Now That I Have Become a Woman, I Am a Vtuber

Chapter 57

“Um… How long do we have to do this?”

“Until I’m satisfied?”

Mile said that and rested her chin on my shoulder.

But being bigger than Mile, it feels quite uncomfortable to be in her embrace.

Just because I’m in the arms of an adult woman doesn’t mean my heart is racing or that I’m embarrassed.

Well, it’s been quite some time since I’ve been living in a woman’s body, so I’ve long since gotten used to it.

There’s no reason to blush now.

“By the way, when will the delivery arrive?”

“It might take a while since it’s dinner time.”

“Really? Can I watch TV?”

“Yeah, you can turn it on.”

In the living room, there was a huge TV that Manager Kim had proudly purchased, so I switched it on.

“But when are your parents coming back?”

“They’ve been gone a while, so they should be back in two days.”

Since they’re spending their vacation and spending some money, they must be enjoying a lovely hotel stay.

“Hmm, should we just sleep over then?”

Anna, after pondering about when their parents would return, made a suggestion.

“I don’t mind. We can just lay out a blanket in the living room.”

“Really? I only threw that out there.”

“Since we’re having dinner, why don’t we all just stay the night?”

After all, the delivery food seems like it’s going to be late, and it’d be better to sleep and go home in the morning than struggle back late at night.

It’s a proposal because some members live far away.

“Really? Then we’re actually doing this.”

“Then let’s all go to the convenience store later and buy some stuff.”

“Wow, it feels like we’re on a school trip.”

Thus, the entire group decided to stay over, and we cozily gathered to watch TV.

“There’s nothing to watch.”

But is it because the timing is awkward? There weren’t really any good channels, so while flipping through the channels, Haru spoke up.

“Then shall we play a board game?”

“A board game?”

“Yeah, the one I brought.”

Haru dashed into the living room and brought a bunch of board games.

“I played it at a board game café with my friends before, and it was really fun.”

“There are a lot, huh?”

“There are a lot of us!”

I thought having so many people might mean we couldn’t play multiple games, but Haru probably knows more about board games than I do.

“Alright, I’ll explain all the rules.”

The board games Haru brought were quite a variety, from the famous ones I’d played a few times to some I’d never heard of.

“Which one should we start with?”

“How about starting with the familiar ones? Something we can finish quickly.”

So, we played board games until the delivery arrived, and it was really fun. Of course, there was no one who could keep up with Kim Soo-hyun, a 42-year life experience veteran equipped with wisdom and keen instincts.

“Miro, why are you so good at this?”

“Have you played this before?”

“It’s just in my nature.”

“Wow.”

While I dominated the others like I was schooling them, the delivery food finally arrived.

“It’s here, it’s here!”

“Bok-sil, move out of the way!”

“Shouldn’t we give Bok-sil a snack?”

“She already ate earlier.”

Amidst the commotion, we received the delivery and laid out the food in the living room.

“Wow, try this!”

“It’s crazy good.”

Since this was the first delivery food I had after returning to my family home, I enjoyed it immensely. I never realized delivery could be this tasty! When I used to order often, I didn’t notice, but it’s definitely the best food after a long time.

As I stuffed my face, Loa subtly approached.

“Miro.”

“Yes?”

“Why did you fail the guitar mission?”

Ah, so that’s what you were curious about? It makes sense since Loa seemed like someone who could play a bit herself and would wonder why I hadn’t completed a single song in a month.

“Oh, I got stuck around 90%.”

“What a shame. You were almost there?”

“Right? The song was a bit difficult.”

That part is true.

I got stuck at 90% and didn’t practice any further.

“I want to see you play it once.”

“Should I? I do have my guitar.”

“Yeah, I saw it in the room earlier.”

Did you catch that? It was tucked away in a corner.

Then again, I was in the room for about four hours, so how could you miss it?

“Okay, I’ll finish this and go get my guitar.”

“Yeah, I’ll play for you too.”

“Really?”

“Yep.”

I’m curious about Loa playing the guitar… What if she’s surprisingly bad? That’d be entertaining.

After finishing most of the delivery food, I went to get my guitar, and Loa squinted her eyes at it suspiciously.

“What’s with that?”

“I didn’t get a good look earlier, but it’s pretty low quality, huh?”

“Can you tell?”

“Of course, if you’re making money, buy a good one.”

“Ahaha, I bought this as a starter. I’m planning to upgrade.”

Last time at Hyeon-su’s Workshop, I felt it firsthand when I tried Kang-hyeok’s guitar. There’s definitely no denying the power of good equipment in music.

Just as I was about to start playing the guitar…

“Oh, isn’t that person famous lately?”

From where the other members were still eating dinner, I heard a voice behind us, where Loa and I were.

“I saw it on Shorts too.”

“He’s so handsome.”

“Whoa, he’s a minor.”

“Oh? Never mind.”

Upon hearing “minor,” Anna gasped and quickly rescinded her statement.

Right, at Anna’s age, being aware of minors is something to consider.

But who in the world is causing such a commotion?

Having slightly twisted my body to look, I saw that an interview was just starting, and a young man was sitting in a chair.

A handsome young man with lush blonde hair and a slightly sharp impression…

“Miro, do you know? Slim Gold, we talked about him last time.”

“Uh… Right?”

Why would Hyeon-su be… no, hang on.

I hurriedly checked the name of the variety show.

It was one of the popular observational variety shows that was all the rage lately, capturing a star’s daily life.

What timing…

I heard Hyeon-su would be airing this week, but I didn’t expect it to be today.

I’m the type who finds it embarrassing to watch my own YouTube channel videos. Why would I be keeping track of when his show airs?

On the TV, Hyeon-su was being interviewed about the album production process, with the panelists chiming in every now and then.

[Slim Gold must be really popular at school.]

[Huh? Ahaha, not quite that much.]

[Hahaha, I could see that being the case! ]

[Honestly, I’m not very popular. I have few friends.]

“Wow, he’s humble.”

“Right? From what I’ve heard, he’s super nice.”

Anna chimed in while watching TV, and Maho, who often listened to Slim Gold’s songs, immediately replied.

He might be nice, but is he humble…? I’m not so sure about that.

[So, shall we see how Haru spends her day?]

With that, the screen transitioned.

From the studio, the screen changed directly to Hyeon-su’s Workshop.

[You live here?]

[Oh, yeah. I usually stay in the workshop while working.]

Inside the workshop, Hyeon-su and the band members were having a conversation.

Seeing people I actually know on the screen feels strange.

And at this point, I started thinking maybe I should stop watching.

I don’t know how much screen time I’ll get, but soon enough, wouldn’t I end up showing up on screen?

“Um, there’s a channel I need to keep track of. Is it alright if I change the channel?”

I set the guitar down and naturally moved inside to grab the remote, but just then— *thud*—Haru blocked my hand.

“Whoa, what are you trying to watch? There’s no news on now!”

“Uh? It’s just that…”

I didn’t think she would stop me. Are they really enjoying this?

Looking around, all five girls had their eyes on my hand.

“Uh… no, it’s not like that…”

Thinking about it, Hyeon-su is a young, handsome rising star.

These girls can’t help but take an interest in him.

Well, I figured that once he was on a variety show, they’d eventually see him anyway, so it’s fine, but I didn’t expect it to be today.

Since I’m in this situation, I may as well sit comfortably and watch Hyeon-su’s daily life unfold.

As the band members stepped out for a moment to grab a snack, the screen changed.

The scene switched from Hyeon-su’s Workshop directly to the street outside.

A woman’s back was captured as she walked into a building.

“Whoa, is that his girlfriend?”

“Yeah, right. He’s supposed to be making fans right now; he wouldn’t publicly introduce anyone.”

“Isn’t he a band member?”

“What do you think band members are?”

Listening to the members’ chatter, I tried to figure out what had been edited in and what hadn’t. I realized that when I was there, there were a lot of staff outside the workshop, but with angles and editing, it looked like an empty street.

[Oh? Who is that?]

[Wow, just from the back, they look like a celebrity.]

The panelists remarked about the young woman who appeared after Ah-young, and the screen switched back to the workshop. There, the woman was seen pulling a hat down low over her head.

All the chatter before putting on the hat had been edited out.

After fully donning her hat, the woman sat next to Hyeon-su, and they started talking.

And just as the screen displayed that much content…

I looked around again.

All the heads that used to be glued to the TV were now turned to me.

I even felt Loa’s gaze from behind me.

This is a bit overwhelming.

Then, out of nowhere, Haru sprang up from her seat and dashed toward the living room.

Wondering what was happening, I turned to see Haru swiftly returning with a hat in her hands and placing it on my head.

“You, you?!”

Then, nonchalantly, I said to a completely stunned Haru,

“Hmm. Should I go get an autograph?”

The living room erupted into chaos.
