Gray gritted his teeth, his entire body feeling like it was burning as his joints and bones had changed unnaturally. However, one feeling completely overpowered the pain. Gray felt… alive.

It was as if he'd spent his entire life inside a room, and he had just gone outside for the first time. Blood flowed through his veins, adrenaline pumping. His heart rate increased, but not in the usual way. Instead of becoming a pounding in his ears, his heart was silent. His eyes opened wide, taking in the world around him.

Gray felt as if he'd been reborn. As if he was an entirely new person. And… maybe he was? He glanced down at his fist, clenching it. It was larger - his fingers longer, his knuckles bigger, his skin tougher. He could hardly believe it was the same hand he'd had for the entirety of his time in this world.

Gray looked up, locking eyes with the whited-out pupils of Yamoshi. The Super Saiyan let out a roar, and an explosion of green Ki flared out around him again. His muscles tensed, and the man looked even more intimidating than before.

Despite that, Gray felt one emotion flood through him. It wasn't arrogance. It wasn't pride. Gray felt no superiority to the huge man in front of him, but instead, it was… confidence. Extreme confidence. 

His body started to shake - no, shake was the wrong word. It was as if he was vibrating. An unnatural force within him vibrating every molecule in his body. 

Gray's brain didn't think he stood a chance against Yamoshi, even with the changes to his body. A couple hundred stats weren't enough to close the massive gap between them. But, his body felt different. The extreme confidence was overflowing. His body was fighting against his brain - against his common sense. It felt as if his own body was trying to tell him something - trying to convince him. And Gray understood what it was.

I won't lose.

No matter what happened, he wouldn't lose. He could feel it. His body was certain - 100% sure that he wouldn't lose this fight. Gray's thoughts faded away, letting his body take the front seat. There was not a single cell in his body that wanted to run. 

And so, he fought.

Gray clenched his fist, blasting forward at the hulking man. He was fast - probably nearly twice as fast as before. He appeared in front of the man in an instant. His Ki-covered fist shot forward, tearing through the green aura around him. The green Ki licked at his fist but didn't cause any damage.

Gray's fist connected, slamming into Yamoshi's huge chest as a shockwave shot outward.

In just one simple punch, he had already done as much damage as his [Ankoku Rasen]. However, despite the new power behind his punch, Yamoshi wasn't even phased. The giant didn't flinch, or slide back, or anything. Instead, his huge fist suddenly blinked upwards, appearing at the side of Gray's head and sending him flying away.

If this had happened five minutes earlier, Gray would've been helpless. Which - it had happened just moments earlier, as Gray was brutally beaten without a chance to recover after his [Ankoku Rasen] was interrupted.

This time, Gray's body seemed to naturally know what to do. He didn't need [Cognitive Acceleration], or [Prediciton]. His body moved mid-air, his entire body spinning as Yamoshi blinked next to him, his follow-up fist soaring past him. A small Ki ball formed in Grays's hand, and he thrust it upwards into Yamoshi's stomach. 

Yamoshi, even while mindless and enraged, wasn't defenseless. His hand swung down, slapping the Ki blast away as his foot launched upward. A roundhouse kick slammed into Gray's side, sending him careening away again.

Gray stabilized himself mid-air, his palms instantly cupping at his side. A small black orb appeared in his hands but expanded instantly. Whereas it took time to charge up before, his [Kokuyo] formed instantly. If it hadn't, then Gray would've been in a world of pain as Yamoshi suddenly blinked in front of him again.

"[Kokuyo!]" Gray yelled, and the black beam slammed point-blank into the front of Yamoshi.

100,000HP! (?/?)

Despite having nearly no charge-up time, the attack was his most effective one so far. It pushed Yamoshi back, and the Super Saiyan crossed his arms in front of him to block the blow. His arms crossed into an X shape, and then he flung them outwards as his eyes widened in rage. His mouth opened, and a huge green energy beam came flying out. It slammed into Gray's Kokuyo and tore through it like it was nothing. 

Gray quickly flung himself to the side, but couldn't dodge the beam entirely. It blasted past his long arm, leaving a scorch mark.

-50,000HP! (404,000/1,071,950)

Gray grunted, tensing his body again as he stared intensely at Yamoshi. The man floated in front of him, his fists clenching and unclenching, and then he let out another roar. 

"RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

Gray's eyes widened slightly as an explosion of Ki green suddenly flared out. It filled Gray's vision instantly, and he dashed backward to get out of the radius. 

A huge ball of green Ki surrounded Yamoshi, extending further outward as it tore into the ground below, creating a giant crater.

He just keeps getting stronger.

Gray knew he was nowhere near Yamoshi's strength, but he had at least slightly closed the gap. Now, the man's power seemed to rise even higher. Yamoshi demonstrated that power a moment later, as before the green Ki ball even dissipated he was barreling out from the middle. He appeared in front of Gray before he even had a chance to widen his eyes, his hand outstretched. His massive hand closed around his neck, clenching it as he crushed his throat.

Gray didn't have a moment to even think, much less counter, as Yamoshi's huge fist slammed into his gut.

-150,000HP! (179,000/1,071,950)

WARNING: You have fallen below 25% HP!

If your HP reaches 0, you will die!

Gray was launched upward, his body ripped from Yamoshi's grip. He didn't have a chance to stabilize himself before Yamoshi appeared above him, his leg slamming down into his back and sending him down to the cratered surface of Planet Sadala.

Gray's body felt as if he'd been thrown through a blender - his stomach aching, his back near-broken, and his entire body burning. Blood flowed down his face, arms, chest, and back. Despite that, he easily pushed himself up from the crater. 

I won't lose.

Despite being on the verge of death, his body was confident. As if losing wasn't a possibility.

[Alert!]

Gray winced, feeling like something was inside him. His bones and organs shifted, his body growing and elongating a little more. He ignored the pain, shooting upwards again at Yamoshi even faster than before.

A Ki-enhanced fist slammed directly into Yamoshi's chest.

75,000HP! (?/?)

Gray instantly ducked, Yamoshi's fist sailing over his head, and his hands cupped at his side. A black orb formed at his side, firing instantly at point-blank range into Yamoshi.

150,000HP! (?/?)

His beam was quickly cut off, as even with his new power boost it wasn't enough to even push Yamoshi back. The towering man leaned forward, ignoring the blast completely as he grappled Gray. His arms wrapped around him, squeezing him tightly, and Gray felt all the bones in his body start to crack from the pure power being thrust onto him.

Luckily, the pain didn't last long. Unluckily, it was because Yamoshi blasted down to the floor. He slammed Gray into the surface of Planet Sadala, a crater forming around him.

Gray grunted, spit flying from his mouth as Yamoshi's hand came down on him from above. He grabbed Gray's neck, slamming his head down into the surface again.

His ears started ringing, time seemingly slowing down as Yamoshi raised a fist above him. It started shooting down at Gray, intent on finishing him off for good. Despite the mortal danger, Gray didn't feel nervous in the slightest.

I won't lose.

Gray's insides squirmed and morphed again, his muscles becoming longer and stronger. He flung his hand up, Yamoshi's finishing blow slamming into his palm and stopping. The force rattled through Gray's long arm, but his bones and muscles held on. While Yamoshi's brain was already too far gone for what happened to resonate with him, the giant man's face still seemed to twitch slightly, his mouth twitching upward.

Gray's other arm reached up, grabbing the arm that was holding his neck down, and gripped it. He grimaced, forcing all his strength into his hand as he ripped the arm off his throat. He rolled out from under Yamoshi, blasting upwards in the air as he stared down at the Super Saiyan. 

Yamoshi let out another roar, and then he blasted upward at Gray. His fist ripped through the air, barely missing Gray as he leaned out of the way. 

Don't forget how to fight, Gray. The only way to beat a Legendary Super Saiyan is to fight like one.

Yamoshi lunged forward again, trying to grapple Gray in an attempt to stop him from dodging. Instead, Gray raised his arms, thrusting them forward to meet Yamoshi's. His right hand clamped onto Yamoshi's left, and his left onto Yamoshi's right hand. The battle stalled for a moment, the power flowing through Yamoshi's huge arms pushing into Gray's. Gray didn't let up, pushing forward with gritted teeth, unwilling to let Yamoshi win the battle of strength.

Even if he's way stronger than me, I won't be afraid. I won't back down. I'll dominate this fight. And… he's mindless right now.

A low growl came from Yamoshi's throat, the Super Saiyan shoving forward as his arms started to inch forward. Gray's arms were pushed back, folding into his body as he was unable to match the man's strength. However, while Yamoshi was focused so heavily on overpowering him, Gray had an easy way to reverse their position. He opened his mouth, and a huge beam of Ki slammed directly into Yamoshi's face.

100,000HP! (?/?)

Yamoshi was unprepared, and the mans strength waivered for just a split second as his vision was filled by Ki. Gray took that opportunity - he slammed his arms forward, using all the strength in his body to overwhelm Yamoshi. Yamoshi was shoved back, and Gray continued forward with his momentum. He forced his body forward, blitzing at the ground as he slammed Yamoshi's back into it.

50,000HP! (?/?)

A crater formed around the giant's body, and Gray's hand shot up. It gripped around his huge neck, his other hand being covered with Ki as it shot upward. The positions from just moments earlier had been completely flipped, and Gray slammed his hand down into Yamoshi's face.

150,000HP! (?/?)

His mouth opened, and another mouth beam slammed down into Yamoshi right after his fist.

100,000HP! (?/?)

Yamoshi didn't take the attacks idly, as he flung his arm upward. His fist ripped through the air at Gray's face, but Gray's hand shot up and caught it in his palm. The hand around his neck pushed downward, slamming the back of Yamoshi's head into the floor again.

25,000HP! (?/?)

Yamoshi's skull slammed into the rock behind him, and his empty eyes twitched as more rage flowed through him.

"RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Yamoshi let out a roar, his voice alone sending a shockwave through the air. Gray raised his fist again but was forced to launch backward as a shockwave shot out from Yamoshi's body. A large explosion of green Ki shot outward, consuming the land around him and shooting down into Planet Sadala's very core. 

Gray grimaced, shooting up in the air to avoid the huge ball of Ki.

Damn, I know they're both Legendary Super Saiyans, but this guy is just like Broly. The more he fights, the stronger he gets.

The explosion of Ki seemed to go on forever, stretching deeper and deeper into the planet below. The crater where Yamoshi's body was expanded, stretching for hundreds of miles. On the surface below, Gray watched as the ground split, magma rising and shooting upward. 

He's destroying the planet.

Gray wasn't sure where the rest of the Saiyans on the planet were - he didn't even know if there were any alive anymore. If they had been unlucky enough to be anywhere near Yamoshi, then they wouldn't be anymore. 

A dying planet, and just me and a Super Saiyan left behind. Is this how Frieza felt?

Yamoshi floated upwards, rising from the massive ball of green Ki as it imploded on itself. Smoke filled the air, Gray's ears ringing as the entire surface for miles on end was engulfed in a massive explosion. When he looked down again, nothing was left but a pit of magma.

Unfortunately for you, Yamoshi, you're not Goku.

Gray tensed his arms, staring down the Super Saiyan. His hair had become slightly longer, his hair a deeper green color as electricity danced around him. His green aura expanded, becoming even larger.

And I'm not Frieza. I won't lose.
