"That b*stard—?! The nerve of that f*cking MC to go against me?! He even dared to give that item to whoever that person was on that f*cking VIP room #09 as a f*cking compensation?!"
A young man in his early 20s gritted on his teeth as he watch the spectacle happens outside of the room he occupied, hearing those whispers about him within the crowd that he almost went out to his room and thrashing these people who keeps on talking behind his back.
"These disgusting people—! They even dare—?!"
The young man said in anger as he clenches his fist, and he almost broke the glass of wine he's holding if it weren't for his attendant to snapped from his clouded thoughts.
"Young Master! Please calm down! You can't make a commotion in this place! What would happen if—"
The attendant tried to persuade his master to calm down, but it seems like it backfired as the young man immediately glared back at him and shouted; "You dare to order me to calm down?! You—"
"Young Master Clovis, I think it would better for us to move locations other than here since your identity had been exposed by the MC due to your actions. What do you say about it?"
The young man named Clovis stopped his tantrums when he heard what the other person said to him and that other person is someone that he personally invited to this event as a cover up for their meetings.
In reality, he wasn't that interested to participate in this event and only just got along with this person with him since he needs something from him and this person is the only one who could help him at least.
However, when the second item of this auction event had been revealed, the young master couldn't help but to be fascinated by its mere appearance, although it wasn't that polished that much, but it would be a better sword if it was repaired.
That's why when he was about to place his bet on this item since the amount of bidding keeps on higher and higher then….
"1500!"
He got startled by that absurd amount of bid and he immediately looked at the direction where that voice came from, and it was from the opposite direction from where he is right now and saw two young gentlemen wearing a mask to conceal themselves, but he noticed a notable feature from one of this two gentlemen.
The one with snow-colored hair and lilac-colored eyes….
'That appearance…. Where could I have saw it?'
He thought as he looked at that person through the curtains from his balcony that he didn't dare to make an appearance throughout this event since he didn't want to expose himself.
He was just thankful that this establishment provides personal confidentiality for those people who occupied the VIP rooms or rather, a regular guests in this establishment.
However, that wasn't the case for him since he is the first young master from the Evellen household and not only that, but his father, the ruling Lord of this territory, had mutual business agreement with the owner of this place.
From that time, he keeps on bidding for that item since he wants that sword as well and he didn't want to lose it to someone else and he didn't care if he caused a mess since he had some money and he can buy that item for how much it is.
However, who would have thought that he would be dismissed like that and to even favored that person from VIP #09 and what's even more surprising is that…. They even bestowed that sword as a compensation!
Not only that, but the MC even had the nerve to reveal his identity within the crowd and became some sort of laughingstock for them to gossip around?!
"Young Master Clovis, hello?"
He snapped from those thoughts as he looked at his other companion and coughed to compose himself and said arrogantly.
"So, you think it's my fault that this commotion happens? I just bid for an item, and I didn't violate any rules of this establishment! Why am I at fault right now?!"
'I didn't violate any rules of this establishment and it's not my fault to begin with! Also, the one who violates the rules here is none other than that MC who revealed my identity to the crowd! That's against the personal confidentiality of this establishment!'
He clenches his fists in anger as he remembered what the MC had done, and he won't let this slide.
"I'll tell this to my father after we left this place. For now, we need to move and get away from here."

"Greetings! Once more, our dear esteemed guests! The second item for this auction event would be given to you as a compensation, as per Sir Revon, our MC from earlier, stated earlier at the front center stage since the young master from Evellen household make a commotion that disrupts the bidding process earlier."
After the second item has been secured and declared to be sold as a compensation because of the sudden commotion that happened during the bidding process, one of the staff who brought the first item to them earlier, is now back at their room and the one who delivered the second item to them.
Arico looked at the item with fascination as he said; "Wow! I could feel the Ice Magic sipping out from that sword and it looked like a valuable treasure to me. Are you guys sure that this thing would be given to us as a compensation? Nothing else?"
The Slayer Agent asked the person who brought the sword to them and the staff who's responsible for delivering such item could only smile at them and said; "It's been decided that this sword would be given to you as a compensation because of the sudden commotion during the bidding process and also, Sir Revon stated that the matters about the bidding process would be handled by one of our staffs accordingly because that young master violate some of the rules."
After that explanation, Arico could only just nodded since he doesn't care about this kind of trivial matters and it's best for Eclipse to handle it himself then.
Eclipse, on the other hand, frowns as he looks at the sword that's brought into him and he grab the sword from the cart as he takes a closer look at the sword.

The world-hopper felt dizzy for a moment, but he remained calm and composed as he didn't want to be seen as a weak person to be taken advantage of and besides, he is in a place that could put him in jeopardy if he wasn't careful.
'Just now, that voice sounds like the system intercom whenever I connected to the system subspace whenever I world-hopped into another worldline! Just how did it happen?'
The world-hopper was lost for words as he couldn't pinpoint the exact reason why the system made a sudden connection all these years that they have been stranded in this worldline.
Eclipse immediately looked at the sword within his hand and he remembered that when he held this sword for a moment, the system's sudden connection revealed but after that, there is a glitch sound of error keeps on repeating through his head but afterwards, it all gone.
'What does it mean? Is this sword had some sort of connection or something? But… this sword has an owner or maybe…. There is something that triggers for the system command center to activated it?'
For a moment, he didn't know what to think for now as he glanced at the sword in his hands one last time as he put it away in his inventory and he just ignored the surprise look coming from the staff who delivered the sword to him.
"I will gladly accept this as a compensation, but I feel bad for taking such valuable item from this establishment since this item should be an auction item but because of the sudden turn of events, this could be a huge loss on your part, especially to the owner of this establishment."
He paused for a moment as he continued; "Why not delivered this message to your boss that if they need something, as long as I could do within my own strength, I could lend him a hand or much better, if your boss preferred to meet me personally for negotiation about this matter."
After he said that, the staff who got dazed because of what he just witnessed since space magic users are typically rare within this Empire and now that he encountered one of them, he couldn't help but admired the person in front of him and recalling this person's mysterious identity because of Frenan.
