The Future of Mage
... Hello? *taps the mic* Anybody here? Ah, there you are. Eherm.
Hey everyone.
It's been over a year since I announced my "small" break, and while life has not always been easy during this time, I'd like to, first of all, apologize to all of you for not only this extended break, but more importantly, for leaving you hanging without a word. It's disappointing to wait for a series to continue and to not know whether the author will ever even return. This post is unfortunately not the official announcement of the continuation of The First Mage just yet, but, I do want to ensure you that the story will continue, come what may. I can't give you an exact date yet, but I assure you that I will do my darndest to not let it sit for another year^^"
Fortunately, there are good news to announce about Mage as well, because one of the many things I was busy with was working together with my editor and publisher on the eBook and paperback versions of the first volume, which will release in the coming days. This first book will cover chapters 1~45, and I'm happy to say that the story never read as well as it does in this new and revised version, with added details and much improved writing. Who knows, maybe it will sell so well that I'll be able to spend much more time on writing than I could in the past? Wouldn't that be something^^
In preparation of the upcoming release on Kindle Unlimited, the chapters included in Book 1 have now been hidden, as per Amazon's rules, but luckily you will all be able to experience them (again) in eBook or paperback format soon!
I'll keep you posted as we move forward, and I truly can't wait to get the next chapters out and read your comments. Speaking of which, I'd also like to thank everyone who expressed concern for me as well as hopes for Mage to continue. Coming back to such nice comments made my day =)
Until we see other again! Hopefully very soon.
