As soon as Alexia begins casting, the soldiers protect her.

"My hair won’t stay put. Oh, why won’t it stay?" Alexia says in distress.

"Please, hand me the brush." With a wry smile, Irene takes the brush from Alexia and brushes her hair.

"Alexia, Alexia!!" I keep shouting her name on the brink of tears. She can’t die, I don’t want her to die.
