Chapter 20: Introductions, Mission?

I climbed out of the barrel slowly, feeling the relatively cool air hit my blushing red skin. I felt as if I had just finished in a sauna as I left the barrel. When I looked down at my body it was as if I was made of snow.

'This is weird I'm too used to having tan, living in Australia in my past life...'

[Get used to it... You Charisma has now risen.]

[CHA: 235>435]

'Damn, okay.'

I further inspected my body. My breasts were perfectly shaped with no sagging despite their F cup size, the pink protrusions luscious and tantalizing. My stomach was soft but firm with the faint outline of a six-pack. In other simpler words I had a healthy hour-glass figure with beautifully fluffy hair, down below as well, and my physique could be called nothing more than either heavenly or seducing, every curve of my figure and change in feature drawing even myself in.

'I might just become a narcissist at this rate...'

[You aren't already? Surprising.]

'Wow, really? That was a low blow.'

[Heh.]

A bit disgruntled from my sis's comment I summoned out my wings flapping them slightly. It was somewhat instinctual for them to just flap slowly but I noted a faint light trail following both sets of wings, one red and one golden. Watching them for a few moments I considered flying that was until I hear footsteps in the distance coming towards my room. I hastily took out a dress from my storage ring and put it on, the dress practically screaming my beauty now that I had somewhat cleansed myself, at least in my opinion. I wish I had a mirror...

'Shit, I forgot to get that mirror!'

[Well, you finally noticed. It doesn't matter anyway, can't you just create a spell that creates the same effect if you are so worried about it?]

'True, I really need to stop and consider things.'

[Glad you noticed, you should learn Occlumency on another note.]

'Let me guess, The Ancient One? Yeah I kind of figured I should... I need to start studying those books especially the forbidden spells, maybe I can find other spells than just the 4 forbidden curses and the spell to make horcruxes.'

[Wow, growth... *Tear Drop* They grow up so fast.]

'Really? You aren't my mother so why are you acting that way?'

[Doesn't mean I'm not your older sister.]

'Nope, denied, you are the younger one.'

[What!? No, just n-]

My and sis's argument was cut short however when a knock sounded on the door. I quickly fixed myself and my expression as I started moving over towards the door. When I got there and opened it I saw The Ancient One yet again, her expression calm and collected as her eyes slightly flashed green again before returning to normal.

"It seems you have rested well, good. Come with me."

Her words weren't questionable as she slowly turned and began smoothly walking back in the direction she came. My eyes narrowed slightly before returning to a more natural state. I soon followed after her, catching up to her down the hallway by trying to walk fast slightly, which caused me to appear right behind her my feet slowing down somewhat to match her pace. I kept my mind under control as much as possible as I tried my hardest to focus solely on the scenery around me.

We traversed through large open hallways with open doorways that lead into secluded training areas and small gardens with gazebos off to the side, or at least their equivalent in this place. Very quickly we emerged from one of the main buildings into a large training yard where several sorcerers summoned spectral weapons of bright orange and sometimes glass to slash or stab at each other.

'Cool, very cool.'

I couldn't help but let out inside my own head as I continued to follow behind the sorceress supreme, eyeing the spectacle we were passing by. When I finally lost sight of the training sorcerers I saw the sorceress supreme smiling slyly as she continued to walk. I simply tried to ignore her as I refocused my efforts on my surroundings. We had now gone down several steps and entered a semi-ethereal looking garden with small ponds of water floating in the air alongside some small pot plant-like islands of dirt that held plants of varying descriptions.

"It is here that your mission will begin..."

I cocked my head to the side in my surprise as I tried to run the word 'mission' through my head. My face must have had a twitch or she read my mind again because she started speaking soon after I stopped to process.

"You heard right... Mission."

"Now, before we get to that I would like to know your name."

I grew a bit hesitant with regards to giving her my name, i knew spells could target the names of places, why not people?

[Just give her your name you idiot, she's fed you, housed you and clothed you.]

'Ugh, yes, sorry.'

"Yes, my name is Emelia, do you need my full name?"

"No Emelia will do. My I inquire what that presence within your mind is? I cannot decipher it's intent nor its purpose but it seems to easily be capable of communicating with you."

"U-um, you could kind of call it a spirit, I suppose? It's bound to my soul and first showed up when I woke up, ever since it helps me with things."

"No lies... Interesting, anyway, to your mission. You said you would like to learn from me yesterday. Well, to earn that teaching you will have to carry out a special mission, one of great importance for the timeline."

"Okay, what might that be?"

"Defend Tony Stark or as he is known by the public 'Iron Man'. He will be in grave danger very soon, your mission is to make sure he survives and is still capable of being the hero the world needs him to be."

'Holy shit'

[Holy shit indeed.]
