Chapter 3 – The Fate of Twin Sisters (3)
From their observation, they found that Su Jishi had healthy wheat-colored skin, a little darker than the famous actress. Her eyebrows, aside from being a tad bushier, were also a bit fiercer. Most of all, there was no beauty spot under her eye.
Although they had similar facial features, the actress Su Jin looked delicate and feminine. However, on teacher Su Jishi’s face, the features screamed ‘heroic spirit’ as if she was an ethereal martial artist in the flesh.
So cool! They all thought.
At first glance, the two women looked so alike, but the more the students compared, the more they saw the difference between the two; if Su Jishi and Su Jin stood together, anyone could tell them apart at a glance.
The crowd only took the incident as an interesting episode in their practicum and gathered together to take a photo. Su Jishi, dressed haphazardly, stood among the young and well-groomed students. Completely indifferent of the fact that she was ten years older than them, she smiled and posed like she was just with her peers.

In the evening, they held a farewell dinner. Su Jishi had drunk several bottles of wine poured by the students—the long field practice was finally over and everyone was rejoicing over this fact.
Whenever they thought of the difficulties they had suffered, the ups and downs of their trip, they would drink more wine until their eyes become blood-shot.
In the corner of her heart, Su Jishi did not want these students to leave. After all, from an early age she knew that after every departure, she would then be left alone.
She made an excuse to leave the table in a hurry and walked alone in the hotel garden, letting the breeze blow away the slight disorientedness the effect of the alcohol had on her head.
The street lamp in the garden seemed to be broken, and only the foreboding shadows of trees were visible under the moonlight.
If she hadn’t drunk, Su Jishi might have sensed the danger earlier and avoided it in time, but tonight she became extremely vulnerable under the influence of alcohol as she walked unsteadily towards a tree.
Behind the shadow of the tree, a figure of a middle-aged man suddenly came out. She didn’t know how long he had been waiting there, with the darkness of the night as his disguise.
He was a 40-year-old Asian man dressed in a suit, smiling kindly and looking harmless.
Su Jishi was dizzy and because she had just left a table full of Asian people, she subconsciously thought that this Asian man was also a staff member sent by HKU. So she raised her hand and said, “Hi!” brightly.

“Hello,” the man said politely, “Excuse me, are you Miss Su Jishi?”
“Yes. And you are?” she slurred.
“Hello, I am Fang Xie.”
Su Jishi was shocked, “Fang…Jie**?” What’s the matter he was obviously a male, yet he called himself sister!
**T/N: Jie – older sister
Oh, he’s gay?
Fang Xie noticed that her face was confused and hurriedly explained, “Of course, they all call me elder brother.”
Su Jishi had a blank look on her face. In only a matter of seconds, this person had once again changed his perception of his own gender.
Fang Xie couldn’t explain his agenda to her without scaring her off so he stepped closer, pulled something from his pocket trousers and simply got to the point. “Miss Su, I have something very important to discuss with you. This is not a good place to talk. Please come with us.”

“Ha, ha, ha, hiccup, that sounds like you are kidnapping me.”
The man didn’t laugh but he instead looked at her with a face full of guilt.
And for a while, Su Jishi became sober— but it was all too late!
A handkerchief soaked in ether was placed on Su Jishi’s nose and mouth and the last thought that flashed through her mind—her geological hammer! She wants to blow Fang Xie’s head off!
