Chapter 44: Chapter 43: The system Gift, Summoning card
The Story of Jon Snow and His Great Endeavor
My name is Jon Snow, and it has been four years since I established Winter's Heaven in the land beyond the Wall.
I have just returned from the Training Dimension of the Gods with my 35,000 students—or rather, warriors—who spent five years mastering breathing style swordsmanship. Time flows differently in the training dimension; while only five days passed here, five years passed there. Though not all my warriors perfected their breathing style, most of them learned it well. I can confidently say that even the weakest among them could defeat the best knight in the Seven Kingdoms.
When we emerged from the dimension, the Free Folk were awestruck. Their children had grown into strong and capable adults in what seemed like mere days. My army of 35,000 warriors and 40 giants exuded an overwhelming aura of confidence.
As I stood before them, I saw the joy in their eyes and decided it was time to name this incredible force. But just as I was about to speak, my System issued a notification.
The System's Gift
"Ding! Congratulations, Host, for creating your own kingdom, developing it into the strongest in the world, and raising the most powerful army. As a reward, you have unlocked a Multiverse Summoning Card!"
This card allowed me to summon a random character from the multiverse. The announcement filled me with excitement. I quickly returned to my palace, a massive structure befitting the ruler of Winter's Heaven, and asked the System, "Will the summoned character be loyal to me? What if they are more powerful than I am?"
The System responded:
"Ding! Yes, Host. Any summoned character will be 100% loyal to you."
Hearing this, I felt relieved and immediately used the summoning card. A brilliant flash of light illuminated the room, and a towering figure appeared before me.
The figure was immense, even larger than the giants, and his skin had the texture of a shark or fish. He appeared to be a Fish-Man, with a well-groomed beard, neither young nor old. The figure bowed and introduced himself.
"Hello, my name is Tom the Shipwright. I am a Fish-Man and an expert shipbuilder."
The name struck a chord. I instantly recognized him from the anime One Piece. He was the legendary shipwright who had built the Oro Jackson, the ship of Pirate King Gol D. Roger, as well as the remarkable Sea Train. His skills were unparalleled, and his engineering feats unmatched.
I knew that having him in my kingdom was a tremendous blessing.
The Vision of the Greatest Ship
"Tom," I began, "I have a grand task for you. I want you to build a fleet—not just any fleet, but one that will be remembered in legends. Specifically, I want a ship that surpasses even the greatest, such as the Noah or Thriller Bark. It must be large enough to carry my entire kingdom on board."
Tom's expression turned serious. "A ship of that size will require immense resources and rare materials," he said.
"I know," I replied. "But this isn't your world. In this land, materials like Adam Wood or Sea Stone don't exist. However, I can provide you with the strongest materials from this realm."
I demonstrated my ability by using Wood Style, a technique I had inherited from Hashirama Senju, to grow a massive wooden pillar from the ground. The pillar was reinforced with Chakra and infused with the ancient magic of this world, making it fire-resistant and virtually indestructible.
"Take a look at this wood," I said. "It's stronger than Adam Wood. With this, a monster in another world defeated an even greater monster using wood-style abilities. I believe it is the strongest material in this world. And I can produce it infinitely."
Tom examined the wood, visibly impressed. "This is remarkable," he said. "With such a material, your ship will not only rival the Noah but surpass it."
Setting the Plan in Motion
"I will give you all the resources you need," I continued. "I will assign you 5,000 men to assist in the construction, and every day, I will provide you with 1,000 Shadow Clones or Wood Clones to expedite the process. With this manpower, how long will it take to complete the project?"
Tom thought for a moment and replied, "With such resources, I can complete the ship in two years."
"Good," I said. "But I have additional requests. Alongside the flagship, I want you to build five ships the size of Moby Dick, capable of carrying at least 1,600 people each. These will form the backbone of my fleet. Once those are done, you may construct smaller ships as needed."
"This will be the most ambitious project of my life," Tom said with determination. "I won't let you down."
