"Commander-in-Chief Kong, is it?" Ian said, his gaze fixed on the approaching figure. Though Kong's appearances in the story were few, Ian recognized him instantly. As he spoke, the tempestuous Raigo dissipated, the sky returning to a semblance of calm.

The moment he set foot on Mary Geoise, he had sensed several powerful presences within the World Government. One belonged to Kong, another to the GorĹŤsei, and the last to someone seemingly absent from the original storyline.

As the former Fleet Admiral and current Commander-in-Chief, Kong's strength in his prime was undeniable.

The Gorōsei' Powers weren't significantly stronger than Kong's, nor were they much stronger than the current Fleet Admiral or Admirals. They felt similar to Whitebeard in his old age. But to hold such high positions within the World Government, in a world ruled by strength…

...

"I've been meaning to meet you, but I didn't expect it to be under these circumstances. You were a Marine once, weren't you?" Kong said, his voice heavy, clad in his Commander-in-Chief's greatcoat.

"Was I?" Ian replied casually, stopping his advance. He looked at Kong with an almost indifferent gaze.

"Kong, I trust you haven't been corrupted by power. You know my purpose here."

Kong, however, was the Commander-in-Chief. He quickly regained his composure, his face serious with resolve.

"The World Government is the foundation of peace. I will not allow you to run wild here."

"Very well…" As Ian spoke, his aura shifted, transforming into a chilling wave of bloodlust, a glimpse into a hellish landscape of carnage.

An ordinary person would have succumbed to frightening hallucinations, driven mad by the sheer intensity. Even Kong felt the pressure, though his will was far too strong to be broken by mere aura. In the next instant…

Without hesitation, Kong charged, launching a devastating punch at Ian. But Ian didn't flinch. Kong, reacting instantly, used Soru, his mastery of the technique evident in his near-instantaneous movement, appearing behind Ian.

With terrible speed and explosive power, Kong aimed a blow at Ian's back.

Even before the punch landed, the force of the compressed air howled around them.

Ian spun, meeting Kong's attack head-on with a punch of his own. He feared no one in a fistfight.

His High-Speed Regeneration would instantly mend any damage.

BOOM!

Ian's fist collided with Kong's, coated in shimmering Armament Haki. The impact resonated like a bomb detonating beneath an unbreakable surface.

The shockwave rippled outwards. Ian stood firm, while Kong stumbled back a step. Even Kong, the Commander-in-Chief, the legendary figure who had once terrorized pirates across the sea, was no match for Ian.

There was no doubt…

In a one-on-one fight, Ian was practically invincible. As he retracted his fist, Ian felt a slight tingle, but his advanced regeneration and 85% Hierro rendered the impact negligible. The sensation vanished instantly.

"The Strength-Strength Fruit? Or does it have another name?" Ian asked, glancing at Kong. The power behind that punch was unnatural, its focus on pure strength almost comparable to Whitebeard's Tremor-Tremor Fruit.

Even Garp would likely be outmatched in raw power. Such a focused enhancement of strength was unusual. There were Devil Fruits that enhanced speed, and even one that enhanced size, strength, and speed simultaneously.

There had to be a Devil Fruit that solely enhanced strength, pushing physical power to its absolute limit. That was Kong's ability. His epithet, "Steel Bones," likely stemmed from the reinforced skeletal structure necessary to withstand such immense force.

"…" Kong remained silent, inwardly surprised by Ian's strength. While he was past his prime, his physique had ensured his power hadn't diminished significantly.

He had never feared Whitebeard. He had been a Marine Admiral before Whitebeard earned the title of "World's Strongest Man." But the reality was stark. Even Kong's full-powered attack hadn't fazed Ian, who had effortlessly repelled him.

A strange pressure descended. Though still airborne, Ian felt the wind die around him.

"Hmm?"

The air around him felt… wrong. As if all the air had been sucked away. He couldn't breathe. It felt like something was trying to rip the air from his lungs.

"Absolute Vacuum."

Kong, his eyes cold, looked up at Ian, seemingly surprised he hadn't fallen from the sky. He cocked his fist and punched.

"Air Cannon."

BOOM!

A compressed blast of air, a white column of pure force, erupted, engulfing Ian. Its power was earth-shattering.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Kong, without pausing, used Soru to reappear in several different locations, launching a series of Air Cannons, trapping Ian in a vortex of compressed air. The combined force threatened to crush him.

However, as the compressed air dissipated, Ian remained floating in the sky, completely unharmed.

"Hmm?" Ian muttered, narrowing his eyes at Kong. "The Air-Air Fruit, a Paramecia-type, I presume? The World Government has quite the collection."

The Air-Air Fruit.

Undeniably a top-tier Devil Fruit. The Absolute Vacuum alone was a devastating weapon, capable of instantly incapacitating anyone lacking sufficient physical resilience. And the Air Cannon was likely even stronger than Bartholomew Kuma's Ursus Shock.

After all, it granted absolute control over air. However, Ian had witnessed Dragon's wind manipulation in Impel Down. Dragon could not only control air but also generate wind blades comparable to a master swordsman's slashes. The Air-Air Fruit was likely a sub-category within the Paramecia class.

Kong roared, stomping his foot. The force of the impact cracked the ground beneath him. With explosive power, he launched himself into the air, his speed surpassing the sound barrier as he closed in on Ian, another punch aimed at his head.

Ian didn't bother turning. He knew Kong was using Armament Haki. Holding back against someone like Kong would be pointless. Ian casually swung his elbow backward.

Crack!

His elbow connected with empty space, but the impact resonated like shattered ice. The void fractured, a wave of concussive force rippling outwards. Shockingly, the cracks in the void weren't just air… but black fissures, tears in space itself.

Facing this power, capable of shattering space itself, Kong, despite coating himself in Armament Haki, was helpless. The moment he made contact with the shockwave, he felt not terror, but a deep sense of resignation.

This horrifying power…

Had the World Government made the right decision in antagonizing Ian? Perhaps this eight-century-old behemoth was about to be toppled.

Bang!

Kong was sent flying like a meteor, his body reduced to a mangled mess. Ian, showing a sliver of mercy for the old warrior who had fought for peace on the sea, spared his life.

But he had no time to linger. The battle at Marineford raged on. Every moment he wasted meant more lives lost, both Marine and pirate.

After dispatching Kong, Ian looked skyward, a flicker of intrigue in his eyes.

"I didn't expect this world to possess such power. A mere ripple, and the weather itself is affected." The sky above the Red Line was now shrouded in dark clouds, a menacing aura emanating from the heart of Mary Geoise.

It felt like a terrible power was brewing, a force capable of destroying the world. Ian was no longer on the ground. He now hovered hundreds of meters in the air, observing Mary Geoise with a curious gaze.

"This power… Uranus? One of the three Ancient Weapons? Or something else entirely?" he murmured.

A hint of mockery touched his lips. No matter what hidden power the World Government possessed, it was a toy to him. Even now, as Mary Geoise pulsed with a frightening energy, he felt no fear, no desire to retreat.

ROARRR!!

A deafening roar, filled with killing intent, echoed from the storm clouds. A gigantic head emerged from the darkness, and the clouds parted, revealing a colossal white dragon with intricate, otherworldly markings.

"A Dragon?"

( PS : Similar to Solo Leveling Antares but Bigger! )

The surviving soldiers gaped in disbelief, staring at the massive creature soaring through the sky.

Dragons did exist in this world. Even Vegapunk could create artificial ones. They had appeared several times throughout the story. And in the world of Fairy Tail, in a distant age…

…dragons, giants, demons, merfolk, and monstrous serpents had roamed the earth. The world of One Piece also had merfolk, Medusas, and other mythical creatures.

This dragon was likely an ancient being, like the giant elephant Zunesha, a creature that had lived for millennia. Perhaps this was the legendary Uranus, one of the three Ancient Weapons.

Pluton, a technological marvel of ancient human ingenuity, designed to combat the monstrous creatures of that era. Poseidon, with the power to command the Sea Kings. And Uranus, the ruler of the sky? It seemed fitting.

ROAR!

The white dragon roared again, looking down at Ian. It opened its massive jaws, and a torrent of flames, powerful enough to incinerate the Red Line, erupted, hurtling towards Ian.

Ian smiled, black lightning crackling around his fingertips.

A Dragon's Roar?

A Cero Oscuras!

A beam of black energy lanced from Ian's hand, colliding with the dragon's fiery breath. The resulting explosion was blinding, like a miniature sun igniting in the sky.

The shockwave and searing heat flattened everything within a kilometer radius, transforming the landscape into a blazing inferno. The dragon's breath was very powerful, but Ian's Cero Oscuras pierced through it, engulfing the dragon itself.

BOOM!

The earth-shattering explosion ripped through Mary Geoise, the remaining buildings crumbling into dust.

The storm clouds dispersed, the Red Line trembling beneath the force of the impact, and the sea roared, monstrous waves crashing against the shore.

The very fabric of space seemed to tear, threatening to collapse. Ian stood amidst the devastation, looking up at the white dragon. He was unharmed.

"Hmph."

He scoffed, a cold arrogance in his eyes. Whether it was Uranus or not, it was a weapon of the World Government. And it needed to be destroyed.

Ian vanished, reappearing above the stunned dragon. He unleashed a barrage of attacks, explosions of destructive flames and annihilating lightning raining down upon the creature.

The combined force of his assault threatened to obliterate the dragon entirely.
