Naruto: You Call This A Medical Ninja?

The temporary medical team was bustling early in the morning.

"Brother Reiki, up so early?" a medical ninja greeted with a smile.

"Sister Nana, aren't you early too?" Reiki replied, returning her smile.

"I don't know how you manage to stay up late and get up early while still looking so beautiful," he praised her.

"This little guy will be the dream of many girls in the future!" Nana joked.

Reiki was talented, hardworking, sweet-tongued, and a handsome boy.

Inside the tent, another voice called out, "Brother Reiki, is that you? My wound has scabbed over! Can you prioritize my treatment? I'm hoping to get back to the battlefield!"

The ninja who had doubted Reiki's abilities before now smiled eagerly. "I'm almost healed, so let the others go first. My wound has worsened again. The toxins haven't been fully removed!"

Thanks to yesterday's treatment, Reiki had become familiar with many of the ninjas. As a result, he felt more engaged during today's sessions. Everyone was out of immediate danger, and their morale had improved significantly. Plus, Reiki was just a child, so they treated him more like a younger sibling.

"Okay, let's start with Uncle Nabai; he's the most restless of the bunch. If we keep him here, he'll go stir-crazy," Reiki joked as he began to treat Nabai.

By noon, Reiki had completed treatments for over a dozen ninjas. Other medical ninjas took shifts, and after using a solid amount of chakra, Reiki had little left. He planned to open his surprise treasure box before doing physical training; he needed both his body and chakra to be in sync.

"Quick, quick! We have many injured!" A group of ninjas rushed in, including Sarutobi Byakuya, who had made a big statement the day before.

"Wait, what?" Reiki thought, confused. Weren't these guys not supposed to be going to the battlefield? 

Soon, ninjas from the four major families were brought in one after another, all looking seriously injured.

"Tsunade! When you get back, just wait! Attacking fellow village ninjas? It's obvious you want to rebel!" Several wounded ninjas howled.

Reiki couldn't help but smirk at their complaints. No wonder Tsunade didn't come over today; she was clearly dealing with troublemakers.

"System, open the surprise treasure box," Reiki said, tying his weights. He clicked on the panel and opened the treasure chest.

"Ding! Congratulations, you have opened the surprise treasure chest. Your physique has increased by +3."

"Ding! Congratulations, the surprise has begun…"

"Ding! Congratulations, you have opened the surprise treasure box: Konoha Fluid Technique."

As the last treasure chest opened, Reiki felt a rush of new knowledge. Although it wasn't a powerful technique, it was suitable for him at this stage. Advanced sword skills required a lot from his body, and he wasn't ready for that yet. The Konoha Fluid Technique was much more appropriate.

With the new memory settling in his mind, Reiki felt as if he had been honing his physical skills for a long time. He practiced continuously in the forest until afternoon.

Once his chakra reserves were fully restored, Reiki returned to the medical team.

"Tsunade-sama, we were wrong! Please treat us first! We want to go to the battlefield!" The wounded ninjas pleaded, desperation in their voices.

"Please forgive us! If I don't get my hand reset, I won't be able to use it!" 

"Master Tsunade…"

"Shut up!" Tsunade's voice cut through the noise, icy and commanding. 

In an instant, everyone fell silent, fearing Tsunade would drag them out and give them a beating. Sarutobi Byakuya, lying to the side, had already lost consciousness after receiving a beating for his arrogant words. Tsunade had pulled him out and given him a thorough thrashing until he was left crumpled on the ground like a discarded doll.

"Priority will be given to treating those ninjas who are heading to the battlefield. These others can wait," Tsunade declared, glancing at Reiki as she moved to his side.

"Teacher, wouldn't this be bad?" Reiki asked with a smile.

"Alright, I can't hide my amusement," Tsunade replied, her expression softening. "Come on, I'll teach you the art of skinning."

Tsunade led Reiki to the side to guide him through the treatment.

Meanwhile, Orochimaru observed the scene with a helpless expression. He knew Tsunade well, but he was unable to intervene. Although she was doing something questionable, it was hard to argue against her methods—after all, even Konoha's top brass didn't dare to confront her about it.

"Lord Orochimaru, the attack on Sunagakure Village is stronger today, and the Jinchuuriki Bunfuku has also taken action," a ninja reported.

"Bunfuku? I know him. You can leave now," Orochimaru said, heading directly to the medical team.

After briefing Tsunade about the situation, she glanced at the injured ninjas. 

"Everyone, focus on treating the newly arrived wounded. I'm taking them to the battlefield."

She looked at Reiki and added, "I know you can handle it."

Reiki nodded, ready to get to work. Soon, all the injured ninjas were treated, including the four who had previously been knocked unconscious. They stood up, looking renewed.

"Everyone, come with me to the front lines. Those who don't want to go can choose to stay behind," Tsunade announced, her expression unyielding.

"Tsunade, you—"

"I'm going, I'm going!" Sarutobi Byakuya interjected, realizing the severity of her gaze. He knew that if he didn't comply, Tsunade would likely attack him again. He could always settle the score later when they returned to the village.

What followed was a strange scene: Tsunade leading a group of ninjas from Konoha's elite families onto the battlefield.

"Reiki, your medical ninjutsu is impressive," Orochimaru said as he approached Reiki. "How about considering learning from me?"

"Thank you, Orochimaru-sama, but I still need to treat the injured," Reiki replied quickly. "I'll speak with the teacher when she returns."

Orochimaru paused, then felt even more satisfied with Reiki. Up close, he sensed the vibrant life force within him. The physique Reiki had gained in such a short time was remarkable. Not only could he refine chakra more efficiently, but he could also handle a greater chakra output.

In just over a day, such a transformation had occurred. Orochimaru's curiosity was piqued, and he couldn't help but wonder about the source of Reiki's rapid development.
