Chapter 15
Chapter 14: Penello And Lilith
“I heard someone mention Mr. Moriarty?” The blonde girl walked in, her black eyes swept across the box, and finally settled on Moriarty’s face.
“I knew you would be in the last box, Mr. Moriarty! Mr. Lockhart mentioned that you like to be clean.”
She generously stretched out her right hand in front of Moriarty, “My name is Lilith Piliwick, it’s an honor to meet you.”
Moriarty heard from Lilith’s words that she came from a wizarding family and was obviously a loyal reader of Lockhart.
“Hello, Miss Piliwick.” Moriarty stood up and shook her hand lightly.
“Although you know my name, I still have to introduce myself. My name is Moriarty Slytherin. It’s a respect for you.”
Lilith said in agreement: “People often say that etiquette represents the pedanticness of a pure-blooded family, but I think that as long as it is a wizard, etiquette should be observed! Just because we are wizards!”
“Oh? Your statement is very novel. It’s the first time I heard it.” Moriarty became interested. The girl in front of her seemed to be from a pure-blood family, but her vision was beyond the pure-blood family.
“Yes, my theory has only recently been perfected,” Lilith stroked her long hair, “Mr. Moriarty will not forget the revival era proposed by Mr. Lockhart? Immature ideas are inspired by him.”
Slytherin’s beard! Anyone else get inspired by Lockhart?
Moriarty sat up straight, with a look of listening intently.
Seeing this scene, Lilith’s voice became stronger, “Then what I want to say is, the wizard is supreme!”
She raised her face: “Actually, I agree with breaking the “International Confederation of Wizards Secrecy Act”, but I am different from the two generations of Dark Lords, I accept the existence of Muggles, and I also hope to live in peace with Muggles, but wizards, That is, we must control the whole world!”
This eloquent talk made the box silent, and Percy looked at Lilith and Penello dumbfounded, and his eyes were red.
Moriarty looked Lilith up and down, and the girl surprised him, not because of her beauty—although she was indeed exquisite.
Lilith’s boldness and bravery made Moriarty see another student who looked up to the magical sky.
“Aside from your ideals, your remarks are very much like a Gryffindor.”
Moriarty has a smile in his eyes. It takes courage to break the Secrecy Act, and it takes courage to say frankly that you want to break the Secrecy Act.
This is a little witch with absolute confidence! Moriarty judged so.
Lilith also smiled: “Mr. Moriarty, I can say responsibly that every Piliwick is a real Slytherin! I wouldn’t have any surprises, would you? After all, you are Slytherin family.”
“I’m sorry, I don’t want to interrupt your communication, but, what is Slytherin? What is Gryffindor?”
A slightly stubborn voice sounded. Penello was biting his lip, clenching his fists with both hands, and some sad eyes wandered between Moriarty and Lilith.
From the moment Lilith came in, Penello felt as if she had been forgotten. She couldn’t understand a single topic that Moriarty and Lilith were talking about.
But Penello is not a cowardly little girl. Like in previous schools, she immediately brought up what she didn’t understand.
The other person who felt forgotten was Percy, so he cleared his throat to answer Penello’s question.
But Lilith took the lead: “Slytherin, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, Gryffindor are the four major houses of Hogwarts. I think you may be assigned to Hufflepuff.”
Although Penello didn’t understand why she said that, she instinctively felt bad. She glanced at Lilith lightly, “Hufflepuff? I don’t want it! I’m going to the best academy!”
“Then you will definitely be assigned to Gryffindor!” Percy said quickly, he finally seized the right to speak.
“Hey, listen, Penello! Gryffindor is the best house!” Percy added loudly in order to make his words more credible: “Dumbledore, the greatest white wizard of all time, is from the Graduated from Ranfondo.”
“Oh, you must be Weasley,” Lilith looked at Percy’s red hair thoughtfully: “As we all know, your family is Gryffindor.”
“I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it,” Percy said bluntly. “On the contrary, I’m proud of it.”
“Your reaction was too strong, although I didn’t mean to laugh at you.” Lilith shook her head slightly.
“You know what, Weasley. That just betrays your sensitive self-esteem, and you might learn something from Bill Weasley at this point—I heard my father mention him, he was a great man different people.”
Lilith said it very sincerely, but Percy didn’t seem to hear it.
“So you also come from a wizard family?” Penello asked blankly.
“I think the Piliwicks are quite famous in the UK,” Lilith was ostensibly answering Penello’s question, but she was actually staring at Moriarty, “My grandfather’s name was Justus. Piliwick, who was head of the Magical Law Enforcement Division.”
“As far as I know, the last director was called Barty Crouch.”
Moriarty thought of Amelia Burns from the Daily Prophet, the current director of the Law Enforcement Division.
“Mr. Barty Crouch was promoted by his grandfather.” Lilith said lightly, and then became serious: “But I’m not saying this to show off, I was born in a legal family, and I was able to do it when I was eight years old. Skilled in reciting the “Secret Law”, the legal regulations of the British magic world are firmly engraved in my mind!
The more I study the law, the more I am dissatisfied with the Secrecy Act. Can you understand this feeling, Mr. Moriarty?
Although the world needs laws to function, we are wizards! We belong to magic–Mr. Lockhart says so, and magic needs no restraint. ”
“Miss Piliwick, I think I can understand your feelings, and I also appreciate your views on magic, but do you know why magic doesn’t need restraint?”
Moriarty leaned on the backrest, folded his hands, leaned on the Slytherin staff, and stared at Lilith with a sharp light in the reflection of the sunlight.
At this moment, Lilith seemed to be in the bright starry sky. She pursed her lips: “I want to ask you to tell me the answer.”
“The answer is simple, because magic can defeat the law! With magic, you have everything.”
Moriarty said in a slow, light tone, Lilith is like a rebellious child in a wealthy family, and the law is just a few scraps of paper to her, perhaps not as real as a chocolate doll picture.
The only difference is that Lilith is so confident that her rebellion has become mature.
A child from a pure-blood family and a high-ranking official at the Ministry of Magic may have cross-generational significance when he says that he accepts Muggles.
Moriarty could see that Lilith was sincere. She got rid of the shackles of blood, but she couldn’t escape the vicious circle of “the essence of life”.
While Lilith was still working towards her status as a wizard, Moriarty was already planning how to become a god.
But Moriarty didn’t make it clear. He saw Lilith thinking deeply. Obviously, his words caused her inner unrest.
“I admit you are right, Mr. Moriarty,” Lilith returned to normal after a short while, with a bright smile on her face: “But I won’t give up on my goals, in fact, I I came to you especially to invite you to join me in this great cause.
Oh sure, it looks like a failure at the moment, maybe you knew my purpose from the beginning? ”
Lilith’s playful gaze stayed on Moriarty’s face. She also leaned on the backrest and sat gracefully.
Moriarty smiled and acquiesced to her question: “I don’t think I’m famous enough for the little witch to come to me to sign my autograph.”
“Haha, it sounds more like Mr. Lockhart’s story!” Lilith also laughed, “But you still underestimated your fame, all the books on the history of contemporary magic have your name in it!
And a whole carload of pureblood wizards are talking about you! Muggle-born or half-blood wizards are trying their best to find out about you. ”
Penello said gloomily, “Moriarty, are you famous?”
Moriarty looked at her: “To be precise, it’s my surname that’s famous, you’ll know when you get to Hogwarts.”
“I think, now you are famous for Slytherin,” Lilith glanced at Moriarty and said rhythmically: “One day, Slytherin and Hogwarts are famous for you, no, It’s the more famous, the kind that’s engraved in people’s souls.”
“I really want to thank you for your compliment. I’ll treat you to a drink then.” Moriarty was amused, and Lilith’s little mouth was as sweet as honey.
“Then don’t forget it. By the way, I don’t like desserts.” Lilith replied with a smile.
“Ah, girls don’t like desserts,” a muffled voice came from Moriarty, and Percy smiled awkwardly again: “I mean, eating desserts will make you fat.”
When Percy saw Moriarty and the two girls nodded politely at him, he was even more embarrassed, but he continued: “Eh…Miss Piliwick, what you just mentioned That great cause, can I join it?”
Moriarty gave him a strange look. Percy is generally a good person, but he is a bit utilitarian.
So he said this probably because he took a fancy to Lilith’s relationship in the Department of Legal Enforcement.
Lilith didn’t think so much. She solemnly said to possibly her first supporter: “You are welcome to join, Mr. Weasley, I promise you will not regret it!”
Lilith turned to Penello and Moriarty again and said, “Of course, I welcome everyone to join.”
But it was clear that her eyes stayed on Moriarty the longest.
Moriarty just smiled, but Penello said unexpectedly: “I’m sorry, I’m not joining! I came to Hogwarts to learn, to learn magic!”
“It won’t delay your class and study,” Lilith didn’t want to be misunderstood: “We must first improve the level of magic.”
Penello didn’t want to listen, she closed her eyes and shook her head gently: “Sorry, Miss Piliwick~www.readwn.com~ I don’t think overturning the law is what I should do, and it’s hard for me to agree to let wizards control it. world view.”
Lilith’s enthusiasm suddenly disappeared, and she asked lightly, “Why?”
“Because I am—the Muggle you say!” Penello said solemnly: “And we ordinary people always say that the minority obeys the majority. Although I am also a wizard, you have to admit that only the minority are wizard.”
“That just explains the problem, doesn’t it!” Lilith said loudly: “The few people who master magic can’t enjoy a large space, and even need to hide it? What kind of law is this!”
“Cough,” Percy tried to calm the two girls down, “Miss Piliwick, it’s not good for you to be heard.”
“I don’t think there is anything wrong with my idea!” Lilith raised her head: “I welcome others to question me and discuss with me, but if anyone dares to disrespect me, I will give him a taste of magic!”
“Including Professor Dumbledore and Professor McGonagall?” Percy was stunned. He originally wanted to hug his thighs, but now it seems…
“Aha,” Lilith smiled brightly: “As far as I know, there is no law that says people can’t think about how to overturn the Secrecy Act!
I just thought, when did you say you want to start taking action? Are you saying that, Mr. Weasley? ”
At this moment, Slytherin’s smoothness was reflected in Lilith’s body vividly, and Moriarty now understood why she said that every Piliwick was a Slytherin.
Percy couldn’t refute, he could only smile awkwardly.
Penello wanted to say something, but was stopped by Moriarty: “Okay girls, stop talking, go and change, we’re here!”
