The light in the supermarket was so good because of power failure. It was even darker inside because of the staff piled in there.
The desire for human flesh had overcome the fear of light. Those monsters came out from the shadows and were approaching Xia Liang and Xia Min.
Whoosh!
Noticing a wobbling figure ahead of him, Xia Min put up extra attention in his eyes and shot the arrow precisely into the monster’s head.
Xia Min strode ahead and took the arrow out of the monster’s head after he made sure it was thoroughly dead.
“Brother, we may find stuff like emergency lamps over there.” Xia Liang pointed to the other side as she observed the layout of the shop.
“Liang, you move forward!” Xia Min noticed a monster approaching him fast when he looked back.
However, as he was focusing on what was behind them, he did not see the front. Every corner at front, in fact, was a perfect place for monsters to hide. There were more than a dozen in total.
After he killed the zombie chasing them from behind, they heard a fight at front.
Oh no! Thought Xia Min.
Fear and anxiety crawled over all over his body. He ran as the fast as he could and kept praying that Liang was fine.
When he made it to the front after he ran around a row of shelving, he was astonished what he saw.
His sister was kicking away a monster with a foot. Even Xia Min himself couldn’t have done her speed and power.
Right after she kicked away the monster, she made a beautiful turnaround, swung the iron bar in her right hand precisely and hit right into the head of another monster.
Just in the blink of an eye, she already killed two monsters and it seemed that she didn’t pay much effort. It was like a piece of cake for her.
Xia Min narrowed his eyes and suspected if she was really his own sister.
Because his own sister would never know such awesome, professional fighting techniques at all.
Xia Liang turned around and had a bad feeling as she saw the doubt in Xia Min’s eyes when he was looking at her from behind.
She used fighting skills to quickly kill the monsters. But she didn’t anticipate Xia Min would see this.
However, before Xia Liang tried to make an excuse to explain it, she saw a monster approaching them behind Xia Min.
“Xia Min! Move! Behind you!”
Xia Liang shouted anxiously. Xia Min, however, stood there still as if he didn’t hear her at all.
Xia Liang didn’t know why he acted like that. She was so worried that she moved swiftly toward Xia Min and shoveled him away right before the monster touched him. And she kicked the monster right away the next second.
Bang!
The monster fell on the shelf and knocked it away. Then it was buried by the stuff that dropped off from the shelf.
Ah!
Xia Liang felt her arm was held tightly and she got dragged away. Her body fell down on Xia Min out of control. Neither of them could stand on their feet and directly fell down onto the floor.
Xia Liang was on the top of Xia Min. The moment they hit the floor, her lips accidentally pressed against Xia Min’s. Their eyes clashed!.
