The Goblin's Leveling System!

"That's about it. Any other question about your cause of death and past life, Alex?"

I heard a voice of an old man and so I opened my eyes to see who it was.

An old man wearing a black and yellow robe and has long black and yellow hair was in front of me. His color scheme was black on his left side and yellow on his right side.

For some reason, I felt that the old man and I had met a while ago.

"Excuse me, who are you and how did you know my name?"

"You had died because of poison so your soul was transferred into my realm. I'm in charge of your reincarnation and I am also allowed to give you cheat skills in your next life."

I can get reincarnated and have a cheat skill? That's like capturing two birds with one net.

"Mind if I ask why you have a black and yellow color theme?"

I ask the old man while inspecting his clothes and hair again.

"Oh, that? It's because it represents two opposing forces at the same place while a balance maintains those opposing forces. The color black represents darkness, evil, chaos, etc. while the color yellow represents light, good, harmony, etc."

"I guess that you're a God since you were able to communicate with me even though I'm dead and also have the authority to reincarnate me. But, what do you govern as a God? Creation? Destruction? Reincarnation?"

The old man showed several blue translucent screens that had texts which I did not bother to read since it was too long.

The old man created a black and yellow light on his palm and combined it with the help of one of the blue translucent screens.

"I'm the God Of Worldly Systems. I govern the balance of every law, element, matter, etc. using the Worldly Systems. Even without the Worldly Systems, I am still able to balance any opposing forces but not as efficient when I'm using the Worldly Systems."

The God Of Worldly Systems introduced himself including his capabilities.

"When will I be reincarnated?"

I asked the God Of Worldly Systems as I stared at his abilities in awe.

If I was reincarnated and granted a cheat skill by such a powerful God, I would no longer witness my friends being kidnapped or endure torture.

I would be able to stand on my own and fight against those who ever opposed me.

"You will be reincarnated after the heroes from another world perform the summoning ritual hence summoning you and other reincarnations. The heroes from the world that you will be reincarnated at are also from another world such as Earth while others are from different eras or parallel worlds."

The God Of Worldly Systems then summoned a blue screen which showed a huge church and several people from different races which I assumed to be the summoned heroes since some of the bishops and the pope greeted them with respect.

One of the heroes who were eye-catching the most was the tall silver-haired goblin who stood in front of the other heroes and acted as a leader.

"Isn't the silver-haired goblin hero looked exactly like Axel? Did he also reincarnated into that world?"

"Yes, that is indeed Axel Everheart. I am also the one who reincarnated him into that world and I'm the God who is in charge of him. He had caused several destructions in that world that even caught the attention of other Gods."

"His personality had became distorted after he had absorbed all of your sufferings and his deep hatred towards humans was the reason why he asked me to reincarnate him into a body of any race as long as it was not a human."

So I still had caused a lot of trouble towards Axel?

"Yes, you had caused Axel a lot of trouble but it is not your fault. The one to be blamed was the organization who tortured you and the God who managed Earth and that God accidentally added bad luck into your fate. Unfortunately, I was late to notice that but I still scolded that lazy God and gave you good luck that balanced your bad luck."

"What I did not expect was that there was a separate consciousness that had woken up from your brain due to too much stress. That separate consciousness, also known as Axel, had willingly absorbed all of the memories of your suffering and your bad luck. Thus, only the good luck that I had granted to you to balance the bad luck remained while the bad luck was kept by Axel."

To think that Axel had gone through so much trouble just to help me from my predicament.

"I granted Axel several cheat skills so that he would no longer suffer in his second life. Axel was considered a good person and if not good then excellent or if possible, something above excellent. Gods do not measure someone's goodness to the number of people a person had saved but the amount of kindness and goodness he had shown to a person."

"Therefore, Axel can be considered a Saint but sadly, the memories of your torment and your bad luck had corrupted him which lead to his current situation. I don't blame him for his actions but instead, support whatever decisions he makes."

"His mentality and personality were beyond fixing so I just let it be and sent him to that world to kill the demon lords that had brought suffering to the other races and at the same time, he could vent his anger towards the demon lords and have a purpose of living. It's like killing three birds with one stone."

The God Of the Worldly System explained to me Axel's situation.

"Wouldn't his actions anger the other Gods?"

I politely ask the God Of Worldly Systems while trying not to make him irritated by the questions I kept on asking him. Irritating a God was not something I would want to experience.

"Bah! What could those Minor Gods do to a God who ranked third in the God ranking and not to mention that I had the authority to use my ability whenever I pleased as long as I had a reasonable intention on my actions."

"Oh, before I forget, what cheat skills do you want in your next life?"
