Pokemon: Jordinio Version

Chapter 166: Chapter 165

Alright, so I'm gonna post up here on this chapter so more see it just cuz it's important - to me at least - so to be blunt, my Pa-tr-eon account appeal failed. My account is permanently deactivated. Oooft, there goes 10k+ a month. Well, it was usually more on average around $11,000 to $12,000, sometimes dipping below 11k, a few times it hit as high as 14-15k.

Still, it's a a massive kick in the balls, on top of everything already happening with the deaths and what nots, that I won't get into here, I already brought it up and don't wanna hammer you guys with that depressive shit. And hilariously, it was basically all over a tiny little 400 or so word Naruto shota commission drabble from 2018 that I missed when I got rid of all that stuff from my profile two years ago. My lack of thoroughness sure kicked me in the balls hard.

But like Lawrence the third said, in Pokemon the movie 2000. "Here is how it all began, and how it will begin again."

I'll bounce back, I always bounce back no matter the shit hitting me hard in the face. So what if my brother, my dog, my mother, my grandfather and dad are dead. So what if my livelihood was ripped out from underneath me with no warning and I lose over ten grand a month. So what if my plans for getting a new house and such are all put in the trash for this year now.

That ain't enough to keep me down. Like abridged Frieza said, "Is that all you've got jackass? Better bring your A-game next time."

So, yeah...god that was cringe. But anyhoo, cringe aside, I've opened up a Subscribestar. And we're up to $386 a month so far on it after less than two days. If you want to read my shit ahead of time, the advanced chapters and crap, head on over there. There's advanced chapters up there for Jordinio Version, Systematic Shinobi, Systematic Shinobi Multiverse Mayhem, Dragon Tale, A Scottish Dragon In This Wonderful World, Power, The Scape(that aint uploaded here yet mind you), Bleached Invader, Beyond Critical and Systematic Huntsman. And there's gonna be a shit ton more going up soon too.

Cuz I'm gonna have to write a shit ton to tempt you all, like the devilish bastard I am.

If you want to support me on there, just head over to subscribestar, my account name is 0jordinio0, no spaces. Hell, I even have a Ko-fi if you wanna just toss cash at me cuz you love me, which would be weird but hey, there's a lot weirder out there, like psycho junkies chopping each other up with machete's out my backdoor. The wankers. Anyway, my Ko-fi is simply /Jordoz after the site domain home link.

And that's it for now, I'm off to sleep cuz it's 4 am. And I just spent hours cancelling my mothers phone contract and crap. And I'm heading up to the pet rescue tomorrow as well to see about adopting a new dog, cuz damn I'm so used to living with other peeps now, it's lonely being in this house alone...well I suppose Isobro helps. Oh, and I need to be well rested to get cranking on the writing too I suppose.

Later for now guys, enjoy the chapter!

__________________________________________

As it turned out my pokemon had for all intents and purposes, claimed a part of the large dome building as their own territory. I was directed to follow the largest of the sprawling rivers leading away from the centre of the area, into a large sprawling and dense forest area filled with a wide variety of berry trees. It opened up into another smaller pooling of water at the very end inside what appeared to be a clearing in the middle of the forest area, stationed right in front of a large rocky plateau.

And everywhere as far as my eye could see I saw my pokemon. I saw Golbat hanging upside down from a tree beside Butterfree, Beedrill buzzing above, zooming drills through the air. Persian and my dozens of Meowth were lounging practically everywhere. Poliwrath was on the banks of the river trading blows with Shiftry as Krabby rested off to the side of them watching them fight with keen interest, while throughout the small lake they'd claimed I saw dozens of Squirtle and Wartortle.

"!" A chirping squeaking chitter of excitement drew my eyes upwards at the very top of the rocky plateau and found Raticate and Golem staring down at me.

"Gol!" Golem beamed and waved his arms at me happily and excitedly, and was joined a moment later as Clefable waddled over to peer down at the top and wave to me as well.

Raticate wasn't content with that though-

And the ball of brown fur outright launched himself from the very top of the rocky plateau, leaping straight down towards me. He was a blur of motion-

But I'm Jord and I lift Gyarados' for shits and giggles.

So my arms came up and caught him a moment later, and if I grunted and lost my balance momentarily because of the sheer speed he leapt down at me with, well shut up.

"Heya mate I've missed you!" I laughed as Raticate wasted no time in thrusting his fuzzy whiskered face against mine and nuzzling me for all he was worth.

"Ratataicate!" he babbled against my face.

The commotion Raticate made drew the attention of all the other pokemon around us. And honestly, it was a wonder I wasn't caught before, I had literally walked through dozens of my Exeggutor who had barely glanced at me.

Still, even as eyes lit up and dozens of pokemon rushed over to me, while others stayed back and wearily eyed me such as the Squirtle and Watortle, I noticed something about the rat pokemon in my arms.

"Have you gotten bigger buddy?" I laughed, lifting him high up into the air above my head and examining him.

"Ratta!" he nodded his head as an affirmative bobbing up and down in my grasp.

I thought so, he was definitely a decent bit heavier than I remember as well. In the short time we've been apart, he has to have grown by at least four or five inches!

"You've been really working hard, huh?" I brought him back down and hugged him to my chest, "All of you have, I saw on my pokedex." I looked around at the pokemon who had all approached me.

Mostly those who had been on my squad or switched around, those who stayed away where ones I hadn't really interacted with yet beyond catching.

Shiftry smirked and gave me a single nod, while Poliwrath gave me the Zyzz flex and a twin pair of thumbs up. I lowered Raticate to the ground at my feet, but no sooner did I do that, did a familiar buzzing noise come from behind me and Beedrill landed atop my back, perching his massive lance arms over my shoulders and hugging himself to my back-

And the earth rumbled ominously as Golem dropped from the rock plateau, followed by the dainty floating figure of Clefable slowly following down behind him.

"When did you get so clingy?" I groused with a roll of my eyes at Beedrill, even as I pat one of his lances and greeted Golem with a fond pat on the head, "Weren't you the silent confident badass type like Shiftry? Or did you miss me that much?"

"Bzzz!" Beedrill buzzed and smacked his head against the back of my own lightly, before pulling back-

Just in time for Golbat's massive bulk to perch atop my shoulders, "Really?" I rolled my eyes as he smacked me across the cheek with his massive, long tongue and chittered in amusement.

One by one I was greeted by my pokemon, Persian strolling up halfway through and rubbing up against my side with a purr and plopping down at my side when I took a seat on a large boulder I was directed too as if it were a throne.

As I did, a familiar massive crab pokemon hopped up beside me and greeted me with a happy wave of one of his claws, "Hey Krabby, doing good?" I greeted him.

"Kookee!" he thumped me on the shoulder and beamed. It was just a light tip, but it throbbed. Man he had some real power behind those claws. He really was massive too.

I can't wait to see the kind of monster he'll be when he evolves.

"Good to hear mate." I bumped my fist again his claw, it was more than twice the size of my fist.

As I pulled back, there was a rustle in the tree above me, and Snivy dropped out of the tree to land on my shoulder and lay herself across it in a lazy yet somehow graceful lounge.

I need to learn that, it had a feel of such grand lazy contemptuous arrogance that it would be perfect for not only showing off, but pissing people off.

Basically right up my alley way.

Good thing I planned on bringing her along with me when I set out again soon.

"Oh yeah, have a seat why don't you." I rolled my eyes in greeting.

"Sni." Snivy sniffed, giving me a lazy lidded look and smirk.

I should learn that too. Like yeah I plan on being a better person and all, but again, baby steps, and I never promised to be a better person to the likes of Cross. I will only use this power of aggravating arrogance once I obtain it, on people who deserve it.

Speaking of starters who belonged to other trainers previously though, "Any idea where Raboot is?" I asked.

Snivy nodded simply, before one of her vines reached up into the tree she just leapt down onto me from, and came back down a second little pulling along with it an embarrassed looking Raboot.

"Woah," I blinked as he was simply dropped swept over him as he was dropped into my lap by Snivy, "Nice of you to drop by." I greeted him.

The white fur of his face flushed a bit red somehow, no idea how and he grunted, giving me a raised hand in greeting, "Boot."

Awkward little guy huh? Not that I blame him. How could he develop social skills being around a friendless, maidenless weirdo like Goh after all? It's no wonder I not only stole his starter, but his childhood friend as well.

And plan to steal his dream while I'm at it too.

Hmm, maybe I should beat Mew with Raboot and record it?

Thoughts for later.

"I saw you learned Flamethrower while you were here," I said, before reaching down and covering the entirety of his small head with my palm and rubbing it gently, "Good job, you've been working hard huh? You'll be a real beast soon mate."

"Ra..." he ducked his head to avoid my gaze bashfully, the cool facade he tried to display melting away in moments as he avoided my gaze. A shy guy for sure despite outward appearances.

"Mrrawo." Persian gave a little purring chuckle of amusement as he eyed the rabbit in my lap, who glared at him sullenly.

Chuckling myself I continued patting Raboot's head and turned my attention to the feline pokemon by my side, who while sitting beside my reached almost chest level, even with me sitting on a small boulder as a seat.

Persian as a species really were a lot bigger than most thought.

"So how's the place been treating you?" I asked, "You and your group been settling in alright?"

Persian merely gave me a smiling, raised brow smirk and butt his head against my knee, laying his head across my knees beside where Raboot was resting.

Very casual, and said all that needed to be said.

"Good to know mate," I nodded, "Will the Meowth be alright without you? I was thinking of bringing you along when I next set out. Alongside Raboot, Snivy and Krabby here." I nodded at the other three pokemon lounging around me.

Krabby perked up noticeably, "Kookee?" he pointed a claw at himself.

"Hell yeah you're coming," I nodded, "You were super strong in the battle against Milotic without any training at all. I can't wait to see how strong I can train you to be."

I didn't know it was possible for red shelled crabs to blush, but somehow Krabby managed it, bubbles foaming at his mouth, before he pumped his claw in happiness.

"Mraow..." Persian purred thoughtfully, before simply nodding his head at my question.

"Good to know." I said, I'm planning on taking quite a few pokemon out with me. Putting aside my fossil pokemon that I don't really plan on training for battle besides the one Kabutops and Aerodactyl, they'll all be coming with me regardless. They're leverage to get old man Oak to get my place built up good and proper as quick as possible.

But battler wise, that was Persian, Raboot, Snivy, Krabby and Kabutops.

Pidgeot, Charizard and Fearow are all of course coming. They are my flight team after all. and parallel to them are my swimming team Milotic, Gyarados and Blastoise. Which brings the total up to eleven.

Raticate and Golem are coming for sure. Raticate has put in some real work lately and deserves it, and Golem is needed for a few of my plans to go through.

...There's a pair of legendaries I can get easy access to and might be able to bring down in one fell swoop with Golem's explosion. They were powerful, incredibly so. But were glass cannons.

Actually.

I wonder, what about Moltres? I had planned on avoiding it for now, but I know the rough area of where a Moltres nest is, actually not that far off of Pallet Town. It was in the mountains near the edge of Professor Oak's land. I'd generally not thought much about it because I was dead set sure that me and my pokemon couldn't do anything to it right now. After all, it had traded hands with Ash's Infernape and had the upper hand.

...But after that battle with Lance, I'm not so sure. I might actually be able to do it.

Especially with Altaria on my squad now.

...Which was another I was bringing along, alongside Aerodactyl.

Which was fifteen right then and there of main battlers. Over twenty in total with the squad of fossil pokemon.

Not to mention you know-

Togepi, Dragonite and Rotom.

And I want to bring one of my Exeggutor along as well to see if I can train it to take advantage of its three heads like Lance did with his Hydreigon.

Which made nineteen active battlers.

Thank fuck I don't have a carry limit anymore because fucking hell man.

I'm gonna need to stock up on a lot of pokemon food huh? Good thing I'm loaded now.

Well, while I'm still here, I'll need to pick out what Exeggutor I want to use. And see about having Butterfree and my other grass types teach it some attacks. Like the powder attacks, Psychic, Sunny Day, Solar Beam, Teleport.

That kind of thing.

As always, the grind never waited.

_______________________

I ended up sticking around the Pokemon Center for another three days. There was quite a few things I had to do before I set out after all.

Plus I was waiting on my gauntlet from Silph Co being made and transferred over to me.

For one, I had to teach all my pokemon Tera Blast.

Well, all the pokemon I would actively be using in battle, so it wasn't counting the other massive groups of pokemon I had like the Meowth, the squirtle and wartortle and the Exeggutor beyond the strongest one I'd picked out.

…Well I say strongest, but I honestly just picked out the one that had the most moves already known.

There wasn't much personality between the Exeggutor for me to narrow down anything else. They were rather…well not dull, but easy going pokemon as a whole.

They had rather prodigious mental capabilities though, and the one I picked out as my main Exeggutor at the very least, picked up things very fast.

In just three days it picked up a bunch of attacks from my other pokemon. The spore type attacks actually weren't needed to be learned, it had already known them, as it had Psychic.

To start with, Exeggutor had already known: Hypnosis, Stun Spore, Sleep Powder, Poison Powder, Barrier, Psychic, Stomp, Barrage and Leech Seed.

Sunny Day, Solar Beam and Teleport however were picked up quite quickly. And beyond that, was one more move that would be very vital going forward that I had Exeggutor work on with Golem.

Explosion.

Just thinking about it made me shudder in excitement. A barrage of status ailment powders from each head at once. One head to protect with Barrier, another to harass with Psychic and the last to slap hard with Leech Seed.

Exeggutor would be a horror to battle.

And if he was ever on the backfoot and going to go down? Boom! Explosion!

Exeggutor will become the ultimate fuck you pokemon.

"Damn, it looks so cool."

A laugh left my throat as I looked down into the opened box sitting atop my bed for the duration of my stay in Viridian City.

A gleaming metallic silver gauntlet sat perched before my eyes within the confines of the box. It had just arrived not long ago.

And it looked amazing.

It was designed to reach up to my elbow and was all sleek, shiny and are I say elegant? At the back of the fist of the gauntlet, there was a screen that according to the instructions would allow me to keep track of all that was contained within it and other such things.

For instance, it was designed to be able to slot together with a pokedex, or even phones.

And in the middle of the palm there was a spherical indent that would open up to allow items to be absorbed inside it and stored. It truly was a marvel to look at.

Lifting it up, I eyed the inside of it and couldn't stop the grin from spreading across my face as I beheld the soft velvety inlaid insides. It was made specifically to be comfortable while I wore it.

I slid my hand into it and clenched my fist, metallic clad fingers curling easily and seamlessly. No stiffness at all.

The craftsmanship on this thing is incredible.

"Alright then." I licked my lips and reached for my belt where twenty seven literal shrunken pokeballs hung from my belt.

Nineteen active battling and training pokemon.

Pidgeot, Charizard, Fearow, Blissey, Milotic, Blastoise, Gyarados, Raticate, Golem, Persian, Raboot, Snivy, Krabby, Kabutops, Aerodactyl, Altaria, Dragonite, Togepi, Exeggutor.

Eight tag longs in the form of my other Kabutops, the two Kabuto, the two Omastar, the two Omanyte and that spunky female Wartortle of mine. the fossil pokemon would be sticking with me for now until Casa De Jord is fully built.

Which according to Professor Oak would only be a month. Man that old man worked fast when he wanted to research pokemon.

And finally, the one I just plucked from my belt.

"Come on out Rotom." I released the pokemon from the confines of its pokeball in a burst of silvery light.

"Kekekekekekkekeekke!" a chortling snicker met my ears immediately as Rotom appeared before me.

The little electric ghost pokemon had barely materialised before it started zipping around the room at blurring speeds.

If it weren't for the fact I was so used to pokemon battling now and training my body to the brink, I wouldn't even be able to see the little twit moving it was so fast.

Surge was right about one thing.

Rotom as a whole were irritating little shits.

Though he had told me they calmed down a lot more when they entered a piece of technology and gained a more solid body. Something about them being purely ethereal as a ghost type meant they were in a state of constant motion like electricity itself.

I don't really get it, Surge explained it to me but it went mostly over my head. I suppose I could call him and get him to explain it to me.

He'd left last night, alongside Professor Cerise and Chloe.

…And I'd gotten the phone numbers of all three of them. I'd struck up an odd sort of friendship with Surge, and he'd even offered me the chance to come train with him when I had the time, he'd told me he was interested in seeing how I would do getting put through the same kind of soldier boot camp training he'd went through.

And honestly if I weren't so busy I'd have taken him up on the offer. There were bound to be loads of training techniques in such a training course that would help me a shit ton.

Professor Cerise was pretty self explanatory. He wanted the chance to study a lot of my pokemon when I had the time.

And Chloe? Well, she had a little bit of soul searching to do. To decide on what she really wanted to do with her life going forward. That, and we'd slept together every night she'd been in Viridian City.

So exchanging numbers was kind of self explanatory…again.

On that topic, Professor Oak and Delia had left just this morning as well. Before they got waylaid by my 'discovery' of the living fossil pokemon, they'd been on their way to Porta Vista for a little holiday and to meet up with Ash and Gary to check in on them.

Well either way, as it was before he'd left I'd had a talk with him, Professor Oak that was. Specifically about the home being built for me and my pokemon.

I'd been inspired by the massive dome building my pokemon had been living within here at Viridian City. A Terrarium Biodome it was called, Biome for short. A massive building terrarium where the insides were build specifically to reflect certain climates and habitats for all kinds of pokemon, multiple different ones side by side throughout the insides even.

I wanted one.

Luckily for me, Professor Oak was the right guy to talk to if I wanted to get one. With his help, it was surprisingly easy to purchase the amount of land I wanted.

So twelve million pokedollars went down the drain instantly right there to purchase a hundred and fifty acres of land, bringing the total amount of land I own up to a hundred and sixty acres.

And then it cost another eighteen million for the biome.

Which was surprisingly cheap. But then, in this world where pokemon could build entire houses in a day and the league going out of their way to endorse trainers, maybe I shouldn't have been surprised.

Either way, I was brought down to just over a hundred and thirty million pokedollars in total, and I'd have a property ranging for one hundred and sixty acres and a biome that would cover roughly one hundred acres of that land.

Which was perfect since it left plenty of space for any pokemon that didn't want to live inside the biome.

I held my hand up, "Rotom, come." I commanded, holding my gauntlet clad fist out into the open air.

The zipping bolt of electricity that was Rotom froze to a halt mid-air a few feet away from me-

And before I could even look it in the eye, the little electric ghost buzzed out of existence, forming into a bolt of electricity that zipped towards me and slammed into the gauntlet atop my fist like a lightning bolt to a lightning rod.

And before my eyes, the gauntlet began to shift and change. Its already sleek form rippled around my arm and fastened perfectly around my limb and the shining silver bled and darkened into a crimson red.

"Huh." I blinked, "Eat your heart out Tony Stark." I snorted.

It almost looked like I was wearing one of the Iron Man gauntlets. Even the indent in the middle of the palm lit up with a soft glow akin to the repulsors.

And at the back of the fist, the screen lit up with a pair of spherical blue indents forming at the top of it that formed the shape of eyes.

"Rotom Gauntlet is online!" a mechanical voice chirped from the gauntlet.

"Everything alright Rotom?" I asked, holding the gauntlet up to my face and looking into the eyes now at the back of my fist.

"All systems are running perfectly," Rotom chirped, "This is interesting, I have never felt so calm and at peace before. Trainer Jord, are you perhaps a genius?"

"Yes." I nodded humbly.

"Systems indicate a lie going by your pulse," Rotom hummed, "Well no matter, genius or fool, Rotom Gauntlet is ready to serve!"

Rude.

As expected of my pokemon I suppose.

No matter.

"Did you learn any new attacks from possessing the gauntlet?" I asked curiously.

"Data indicates that I have indeed learned a new attack, but am incapable of scanning myself to find out which." Rotom replied, "Data also indicates a change in typing, but again, lack the software or hardware needed to scan myself fully."

I hummed, reaching into my pocket and pulling out my phone, "The gauntlet is supposed to be able to connect to a pokedex or phone," I pointed out and held it up before the gauntlet, "Store this inside and see if you can get access to the pokedex app inside, it should be able to tell you."

"Roger that!" Rotom chirped.

The indent in the middle of the palm glowed brighter, before suddenly the phone in my hand was slurped inside.

The way it warped as it shrank inside, made it look like an odd noodle.

I stared at the gauntlet for a few seconds, waiting.

"Connection complete!" Rotom relayed after those few seconds, "Pokedex scan indicates that Rotom Gauntlet is an Electric and Fighting Type pokemon. The ability remains levitate. Known moves: Shock Wave, Thunder Wave, Confuse Ray, Shadow Ball, Double Team, Tera Blast and Mach Punch."

Hmm. Mach Punch Huh? And as I predicted, it really did become an electric and fighting type.

Still, that was somewhat disappointing, I was hoping for Aura Sphere or something.

Well, Mach Punch isn't so bad I suppose. Like Crabhammer it is a pretty interesting attack with two variations. One clads the fist with energy for a physical blow, the other allows to fire off a long range fist of force and energy.

Hmm, I wanted to try something.

"Rotom, Double Team." I ordered.

I wanted to see if-

"Roger!" Rotom chirped. The gauntlet on my hand shimmered, before spreading across my body-

And a second later, multiple gauntlet clad versions of me were spread about the room.

A massive grin spread across my face, "Oh yeah, I can work with this," I guffawed. Shaping my fingers into a gun shape I levelled my finger at one of the clones, "Thunder Wave." I ordered, keeping it low powered while inside.

The gauntlet on my fist lit up with electricity and a thin bolt leapt forth from my pistol shaped fingers and pierced through the illusionary clone, making it burst apart.
