This was considered her returning the favor for troubling the guard.

Meanwhile, the guard's complexion gradually softened even better as he responded with a bright smile.

Sure enough, once Carmen vanished from the scenes, numerous people who had been hiding in the shadows began coming up to him and asking for her whereabouts.

They were the scouts assigned by Hundred Ghost to track down Lunar Wraith.

After all, she was the key to finding out where Lin Feng went. Hence, they must accomplish this mission, otherwise, they could kiss their salary and job goodbye.
