The Goblin's Leveling System!

Erin's PoV:

"Are you awake? It's now time to sleep!"

The man in black clothing shouted in a psychopathic voice as he took out a sharp knife.

"By sleep, I mean ETERNAL SLEEP!!! You know what I mean, right? It's D-E-A-T-H!"

The man yelled and he charged towards me at a tremendous speed while he held his knife but I was able to react fast and dodged his attack.

"I hope this works!", I muttered.

I took out a magic staff from thin air and launched multiple fireballs towards the man.

The man swiftly avoided the fireballs and thrust his knife towards my stomach but I blocked it using my magic staff.

"Earth Dome!"

I cast a dome of earth towards the man and walls of earth protruded from the ground as it trapped him inside.

The man slashed his sharp knife towards the earth dome but the knife did not penetrate the earth dome.

Did he think that he could get out of the earth dome that I cast without using his skills and only using physical attacks?

I had used thirty percent of my mana to fortify the earth dome and added a spell that negated all physical attacks and reduced magic attacks.

"As expected of a former rank 82 mages! But too bad that you decided to seal your power and now your magic was several times weaker!"

So I was a former rank 82 mages... I still had not remembered why I decided to seal my power.

I felt a sudden burst of mana inside the earth dome and noticed that it was being compressed inside his knife.

"Piercing Knife!"

A small knife penetrated the earth dome. It slashed the earth dome multiple times that it turned the earth dome into nothing but small squares made out of the earth.

"I am not a fan of prolonged fights so I will kill you in a second but you are lucky that I am not in a mood to torture my victims today."

As the man in black clothing spoke in a deep voice, he walked towards me and vanished in an instant.

"Mana Shield!"

I used the remaining mana that I had to cast a mana shield that encased me.

I remained vigilant and observed my surrounding while trying to recover some of the mana as every second passed by.

The room became silent and not even the sound of the man in black clothing's footsteps could be heard.

He must have used a soundproof spell to remove the sound whenever he walked and moved and had also used an invisibility spell.

Since he was still not attacking, I headed towards the door to escape.

I was almost at the door and I stepped on something that caused a mana overload which then caused an explosion.

I was caught in the explosion and fortunately, I cast a mana shield before so it protected me from the explosion.

The mana shield that I had cast was almost destroyed so I used the mana that I had recovered to repair my mana shield.

My mana shield suddenly received multiple slashes which shook my mana shield until it was destroyed.

The man in black clothing appeared in front of me and placed his knife near my neck.

"Die!"

Alex's PoV:

I was currently riding my hoverboard to travel towards Erin.

I saw a reinforced door and I looked at the map. I confirmed that it was where Erin was locked up.

I went towards the reinforced door and entered it. I saw a man in black clothing, who was pointing a knife at Erin.

"Die!"

The man in black clothing raised the knife and before he could decapitate Erin, I instantly activated the nitro boost of the hoverboard and materialized my soul energy into a huge hand to get a hold of the man's soul.

"Do you want your body intact or your soul intact?!"

I yelled towards the man in black clothing which caught him off guard and I slowly put pressure into my materialized soul energy hand to slightly crushed the man's soul.

"Arghhhh!" (Man in black clothing)

The man squirmed in pain and although I did not harm his physical body, attacking his soul was several times more unbearable than attacking the physical body.

I went in front of Erin at full speed so that I would be able to defend her if she was attacked.

The man still did not drop his knife so I applied pressure into my huge soul hand.

Eventually, the man was no longer able to withstand the pain of his soul being crushed so he dropped his knife.

"Who are you and who sent you to deal with us?"

"Ughh. Why would? I tell you?"

The man still did not give up so I tried to be as arrogant as I could and asserted dominance.

I sat on my hoverboard that was afloat and placed my foot towards the head of the man.

"You know what I'm capable of after I performed a live demonstration, right?"

The man was silent but I guess that he knew about it so I continued to interrogate him.

"What makes you think that I'm not going to kill you? Just because I'm a minor? How laughable! I can kill you that would not even let the police know the cause of your death!"

The man started to ran away and so I grabbed his soul using my soul energy and trapped his soul in one place including his body.

"Remember this! Your master or client who ordered you to kill us is not worth your service! You should have asked your client to pay you to double the amount since I can kill you twice! Both your physical and spiritual body!"

Just as I was about to further torture him, the man suddenly spoke up.

"I'll tell you so please don't kill me!"

I released the soul energy that trapped his body and cuffed him using soul energy instead.

"Who are you and who sent you?"

"I am code name Python, a rank 77 assassin and I was hired by the master-"

Smoke started to come out of the man's body which stopped silenced his voice.

A smoky burnt smell started to waft out of the man's body.

A massive explosion detonated from the man's body so I instinctively covered both myself and Erin using my soul energy but I forgot that it doesn't protect me from physical attacks.

"Am I going to die? I'm still a virgin."
