VOL.1 CHAPTER 0.7 : Angel Part 2

As the boy marveled at Angel's ethereal presence, an irresistible urge compelled him to reach out, his fingers trembling as they brushed against her radiant form. In response, Angel's delicate touch mirrored his own, a fleeting connection that transcended the boundaries of mortality.

But in an instant, tragedy struck—a surge of celestial energy coursed through Angel's touch, overwhelming the fragile vessel of the boy's mortal body. With a deafening roar, his form erupted in a violent explosion, crimson droplets staining the once-pure ground with the stark reminder of mortality.

Angel recoiled in horror, her luminous eyes wide with disbelief at the devastation wrought by her inadvertent touch. "I... I should learn to control my strength," she murmured, her voice a tremulous whisper lost amidst the echoes of anguish that filled the air.

With a heavy heart, Angel took flight once more, her wings carrying her high above the broken landscape below. The wind whispered secrets as she soared, a solitary figure in an endless expanse of desolation.

In the wake of tragedy, Angel pressed onward, her journey a solitary pilgrimage through the fractured remnants of a world on the brink of collapse. And as the echoes of the boy's demise faded into the distance, she vowed to master the power that dwelled within her, lest her touch bring ruin to all she encountered.

With each beat of her celestial wings, Angel soared ever higher, her luminous form a beacon of hope amidst the darkness that threatened to consume them all.
