Chapter 48
48 The Path of Vengeance
Ambert looked a little frightened by my attitude. Pull in a laugh and start talking
“I needed to strengthen myself and gather information in order to get revenge. Especially not enough information, no matter how much. I would already have guessed. I decided to build a puppet that would predict and know everything. [M] It’s about Emelda.”
So you’re crazy about not hiring intelligence agents and suddenly dyeing your hands in The Seven Prohibitions. But more than the former, Ambert himself is an artificial life. I guess you don’t have ethics or anything.
says Ambert.
There is a risk of short-lived life for prediction and full knowledge. I don’t necessarily want to be able to prevent it with rose jewels, so I want to avoid getting it done. or so I was anxious to make others capable. So I decided to create someone from scratch that I could manipulate to my liking.
“Fortunately, Jebella was taking over Slayzia’s research data and was able to monopolize it after Jebella’s murder. Because of this, I decided to make the puppet out of Jebella’s cells.”
… So Miss Emelda will be Jebella’s clone. I kind of felt terribly bad about it.
Ville is also blue next door. Your first love is scattered from start to finish.
“I don’t understand very well. Even if Jebella and Miss Emelda’s personality is separate, depending on the way you look at it, isn’t it like reviving a hateful opponent?
I can still understand if you want to revive Cross.
“Because I’m pretty sure Jebella’s brain was excellent, and if you think she’s Jebella, you can’t get over it. Good thing it didn’t break my heart at all whether I failed to experiment and broke it, used it for crime or thrown away”
Reviving the dead is a blasphemy to life. I don’t think anyone would have liked it. Is it possible to use the body of an important cross?
In fact, even diverting Slayzian research failed time and again to produce artificial life specific to brain function. It seems that every time Jebella’s clone died, or broke without being born.
… I see, that sucks. One death isn’t enough, it’s like taking revenge over and over again.
Me and Bill felt sorry for Miss Emelda in the heart.
“At the time, I let some of the witches in there who were secretly against Aronia hang out and cooperate in the research. I’ve never been able to read letters properly before, but I was wondering about research. [M] What can I say for myself, but I understood the surgery and the structure of the brain at incredible speed. Maybe that’s how Slayzia built it, or maybe the person who became my foundation, the Model, was a genius.”
Whatever it was, the heart of hate had been the driving force, and research went well, he said.
Even though I made a mistake, I succeeded in the four years of things: the Seven Prohibitions of Prediction and Realization of All Knowledge, so I can also nod that Ambert praises himself for painting.
“And oddly enough, Emelda was completed in the same year as Sonia’s birth. I was also considering growth enhancing magic, but the brain that specializes in predictive omniscience is delicate. It was easier to grow and grow normally. So I decided to let the caregiver witch raise the baby in the village behind the mountain and regularly drop in the liaison witch. I just can’t leave it in the cruise.”
He thought it was suspicious, but the old woman who raised Miss Emelda was Ambert’s handler. The old woman should have been Jebella’s apprentice originally. I’m sure he’s also in the King’s Capital raid.
… Is it a coincidence that Miss Emelda died just before her journey?
Using it just to use it, and thinking I disposed of it because it was used up is evil push?
I wasn’t sure if I should ask, but I stopped. It’s none of my business, it doesn’t matter.
“The miscalculation is that Aronia found out about a secret meeting with the contact witch and was summoned to be a cheater. It was a surprisingly tough question, so I couldn’t make a good excuse. The liaison officer was killed instantly and I got a hole in my chest, too.”
“… unexpected. Did your mother get jealous?
Just wondering if you found out, Ambert snapped his nose.
“I don’t know. You simply didn’t care that other women took the man you had a relationship with? There was quite a bit of blood on my head. I don’t even know for sure if I have rose jewels, because I just disposed of them.”
Ambert was not rejuvenating his appearance and saving the power of the treasure so that the wounds he sustained would not recover.
But your mother couldn’t have thought of the possibility of Ambert hiding the finished jewels. Making jewels just like the recipe didn’t work. It’s only natural to doubt Ambert for hearing the recipe from Jebella.
And yet you didn’t reveal Ambert’s belly, which was fatally wounded, because you were quite distracted?
“If you were going to pretend to be dead anyway, didn’t you think to look at the gaps and kill your mother?
“I thought so. But I hate to say it, but Aronia was a few times stronger than me freshly studying magic. There is no guarantee that I can kill you if I close the gap. You know that, don’t you?
Right. Your mother was probably the most powerful witch in Mistria. I was only able to kill my mother when I was fourteen because her body had been invaded and weakened by poison.
“Above all, Aronia is a symbol of the Mistrian witch. Even if you could have killed me at the time, you’d have to focus your attention poorly and attract trouble. There is an obstacle to the revenge plan. It’s smarter to decide to die, leave the inside, build strength, and then kill.”
Sounds like a loss, but let’s flush it.
I encourage the conversation to continue.
“After surviving under the cliff, I honed my magic arm while gathering information with the power of the grown Emelda. Thanks to all-knowing power, the other seven major forbidden thoughts – the study of space magic and curse – also progressed. Then I solicited a lusty witch all over the place. When I put on my sweet face and flickered the rose jewels, I always caught this guy right away. Abominable, but use anything you can. I created an organization to avenge the Mistrian royal family and eventually kill them all together.”
You say something pale and horrible.
From then on, Ambert will give the witch a heart attack. Intelligence that makes the Seven Forbidden Things happen, witchcraft arms beyond witches, and an overwhelming beauty that captivates the beholder.
The arrogant, self-righteous witches awoke to the pleasure of snuggling up on the beautiful man. He was the one who should be king of witches, and Ambert was shuddered by his men.
That is how the terrorist organization of the wicked witch was born.
It’s ironic, because Slayzia wanted the witch to prosper, and more importantly, she created someone who would bring ruin to the witch.
“I’m not as versatile or genius as they say around me. In fact, I’ve made a number of mistakes. One is the uncertainty of Emelda’s ability to create. That’s the key piece of information I’m looking for. What pissed me off the most was the failure to detect Ville’s ordeal”
It’s an important cross oblivion. Ambert would have been mindful of Ville’s trends.
Leaving the king’s hand, he stroked his chest down for being taken away by his mother’s relatives. I just couldn’t find out what was going on with Ville when I explored it with Miss Emelda’s power, and sometimes I sent witches out to check it out.
… Looks like Ville’s pickup was pretty good at getting in shape. He seemed like a normal family from the outside, leaving it at ease. Even though I was badly discriminated against and abused in the house.
“By the time I realized it, Ville had already met Prince Rain and started to look for a knight. I’ve never regretted it so much. More than that, I can’t believe I’m a royal knight who killed Cross…”
Ville had her mouth open and closed with a grumpy look. I’d argue, but I can’t seem to.
Growing hatred for the royal family, Ambert moved his revenge plan into action.
First, let the witches make a strange case and disrupt the country. Ultimately, to create a basement that rivals the royal family and the witches.
“There was also an intention to bring the bloody Prince Rain and Ville out of the castle. I joined Emelda there, and later I joined myself as Citrine. Being at the center of things is easier to guide things, and if you’re close, you can protect Ville.”
“Protect me? It would be a mistake to use it. Didn’t you put me in charge of a revenge stick by letting me kill the witch who made the weird case?
Ambert smiled bitterly.
“Oh, right. You can have that perceived. I wanted to give Ville credit for crushing the Wicked Witch Organization. And I wanted the cross stigma flowing among the foolish folks to snow”
My son, Ville, clears up the humiliation Cross has received from the witch. That’s what you intentionally implicated Ville in the vengeance plan.
“I…”
“You are the same witchkiller knight as Cross. Whatever happens, you’re doomed to kill a witch.”
That said, Ambert turned his gaze to me in a meaningful way. Ville can roar quickly.
“Don’t decide the fate of humans on your own. I will never point my sword at Sonia, and now I am no longer a knight. This is the end of the story. Answer me. How did you sin against Sonia?”
Ambert had his subordinate witch make a strange case and let it be solved by Miss Emelda’s prediction. The witch of the killer is also terminal within the terrorist organization, and even if cut off, the witch of the upper level of the organization thinks nothing of it. It’s pathetic that Ambert is using me.
The witch at the end was taught that “the boss’s identity is Sonia Carnelian”. So when the princes caught me, they uttered my name to beg for my life.
“Why did you sin against Sonia? There’s a lot going on, but one is to find out what kind of moves Sonia and Kruge witches make when they’re dressed in wet clothes.”
More than a decade had passed since Ambert left the Cruise. I don’t know about the inside. Besides, the arrowhead I was about to kill, the reports of Aronia’s illness and death echoed across Mistria. I heard Ambert wasn’t funny after he tormented him with his own hands and then he was going to kill him.
Then I tried to find out what was going on inside by Miss Emelda’s abilities, but failed all the time. Even if I let a secret detective go, they’ll find me and they’ll kill me. Although I wanted to at least make sure that the study of the jewels continued, it didn’t work.
“The only thing I could barely grasp was that the witch that was putting the inside together was Sonia. She’s a vicious Aronian daughter, and she’s drawing my blood. You probably also know the truth twenty years ago. I can’t be alarmed. I must be growing up to be a hell of a daughter. So I wanted to broil it out of the interior in an unfavourable situation for Sonia”
“You…… eh”
You were pretty alert to me. Seems like he wasn’t even going to take a trip to the crew himself to flatter me as his father.
What would I have thought if Ambert showed up right after I murdered your mother?
I may not rejoice. Instead, I would have resented you for not coming to help me sooner.
“Fine, Ville. Something that didn’t end up the way your father thought. So, what, in a hurry, you decided to strangle me at the wedding ceremony?
“I decided to ride Prince Rain and Emelda’s awkward operation. Well, it was a good hand to see the reaction. I thought if King Mistria took strong shelter, we’d know if Sonia was continuing to study the jewels.”
I see. You were watching the King’s reaction as well as mine.
“If Sonia is clean and innocent, she will go along with the national inquiry for now, even if she is angry. I couldn’t tell the truth because of my covenant of silence, though I would have been in trouble. If there’s anything dark behind you, you must escape. If you have a deep connection to King Mistria, you must feel set in a sudden rebellion.”
“In that case, what did you do about me?
“I was going to send an executive witch and pull her into the organization in a flexible way. Then I saw who you were and decided what to do. [M] If it’s evil, I’ll use it to kill it. If you’re good… what’s wrong with you?
Ambert laughed vaguely.
Wouldn’t a witch decide to kill without question? Though I don’t seem to have feelings for my real daughter.
But I kind of figured it out. Sonia of “Tomorrow” – Mother ran off in a blast at the wedding venue and cursed the prince. Then you solicited him, and you let him reign at the top of the terrorist organization. Because she was in contact via other witches, her mother was unaware of Ambert’s survival and was defeated as “Rasubsu”.
It’s just that you’ve gone beyond my imagination.
Knowing the future that would happen, I coolly shed Prince Rain’s strangulation and cleared up the suspicions directed at me in my discourse. And demanded Ville as a price to pay for breaking the engagement.
It must have been really unexpected. Ambert told me to throw up.
“I felt like I was having a nightmare. Being robbed of a vil by a witch is the worst kind of harassment I’ve ever had.”
That I might ville what I was done to Slayzia or Jebella?
You’ll excuse me. Well, I can’t even think about it that way.
“Besides, you remarked that you are mastering the vision of the past. He remembered my face, and he could have seen it all.”
“That’s why you’re here to make sure. Before I go back to my crew.”
On the way back from Wang Du to Kruge, Ambert came to see me with Charlotte and Mocha. I guess I was also worried about how Ville was doing. She was going crazy when she heard we slept in the same room.
“You didn’t even notice me then.”
“Yeah, it wasn’t until a little later that I realized that Citrine was suspicious.”
As soon as I got there, Ville gave me a grudging glance.
“When did you notice?
“When I’m collecting medication materials in the Tree Sea”
“At that time…”
“I’m sorry. Bill hadn’t completely forgiven me yet, and I was to be dispatched to Van Hyde right away, and I didn’t have the time to say it. Besides, I wasn’t sure or grabbed the evidence. I can’t tell you how suspicious Citrine is by accident.”
Ville let her breath down small. You’re not mad at me. My eyes are laughing.
Somehow, “That’s the kind of guy you are,” and he seems to be showing generosity by saying, “I don’t mind being hidden.”
It’s uncomfortable. I don’t know, it lights up a bit.
Snuggling with his gaze, Ambert coughed. You have very cold eyes. The temperature difference with us is amazing.
“I was watching a secret meeting with the king’s messenger that night.”
They decided to see how things went for a while in view of the fact that they taught Ville the truth, the fact that they jumped the royal demands. You don’t need to tell me the truth if you’re going to use Ville for a black plot, and if you’re willing to keep your connection to the royal family to the minimum necessary, or cut it off. I also found out that I didn’t intend to build a jewel.
So I guess I decided there was no problem leaving it alone for a while.
“I couldn’t do what was inside, but when I got out of town, I was letting some witch under my watch. I hear things gradually changed with Ville. So now you’re a lover?
I snorted, and Ville replied to the fight, “Do you have any complaints?”
Ambert obviously frowned. I’ve heard a lot about fathers being grumpy about having a boyfriend with their daughter, but not in this case. I guess you don’t like how cute Ville became the lover of the neglected witch.
I don’t like it at all.
I knew me and Ambert were blood connected parents and kids.
The important things are the same.
“Sonia, let’s ask again. What are you taking Ville back to Kruge for and putting her by your side? The truth, do you love Ville?
