One Piece: I'm Mihawk's Son

Having Denjiro with us turned out to be more worthwhile than having Yamato at the front, she even sulked while Denjiro convinced every samurai to rise in the name of Oden against Kurozumi Orochi. His reputation as one of the nine scabbards seemed to transcend everything.

In no time we had a small army of samurai with us heading towards the main palace of the Shogun. They were asking me questions all along which I answered shortly... with yes or noes. 

A rather wide mob was created with the three of us at the front, every single member of the beast pirates that we saw was utterly massacred... and it wasn't me who did it. It was them. With the fear of Kaido gone, nothing was stopping these people from taking revenge with their own hands. Even renowned members of the high society were hunted down, those that the poor people knew were associated with Orochi and supported his government. 

It became a witch hunt like I hadn't ever seen. I must admit I'm astonished at how quickly this escalated but I guess that's what happens when fear is shoved out of the door and only hatred remains. It is a sight to behold. 

RUMBLE!!!

"Veyron! You're still here!?" 

Another person appeared just when we were about to storm the mansion of the shogun. As I expected they were all hiding in there. It was precisely one of Kaido's retainers… King and he was together with the shogun of Wano and the Tobiroppo.

"What the hell is going on here!? DO YOU ALL NOT FEAR KAIDO!?" The disgusting shogun billowed, a fatso with purple hair and a moustache. Just looking at him disgusted me, he was even worse than Kaido. The creature was just a looming cloud of fear that erased the possibility of revolt from the hearts of the samurai. But the suffering this country had gone through... was caused by this person. 

I didn't really want to kill Kaido. But I definitely wanted to strike down this bastard. 

"That's him, Veyron!" Yamato affirmed, she took out her own club when she saw the numbers on the other side. Denjiro regarded me as if expecting me to lead the charge... so I respected his wishes and walked forward. 

"So you're Kurozumi Orochi? You do look like a corrupt bastard".

My finger descended. 

CHAAAA!!!!

BOOOOOOMMMMMM!!!!

"HAAAAAAAA!!!!"

My strikes couldn't be avoided, in front of the sight of everyone I judged that bastard's soul... thinking he wasn't going to be strong enough to resist this attack. King's expression soured and so did Black Maria's. 

After what felt like a minute I released the attack and Orochi's calcinated body fell on the ground. 

"He is down... THE SHOGUN IS DOWN!!".

"YEAHHHH!!!!"

Denjiro and the Samurai clamoured, they didn't think it was going to be that easy. The tobiroppo backed down, they knew more than anybody that the attack just now was far from my peak... that was just a casual lightning strike... I could use thousands of those as easy as brushing my hand. 

"I don't intend to erase all of you, King, Black Maria... from the beginning, I have no enmity towards your Beast Pirates. Kaido made a mistake and he paid for it dearly. If you leave Wano and don't ever come back, I'll let you live".

"Veyron!-"

"You bastard, how dare you?!"

In front of my shocked eyes, I saw Kurozumi Orochi billow with anger, even interrupting King's tantrum, 'He's still alive?'.

His body began to transform into an abomination with three heads, it must be a mythical zoan devil fruit.

"Gufu... GUFUHAHAHAHAHA DO YOU THINK YOU CAN GET RID OF ME THAT EASILY!? I'M A STAIN THAT WILL FOREVER REMAIN THE HISTORY OF WANO! EVEN IF KAIDO IS NO MORE!".

"..."

"I YOU WANT TO KILL ME, YOU WILL HAVE TO DO IT SEVEN MORE TIMES!".

He jumped towards me and Yamato prepared to receive him, but I sighed. 

CHAAAAAAA!!!!

BOOOOOOOOMMMMMMM!!!

A discharge at least three times more powerful than the last shot from the skies, the lightning looked purer as it struck Orochi mid-way, stopping him and grounding him into a crater.

"HAAAAAAAA!!!!!".

CHAAAAA!!!!

"STOP! HAAAAAA!!!!"

The spectacle of lights didn't cease... people may have thought that my lightning was weak but in truth, there was only a handful of individuals that could still retain their capacities while struck down by my lightning. Orochi clearly wasn't one of them. 

"Thanks for telling me how many lives you have, good info".

CHAAA!!!!

For the samurai, it was like justice being served in front of their eyes, the maximum public torture of the person who condemned this country. Denjiro even called some ladies who started to broadcast this to the whole kingdom... I made sure the torture was slow and painful...

While Orochi's wails of despair and pain echoed I turned my gaze towards King.

"We will leave... but don't think this is the end of it, Veyron".

He looked so reluctant, but at the very least he's a rational person... they can't hope to defeat me. They can't even hope to escape from me unless I allow them the leisure. His slight threat did nothing but make me smile. In a sense, this may be a lesson for me too... this is my last bit of mercy... my last bit of humanity. If he ends up being a disappointment and he does indeed attack the people dear to me, then I guess no one will ever get mercy from me again. 

"You're free to come to me whenever you want. Don't make the same mistake as your captain did, you know what will happen if you go for the people that I hold dear-".

RUMBLEE!!!

BOOOOOOOMMMMMM!!!

My words froze before finishing... it was all so abrupt that even my lighting strike stopped. My hand was extending forward and I slowly recalled it. 

"V-Veyron, this presence..." Yamato uttered with shivering lips, even Denjiro started to sweat, everyone around us felt a looming sense of danger, but although they could sense the danger... they couldn't sense how dangerous it was, unlike me. 

This is a real danger, even for me.

Two gigantic auras descended into the world. And they were so frighteningly strong that I had to immediately take them seriously and frown profusely, one of them I already knew who it was, even though I couldn't believe it. 

Kaido's Conqueror Haki. 

The other one was even more stupid, even more fantastic and impossible... and that was not an easy feat, 'The fourth Haki!?'

Someone who has the fourth haki like me just came... alongside a living Kaido?!

The whole world changed. The sun that was shining in the sky dimmed, and dark clouds with lightning strikes became the rule. Black droplets of water began pouring down as if it were raining charcoal and smoke.

A black fire approached from the horizon.

"COME UP AND LET'S PLAY, KIDDO~" 

I heard his voice thundering the whole world and giving the desperate beast pirates and Orochi a lot of momentum while the samurai, Denjiro and Yamato found their hearts sinking. 

"Kaido…" 

"Boss!!!" 

The beast pirates celebrated, Yamato gasped in disbelief and overall Wano who was beginning to brew hope, looked in the distance how the silhouette of a pitch black dragon imbued in black flames became apparent.

Behind this one was an even more astonishing existence. A western dragon double the size of the eastern one with bright red pupils, looking at me with a wicked smile like I had never seen before, just who was this person!?

I grit my teeth so harshly, goddammit... this is going to be a fight... a really massive fight. There is no way these two are coming here just for wordplay. 

"THIS SETTING IS NOT BEFITTING OF MU". 

I heard another voice... this one sounded odd, if I had to say it in a way, it sounded fake... like a digitally filtered voice from my previous life. 

RUMBLE!!!

A subtle aura that I recognised spread across the whole world, it was the fourth Haki... this person did something that left me awed and stupefied. The sun disappeared... and it became the night. Just like that...

Just like that, this person turned the day into the night, and this is definitely not an illusion!

"V-Veyron..." Yamato stuttered, things weren't looking good for all of us. What looked like a devastating victory from our side now resembled the bleak fire of a candlestick about to be extinguished. 

"THE SKY BELONGS TO US DRAGONS... HOW LONG DO YOU INTEND TO THREAD AMONG MORTALS ON THE FILTHY GROUND, STOP WASTING MU'S TIME, BOY... COME UP HERE AND LET'S HAVE FUN!".

RUMBLE!!!!

"..."

This was an invitation I couldn't reject... two evil dragons were waiting for me in the skies.

"Yamato... I'm leaving the ground to you".

"Count with me, go Veyron!" Yamato reassured me... it seems she's going to be able to accomplish her dream of being Oden.

Crimson lightning enveloped me as I shot to the skies.
