The Ancient Wizards of Hogwarts

"follow me!"

Ash whispered something and led Harley and Cassandra quickly through the deserted corridor, avoiding the professors coming from the other side, all the way to the marble staircase area.

Under the gaze of many portraits, they walked all the way up the stairs to the eighth floor.

Harley reminded in a low voice:

"She is not in the Astronomy Tower. We have looked for her several times."

"I know." Ash responded, leading the two of them to a deserted corridor.

One side of the corridor is blank without any decoration, while on the other side hangs a huge tapestry with the famous "Troll Beating the Fool Barnabas with a Stick" on it. Several trolls sit in a circle with wooden sticks. Use the stick to flatten the Barnabas in the middle into minced meat.

Kassandra had only thought it was ridiculous when she saw this tapestry, but now she only felt horrified when she looked at it.

If Ash and Harley hadn't arrived in time, she would have ended up like Barnabas. While being frightened, thinking of Ash and Harley risking their lives to save her, Cassandra pursed her lips lightly, inevitably feeling some different emotions in her heart.

Cassandra turned her questioning eyes to Harley, and Harley's emerald-like eyes were full of confusion.

In the entire Hogwarts, the only areas where he couldn't sense it were the common rooms of each house and the Room of Requirement.

If Hermione wasn't in the Gryffindor common room, she could only be in the Room of Requirement.

Ash waved his wand again, checked the status of the professors, and found that they were still confused in the women's bathroom on the first floor, and whispered:

"Elbow, come into the house with me."

Ash held the copper handle, opened the door, and took the lead into the house.

Out of trust in Ash, Harley and Cassandra passed through the door one after another.

Immediately afterwards, they suddenly appeared from the Hogwarts castle in a 'city'. Looking around, books, shelves, tattered furniture, glass bottles, gems, cages, and all kinds of strange objects form walls, building the city like a maze.

Ash waved his wand, letting invisible magic penetrate these walls to find his target.

Cassandra asked softly:

"Ash, is Hermione really here?"

"Yes." Ash replied in the affirmative.

His sight penetrated the layers of complex maze and saw a blue figure curled up on the ground.

Ash sighed, he could almost imagine what happened——

Hermione was ostracized by the Gryffindor people and just wanted to find a place to hide herself, so she accidentally broke into the Room of Requirement. At first, perhaps out of curiosity, Hermione wanted to explore the maze.

Then, there is no more.

Hermione explored too deeply, and she couldn't find a way out and was trapped here.

Ash asked:

"Which of you is staying here? I need someone to show us the way if we get lost."

"I'll stay." Harley hesitated and said proactively.

"good."

Ash nodded, led Cassandra into the maze, and finally arrived at the area where the highlighted target was.

Then he discovered that things were more troublesome than he imagined. The wall made of old furniture in front of them had collapsed, forming an obstacle much higher than the troll, completely blocking the road ahead.

"Hermione! Are you in there?" Cassandra shouted.

"Cassandra! Is that you Cassandra?"

The girl's weak and surprised voice came from behind the wall.

Cassandra asked in disbelief:

"Why are you here?"

Hermione, who was curled up on the ground due to pain and hunger, climbed up with difficulty and said aggrievedly:

"I don't know, the wall suddenly collapsed as soon as I came here, and then I couldn't get out..."

Cassandra subconsciously turned to Ash for help:

"Ash, what do we do?"

Ash waved his wand, pointed it at the road blocked by old furniture in front of him, and said:

"Evanesco!"

The 'wall' in front of them suddenly disappeared, and the originally blocked road suddenly opened up.

"Ash." Hermione, whose cloak and clothes were covered in dust, leaned against the wall and looked at the two of them with surprise.

"Hermione!"

Kassandra said angrily with a straight face: "Do you know how worried we are about you? Just because you were ostracized by the idiots in Gryffindor, you were hiding from us too, and Harry and I spent the whole day looking for you. Oh my god! I didn’t even have lunch!”

"Did you fall while climbing the wall? Hermione, don't lie to me!"

Ash took out a bottle of green uplifting potion from his pocket, pulled out the cork, put it to the girl's mouth, and ordered:

Hermione obediently opened her red mouth and allowed Ash to pour the liquid in.

Hermione screamed in pain, unable to stand on her own, and even Cassandra, who was supporting her, was almost pushed to the ground by her.

Fortunately, Ash had anticipated this, and while holding Cassandra steady, he held Hermione in his arms.

The girl's face was pale, her lips kept trembling, and she moaned in pain.

"Be patient, the pain is normal."

While uplifting potions heal injuries, they don't eliminate pain.

How can it be so easy to grow a broken bone again? How could it not hurt?

Ash supported Hermione and said to Cassandra:
