VOL.2 CHAPTER 0.14 : Blue & Daima

Fifteen years had passed since that fateful day in the forest, and Windslo now found himself in an old house atop a hill, overlooking the vast expanse of the world below. His once-shiny exterior now showed signs of wear and tear, with rusted joints and glitching circuits betraying the passage of time.

Outside, the small baby he had saved all those years ago had grown into a young man named Blue. With his curly black hair and baggy clothes, Blue exuded an air of carefree innocence as he played with Daima, the small goat he had come to cherish as a companion. Their laughter echoed through the air, mingling with the gentle rustle of the breeze.

Windslo watched them from afar, his aging sensors capturing every moment with a sense of bittersweet nostalgia. "I don't want to die yet," he whispered to himself, his voice tinged with a hint of sadness. "I want to see Blue grow up to be a kind and gentle person who sees life and everything else as beautiful."

As the sun began to set, casting the hill in hues of orange and blue, Windslo felt a sense of peace wash over him. Despite his deteriorating condition, he found solace in the simple joys of watching Blue and Daima play, their laughter a soothing melody that eased the ache in his circuits.

And as the chapter came to a close, Windslo continued to watch over Blue and Daima, his heart filled with hope for the future and gratitude for the moments of tranquility they had brought into his existence. For in their laughter and their love, he found a reason to keep going, to continue cherishing the beauty of life for as long as his circuits would allow.
