The Goblin's Leveling System!

"Are you ready to squash a lizard, dragon king?"

I spoke and looked towards the dragon king.

"I remained dormant for thousands of years to know that even a mixed-blood dragon could reach level 6000. The dragon race seems to be declining in every generation."

The dragon king spoke and looked at me back.

"I'll teach this lizard a lesson on how powerful a true-blooded dragon is compared to a mix blooded dragon."

The dragon king declared as he let out a [Dragon Roar] skill.

The dragon king's version of dragon roar was much more domineering and oppressive compared to my dragon roar that solely relied on mana and killing intent.

"If you can't defeat the mixed-blooded dragon then I will be disappointed for contracting with you."

"I won't disappoint you, boss. After all, I am the dragon king who reigned over dragons in the past. Even if my skills deteriorated, the seal that was cast to restraint my power was partially released as I left the dragon cave."

"Now go! Show that mix blooded dragon the might of the dragon king!"

As I yelled that, the dragon king flew in an instant towards the level 6000 dragon.

The dragon king slashed his claws infused with mana towards the level 6000 dragon while the latter blocked it with its wings.

The level 6000 dragon's wings started to tear until it was completely torn apart.

The dragon king slammed its claws towards the ground making the ground shake.

The dragon king took the chance when the level 6000 dragon was out of balance to slash the head of the level 6000 dragon using its claws.

Due to the tremendous speed and power of the dragon king's attack, the level 6000 dragon was left with no choice but to receive the attack head-on since its wings were torn apart.

The dragon king decapitates the level 6000 dragon in an instant as its attack landed on the level 6000 dragon.

"I will be fair with the red-haired demon and won't interfere in your battle. I will only attack monsters or help you when your life is in danger. Don't summon me if that wasn't the case."

The dragon king proudly stated as his body was covered in light and then the dragon king vanished in an instant.

"I don't need your help anyway in fighting the red-haired demon. After all, If I can't even defeat him then my title as a hero would become a joke. I was just showing off my summoning skills."

I said to where the dragon king was and then shifted my attention towards the red-haired demon.

"You are strong. But don't be full of yourself or you will regret underestimating my power."

Pedone arrogantly spoke while releasing some of his demonic mana and killing intent.

"Of course I wouldn't underestimate you. But you seem to be overestimating yourself if you thought you would be able to defeat me."

I replied to Pedonar while releasing 25% of my power and showing off my mana and killing intent.

The showdown between Pedonar and I have started.

[Beside The Holy Church, An Hour Before Axel's Return]

Aerin's PoV:

I was currently inside the small house that Axel had built. I was lying on the bed that Axel had made.

Axel had not returned after he went to the Killing Mountain but even though a day had not passed yet since he went to the Killing Mountain, I could not shake off the feeling of uneasiness.

Axel must have faced a powerful monster inside the Killing Mountain and even if I had aided him, the atmosphere of the Killing Mountain won't be advantageous to my abilities since my affinity was nature.

Axel was cautious and had many skills in his arsenal, I felt that the opponent he faced would be able to defeat him if his opponent would use his or her true power.

If only I had affinities towards other elements then I would have been able to assist Axel.

Even though I had lived for a hundred years, I rarely practiced my magic compared to my archery.

I developed different archery techniques and had attained a mastery level in archery. I'm one step away from achieving the semi-perfect level in archery.

I could even perform rapid arrow fire and 3 arrow shooting.

That being said, I had achieved many feats in archery compared to learning magic.

Aerin's PoV:

An hour had passed and I am starting to sense the presence of Axel.

I could tell from his presence and aura that he had been emitting that he had become stronger than before.

Axel might be able to defeat supreme demons with ease but even I am not confident that he would be able to contend several attacks from an archdemon since supreme demon and archdemon's one rank difference in the demonic hierarchy was a deception to fool people into believing that supreme demons and archdemons were only one rank indifference in strength.

The truth was that an archdemon was ten times stronger than a supreme demon while a demon lord was a hundred times stronger than an archdemon in terms of stats without including their skills and power enhancement techniques.

The pope in the Holy Church could defeat several archdemons but could only contend against a demon lord.

The pope cannot defeat and injure a demon lord let alone killing him or her.

I seem to have a sense that Axel was releasing one of his arrays and then the person released in the array was heading towards the forest.

I felt that Axel's presence was going towards the forest where the demon that was trapped inside the array was currently located.

I don't want to face Axel yet. I must become stronger so I wouldn't be a burden to him.

I got up from the bed and went towards the table and sat on the chair.

I took out several books from the [Item Storage] skills. It was a skill that allowed me to store things that were enough to be stored inside my inventory.

The storage space of [Item Storage] could be improved as long as I used much more mana whenever I cast it.

I focused on studying nature magic that was recorded in the books that I borrowed from the Elven Library's librarian then suddenly I felt a tremor on the ground but I continued studying the books.

[Inside The Holy Church's Second Floor]

Sophie's PoV:

I woke up and got up from the bed.

I was previously resting because even though I practiced my assassination skills towards the dragons from the Dragon Mountain, I wasn't used to casting high-level assassination magics.

An example of high-level assassination magic was [Stealth Dispel] which costs ten times the mana that was cast by the target.

I was able to learn about many assassination skills from the Elven Library that even myself don't know why books about assassination skills were even in the Elven Library.

I didn't want to rely on that arrogant goblin so I practiced and performed many assassination skills that would be useful in the future.

If I had an affinity towards poison magic, then I would have learned it since it would drastically improve the success rate of my assassination skills when using it to defeat several enemies.

I went out of the room and went outside. I suddenly felt a tremor on the ground and I saw that there were 2 dragons that were currently fighting.

I didn't mind it since it was probably Axel and the red-haired demon's summons battling against each other.

[Inside The Holy Church's Second Floor]

Zale's PoV:

I woke up from my sleep and got up from the bed.

I did my morning exercises. I took off my clothes and cast my magic or null magic which was [Instant Bath] to taking a bath in an instant.

Waves of water washed me and whirled while I was inside it like I was inside in a washing machine.

The water used was purifying water which can clean filth and odor so I didn't use soap.

It only took me 30 seconds to finish my bath. I wore my clothes and then I felt a tremor.

[Somewhere Inside The Forest Near The Holy Church]

Pedonar appeared in an instant in front of me and then I cast [Mana Shield] to protect myself just to be prepared.

Pedonar formed a sword using his demonic mana which then a gray-colored sword appeared in his left hand.

Pedonar slashed his sword towards me but it was blocked by my mana shield. He continuously slashed my barrier in attempting to break it but it was futile.

As my mana was being continuously drained to absorb the attacks from Pedonar's slashes, my mana pool was still full since my mana regeneration was much higher compared to the attack of Pedonar.

Pedonar halted his attacks after knowing that his attacks were futile. He then cast several balls of gray-colored fire.

Pedonar cast [Limit Break] which made the balls of gray-colored fire turned into the size of [Ruthless Sun] that I usually cast before.

"I Pedonar Kronos, the demon prince and rightful heir for the throne and the demon hero will not lose this battle!"

He's the demon hero that I was looking for?
