Chapter 135: Summon
Coven originally thought that Dumbledore and the professors would summon him, asking him to explain the situation or answer some questions.
However, the result was that he waited in the infirmary for the whole night and did not receive any summons.
….
The next morning, Ron, who had been unconscious all night, woke up. After all, he was only unconscious because of the shock, and the situation was not serious.
When Ron woke up, there was still some time before dawn. He woke up from a nightmare, so he suddenly sat up on the bed and screamed, "Danger!"
A scream woke up the people in the infirmary.
Harry and Hermione couldn't hold back their sleepiness last night, so they slept early. After waking up, they immediately surrounded Ron happily and began to ask him about his well-being.
But Coven was different.
Last night, in order to wait for the summons of the professors, Coven did not sleep for almost an entire night. When Ron woke up, he had only narrowed his eyes for less than half an hour.
Fortunately, Coven's body and spirit were relatively strong. In addition to being young, a night of not sleeping was nothing to him, so he suppressed his anger.
After Ron woke up, he could not help but ask about the results of last night.
Although Harry Potter had a lot of shortcomings, he was still a kind child, after all, so he had figured out some things last night.
In the face of Ron's inquiry, Harry calmly told him what happened last night.
"I knew it!" After listening to it, Ron excitedly shouted, "Coven won't listen to Snape's command to harm us! Harry, you don't believe it!"
"So..."
On a hospital bed far away from Ron, Coven sat up and said with some ridicule, "For the last half a semester, you didn't talk to me because of Harry's suspicion?"
The protagonist trio was stunned almost at the same time.
Ron did not know, while Harry and Hermione were so happy that Ron woke up that they forgot that Coven was still in the infirmary.
This time, Harry was embarrassed. Hermione also bowed her head in shame and was embarrassed to see Coven.
Ron was also embarrassed, but he was much better than Harry. At least he did not suspect Coven much, but for his friendship with Harry, he colluded with Harry.
However, it wasn't that Ron didn't want to talk to Coven on purpose. After all, he wasn't like his twin brothers. His relationship with Coven wasn't good to that extent, so it was normal for them not to be close.
Looking at the silent main character group of three, Coven didn't care and got out of bed. After stretching slightly, he continued, "Now you know, although Professor Snape looks like he always wants to harm people, he is actually not what you think he is."
Recalling the information in his memory, Coven planned to change something, so his tone was a bit solemn, "No matter how you face Professor Snape in the future, please remember one thing. No matter what, the professor will not harm you! Okay?"
After all, they did not have much confidence, so after hearing Coven's words, the protagonist trio hurriedly nodded, indicating that they remembered.
Coven did not want to say more. Otherwise, it would cause them to rebel, so he changed the topic, "Well, you can continue to accompany Ron here. When you see Madam Pomfrey, ask if you can be discharged."
As Coven spoke, he raised his hand and pointed at the three of them.
In the next moment, the clothes on the three of them that were originally dirty and tattered suddenly recovered completely, and they seemed clean and even.
While the three of them were inspecting themselves in surprise, Coven stepped out of the infirmary, and he could faintly hear the sounds of a surprise coming from behind him...
…..
Today's classes went smoothly, and no professor came to say anything to Coven.
Coven had a guess in his heart, so he waited quietly.
Sure enough, after the afternoon class, a paper crane automatically flew in front of Coven.
After Coven picked it up, the paper crane automatically stretched out and turned back into a piece of paper.
There was only one word on it –Cockroach Pile.
Obviously, this was the password to Headmaster's room.
….
Clang! Clang!
Clang! Clang! Clang!
Coven knocked on the door of the Headmaster's office. Soon, Dumbledore's voice came from the door. "Please come in."
He pushed the door open and entered but did not see Dumbledore.
"Headmaster?" Coven walked into the office and asked, "Where are you?"
"It's Coven. I'm upstairs." Dumbledore's voice sounded a little distressed. "Come up quickly, child. Do me a favor."
"Okay, Headmaster." After Coven answered, he quickly went up to the second floor.
The second floor was Headmaster's bedroom and some other rooms. Coven didn't know what those rooms were for.
Soon, through an open wooden door, Coven found Dumbledore.
It was a small library. Dumbledore was bending over the bottom of a bookshelf, looking for something.
"Mr. Headmaster, what do you need me to do?" Coven asked.
When Dumbledore heard this, he paused in his search. Then he struggled to get up and shook his head with a bitter smile. "This height is too unfriendly to my old waist."
Coven thought, "You are starting to entertain yourself again. If you really want to find something, There's still 'Levitation Charm'."
At this time, before Coven could respond, Dumbledore continued, "Come over, kid. Let's look for it together. It's a book called 'Fire Ignites the World'."
"Okay, sir." Coven was willing to cooperate. He did not intend to use a spell. He squatted down and began to search.
Soon he found a book in a grid next to him. Coven took it out and handed it to Dumbledore.
"You don't have to give it to me." Dumbledore smiled and shook his head. "I found it for you."
"For me?" Coven was surprised and happy. After all, this was Dumbledore's personal collection.
"That's right." Dumbledore raised his hand and patted Coven's shoulder. "Let's go down and talk."
….
Back on the first floor of the office, Dumbledore sat down behind his desk. He waved his hand and brought Coven a chair and a cup of milk tea.
Dumbledore pointed at Milk Tea and smiled. "From what I know, this is the only sweet thing you can accept, right?"
"Yes, thank you, Headmaster." Coven was thirsty, so he didn't refuse and took a big sip of the milk tea.
Putting down the teacup, Coven lifted the book in his other hand and asked doubtfully, "Why do you give this to me? Do you want me to focus on this book?"
"You are right." Dumbledore raised his hand to take off the wizard's hat and put it on the desk. Then he said, "I learned about your learning progress from the professors. Now everyone has nothing to teach you, so I made the decision on my own and arranged the next learning plan for you."
"Of course." Dumbledore turned around and said, "I have some other things to discuss with you."
'It must be about Voldemort.' Coven already has a guess...
