Tsunade, Sakumo, Jiraya, and all the big clans of Konoha, and he and his wife Kushina, Konoha was still the strongest.

So after threatening Konoha for a while, Raikage had to step back as he knew that one on one, he wasn't the opponent of Konoha.

It had only been a few years since the war ended, so the other villages were in no state to fight.

Only the Conquerors Haki of Shanks had reached the Ultimate Stage. The rest of the two were still weren't to its Ultimate Stage.

With the reward of the system, his Haki has reached the highest state that it could.

In the future, only increased Physical Strength could increase the attack power of his Haki.

He didn't need to swing his sword every day during these five years to increase his template extraction.

Since he reached 90%, he only needed to mediate, control, and absorb Shanks' combat experience.

But using his Observation Haki, he detected them quickly and evaded them.

It wasn't that he was afraid of them, but it will only cause trouble.

And You Should know that even though he is powerful now, there are still some people hiding in the Ninja World who could defeat him, like Isshiki Otsutsuki.

Kozuki knows that this guy is hiding in another dimension, and honestly, he doesn't want to meet him, at least not now.
