prime in generations, could fight and lead them to victory against Megatron's bloody revolution.

"Optimus! What are we going to do?" asked Bumblebee, a young and inexperienced Cybertronian. "It will be impossible to protect the Allspark at this rate."

Optimus Prime, formerly known as Orion Pax, looked at his comrade, then at a small golden icosahedron-shaped object floating in an empty space in the center of the temple.

"Bumblebee, it will be impossible to fight Megatron if we worry about the safety of the Allspark." Optimus Prime said, fearing the fate and decision he was about to make. "The power of the Allspark cannot be used by the Decepticons or the Autobots, so much power can corrupt its users."

"Then what do we do? If we can't use its power to win the war, what do we do?" Bumblebee asked, hearing the explosions that rocked the temple.

"We will isolate the Allspark from Cybertron." Optimus Prime said, not entirely convinced of his plan. "If anything bad happens to it, it will be impossible to undo the damage from this battle."

"Where are we going to send it?" Bumblebee asked, understanding his leader's reasoning.

"I don't know, Bumblebee, but any place away from Megatron's hands is good enough, even if it takes us hundreds of years to find him again." Optimus Prime said, walking over to a crack that allowed him to see the destruction of the city. "We're going to transport the Allspark to the portal network, we're going to launch it directly into space."

Optimus Prime clenched his large metal fists in frustration, knowing that taking the Allspark to the space portal network would effectively condemn many Autobots and friends to death with this maneuver.

"AUTOBOTS, TODAY WE MUST RISK OUR LIVES FOR THE GREATER GOOD, WE MUST MAKE SURE THAT MEGATRON DOES NOT TOUCH THE ALLSPARK! EVEN IF OUR SPARKS ARE EXTINGUISHED, WE WILL FIGHT TO THE LAST!" Optimus Prime held out his arm with an open hand, waiting for the Allspark to slowly approach. "FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS, FOR A BETTER FUTURE, FOR THE ALLSPARK, AUTOBOTS TRANSFORM ROLL OUT!"

Optimus Prime, in his vehicle mode, was accompanied by dozens of Autobots who fiercely counterattacked the Decepticons. Unfortunately, the Decepticons' air power proved to be an extremely difficult obstacle to overcome.

Megatron, Starscream and Soundwave entered the temple where the Allspark resided, and the three main Decepticons easily defeated the Autobots who served as a distraction, using violence in ways they could not describe.

"Those damn Autobots..." Starscream said, kicking the body of an Autobot that was oozing Energon from its wounds. "But it doesn't matter, we'll finally get the Allspark!"

Megatron looked around and frowned, his red eyes scanning his surroundings for an ambush. "It's too easy..." Megatron said suspiciously, opening the doors where the Allspark would be revealed.

Starscream's eyes widened in shock, as did his mouth. "The Allspark... where is it?"

"Optimus must have taken it somewhere, but it doesn't matter, we'll get it back sooner or later." Megatron was in no hurry to obtain the power of the Allspark, knowing that Optimus Prime, or rather Orion Pax, would never use its power for his own benefit. "There is no place on Cybertron where Optimus Prime can hide the Allspark from me."

[[Lord Megatron!]] A Decepticon said over the radio.

[[I'm listening.]] Megatron said, responding to the radio transmission.

[[Optimus Prime and his Autobots are taking the Allspark to the portal network. We are trying to stop them, but the Autobot resistance is growing stronger.]] Said the Decepticon, frustrated at his inability to stop the Autobots' advance.

Megatron's eyes reflected disbelief and concern, which Starscream and Soundwave noticed. "THAT BASTARD! OPTIMUS INTENDS TO ISOLATE THE ALLSPARK FROM CYBERTRON!" Megatron ran out of the temple and transformed into his air vehicle. [[ALL DECEPTICONS KILL OPTIMUS PRIME, DON'T LET HIM ISOLATE THE ALLSPARK FROM CYBERTRON!]] Megatron said in a broadcast to his entire army.

The Autobot resistance gave the best support they could, many dying from Energon blasts, dismemberment or other horrible things to prevent the portal network from being destroyed. Optimus Prime was to activate the space bridge with the implanted coordinates in a direction light years away from Cybertron.

"Optimus! The Decepticons will destroy this place at this rate!" Bumblebee warned, firing his forearm cannons at the flying Decepticons.

"We only need a single second." Optimus Prime said as the Allspark hovered beside him. The seconds of pure destruction turned to ecstasy as the special portal was activated, leaving the Autobots hopeful of accomplishing their mission, while the Decepticons were desperate and careless, knowing they might fail in Megatron's name.

Optimus Prime held the Allspark in his hands, staring at the object of unlimited power with doubt in his blue eyes, wondering if he should use its power to stop Megatron and his army. Optimus Prime shook his head, unwilling to be tempted by a power that was not his.

Before Optimus Prime could throw the Allspark into the space portal, red Energon blasts reached it, creating an explosion around it and causing the portal to slowly lose stability. When Optimus regained his senses, he saw Megatron walking toward the Allspark, which was floating a few feet from his position.

"I confess I never thought you would have the audacity to isolate the Allspark from our planet." Megatron said, his retractable sword out, ready to take Optimus' life. "You have failed me Optimus, you should never have accepted to be a Prime!"

Before Megatron could kill Optimus Prime, Bumblebee kicked him in the back with both feet, knocking him off balance. Seeing the opportunity Bumblebee created, Optimus got up as quickly as he could and grabbed the Allspark.

"For Cybertron!" Optimus shouted in a warlike tone, throwing the Allspark into the portal as it was about to close. Everyone's eyes watched the scene in slow motion, as if the war had momentarily ceased to be relevant, until they saw the giver of their life being absorbed by the space portal.

"NO!" Megatron roared, his emotions exploding in blind rage as he ran toward Optimus Prime, ready to rip his head off. But Bumblebee seemed to stop his advance, firing dozens of Energon bursts in succession. The disparity in power was clear, however, as Megatron grabbed him by the neck and choked him, breaking his voice box and throwing him against the wall. Optimus, regaining his composure, transforms his forearm into a sword and barely stops Megatron's blow.

"Damn you, Optimus! You have doomed Cybertron!" Megatron shouts, his red eyes reflecting his pure hatred.

"Even if I am condemned, it is my duty as Prime to keep the Allspark out of your hands, Megatron!" Optimus declared, struggling against the brute strength of the person he once called brother.

At an undocumented point in the history of the universe...

The Allspark traveled through space on a path, merely hovering, destined to one day be captured by the gravitational pull of a celestial body such as a planet or star. While the home planet from which its power had nurtured life for millions of years was in a state of complete destruction, a vision completely opposite to its history and legacy.

The days, months, years, decades, hundreds and thousands of years that passed through the cosmos in a monotonous way, accompanied only by the agonizing silence of the universe. Then, at a moment like any other, the Allspark was finally about to collide with a planet, be taken over by gravitational forces and have its metallic shell boiled at the entrance to the atmosphere.

In an unknown place, a tribe of a species that had evolved 10,000 years ago, called Homo Sapiens, were sitting around a fire in a cave, some adults eating meat, while some children played among themselves, while the mothers took care of the youngest.

A young child with black hair and blue eyes sat on a branch, holding a small bone in his tiny hands, looking up at the sky and wondering what the lights shining in the night were about. An adult with a stone-tipped spear approached and aggressively demanded his attention to return to the cave.

The small child nodded his head in discomfort and made some sort of noise in his mouth, using a primitive language. Before he could climb down from the tree, he saw the dark night illuminated by a white light, along with a blue trail running across the sky that frightened him, along with the adult and the animals.

The child saw the fireball fall on a mountain, causing a huge explosion and an earthquake that shook the forest and caused dozens of animals to scream in terror. That night, no one in the tribe could sleep, frightened by the unknown. But this child, instead of being afraid of the unknown, saw the fireball falling in the sky as something beautiful, like watching the sunrise.

The little child was no different from a normal child, but because he was born with blue eyes, he was constantly mistreated by adults and children alike, and it was a miracle that he was not killed. Even his parents and siblings did not want him because of this insignificant birth difference.

Days have passed since then, and the harmful treatment of the tribe has not changed. The child knew that he would eventually be cast out and would have to survive on his own. Fortunately, he is quite observant and has learned a few tricks from the adults, gaining enough knowledge to survive on his own.

One moonlit night, the child took a small knife made from the bones of one of the adults, along with some fruit tied to his waist, and set out toward the horizon in search of the fireball that had fallen from the sky.

The little child does not know how much time has passed since he left his tribe, and it is a miracle that he has survived in such a hostile world without relying on any adult to protect him, motivated only by his curiosity. His journey, however difficult it may have been, meaningless to anyone, was simply a search for hope, a search for belonging to a rightful place.

The nameless child, after a long walk, with his small body thin from hunger and his lips dry from thirst, looked at a blue light shining on the top of the mountain, hypnotizing his blue eyes. With his weak arms, with his injured hands, he climbed the steep terrain, sometimes thinking of giving up, but he knew that he could not have suffered so much in vain and that he had no home to return to.

As his little hands, covered with dirt, grasped the edge of the rock, the child made his last effort to climb up, finally reaching his destination, shedding tears of joy, almost losing consciousness. After 2 minutes of heavy breathing, the child looked to the side and saw some kind of strangely shaped object with a crack around it, shining with luminous particles like fireflies.

The child approached the golden metal object, trying to understand its shape and nature, unable to resist biting into the metal to see if it was some kind of food, when suddenly the light coming out of the crack began to shine blindingly, covering his small body in the dazzling light.

The child's mind was bombarded with a multitude of information, things he could not understand at first, but slowly, as his mind changed along with his body, he learned mathematics, philosophy, languages, art, engineering, biology, etc. Not only did he acquire knowledge outside of his time, but he also became a vessel of great power.

When the child regained consciousness, he looked at the former container of the Allspark, now completely empty, only emitting radiation from its energy signature. "Cybertron... Primes... Unicron... Allspark. I am Allspark!" The child said, looking at his small hands and then at the forest on the horizon.
